Villa The Lodge in Velingrad

One of the best places we have ever been. Clean, cosy, nice view, romantic. The staff is very polite and they even organised a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday ! There is parking, free nice coffee and the spa is also very nice with jacuzzi and sauna. Everything is close to the house - the centre, there are also hiking paths nearby. The hotel owner is always recommending things to do if you are wondering. Definitely recommend it !

Specious apartment for a good price. We were provided a parking spot inside the gates, which was very reassuring.
Location is not perfect, but for one night stay it's fine.

The place itself is good and allows pets in, what is sometimes difficult to find. Everything is new, outside is very quiet. Only the lady on the phone destroyed all the great experience.

As we called to book the apartment the same evening, first thing that we told her in Bulgarian (my friend is native speaker), that we are with the dog.

The next morning, when she called us to arrange the payment, she tried to blame us for not telling her about the dog and wanted to have 20€ more for it. Of course we paid to avoid unpleasant argument, but her attitude and the anger in her intonations were completely out of place…

Despite of our misunderstanding, the place itself is very good for Velingrad, therefore I still have to rate it with 4 stars))

We were traveling with small kids and must say that the apartments are very well equipped, clean and cosy! We felt at home. The owner is welcoming and helpful with tips about the city! We would definitely come again!

The owners are super nice and helpful. They have a laundry area and extra toys for children. The apartment we rented was fully stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, and dishes for four people.
