The room was old, but the bathroom was big. The breakfast is nice. There is no insonorisation so you hear everything in the hotel and the ventilation is bad the smell of food was very strong in the room. The spa is nice but there were kids jumping in the spa ? Also it was closed at 8pm? The staff don’t speak english at all.

The first room we got had no heating or hot water so next day we got a new room which was better. Both rooms clean and tidy but small maintenance problems like no curtains and uneven floor. However comfortable bed. Restaurant is okay food generally good, breakfast buffet not very large but enough options to give you a good start

A really friendly hotel in a great location for exploring the beauty of the Rhodope mountains. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and we were able to use the spa area and get a full meal even though we arrived after 8pm. Breakfast was also varied and good, and included mekitsi! I'd definitely go back if I was in the area again. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was excellent, the hotel is at very nice place, view from the room on the woods is very beautiful. Guy who works there is very nice and polite. Breakfast is simple, but very tasty, including fruits. Recommendations!

The atmosphere is wonderful in the family hotel! Nature around us, fireplace roaring, people being super welcoming, prices of the stay and the restaurant are very good. The road to there is not very maintained, so have a car ready for some offroad.

Lovely hosts, did not had a free table and offered us to join anyway on the owners table. The food was excellent. Plenty of good quality products, from stakes to fish. Awesome hospitality and interaction with the kids that were on premise.

One of the greatest places I have ever visited! The most hospitable hosts, uniquely delicious homemade food, great views, terribly clean and maintained! The homemade mekis were at the highest level, the homemade jam and the homemade raspberry juice too! We also took advantage of the off-road walk to Eagle's Eye, which the family offers and was an unforgettable experience! Without any remarks at all...

One of our favorite places to stay in the Rhodopes and tbh, in Bulgaria in general. It's very beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful when I asked for ice, because I had small ankle injury while hiking. I recommend that the hotel has a first aid kit. Would be very helpful. There is no pharmacy in the village. I recommend this place!

Hotel Mursal is beautiful place with very friendly and kind personnel, delicious food and amazing views. A lot of space for children to play outdoor. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend and I would definitely love to visit it again.

This is where he really rests. Silence and peace. The house has been renovated and has everything you need for a complete holiday. Victor (the owner) is always available for anything. We really liked it and we hope to be able to return again soon.

As a person who has been working in the hotel sector for many years with the top hotels around the world I could say many things but for that price I will keep it for myself. The only thing I have to say is that you ONLY have to pay cash and you CANNOT pay by card. In general it's alright.

Go for location and price, skip the restaurant Liked · Great location - right next to the pedestrian area. Clean rooms. Rooms had everything needed. Good view towards pedestrian area. Stay is cheap. Disliked · Not much parking space. Shower cabin was old, half broken and small as a coffin. Restaurant: more like a cafe, indoor space allows smoking, dishes are not very tasty and service is quirky.

The hotel is at the perfect place because it's at the center of the city. The restaurant is actually good but the spaghetti Bolognese wasn't good at all. If someone doesn't want to eat in the restaurant there are lots of restaurants around it.

We were lucky to get a room when we arrived as we didn't have a reservation but no vacancies the next day that it was Friday. Nice service at good prices. In the center of the town, with relatively big open parking next to it. It is good to be there before lunch in order to find a parking spot. Devin is a beautiful bulgarian town and there's a lot of stuff to see close to it. The hotel rooms are good, they are big and clean, the service is where they lack, you can't have a 5 star hotel jusy becouse the grounds are good the rooms are good and the spa is ok, you need to have people that want to work there, they are rude not willing to do any compromise about anything and just in general not...

In the hotel everything is brand new, beautiful design and most important clean SPA. They have many rooms for sauna, steam room, salt room, pools. The restaurant is very nice and the food is amazing. The hotel is lovely and we enjoyed the spa zone, the food and the entertainment facilities. While the hotel is situated in the centre of town and our room was overlooking the street, we didn’t hear any traffic noise at night - perfect for people who are looking for convenience, peace and quiet. One of the best spa hotels I have visited. The food is amazing, the staff are very professional. It looses one star because they did let two people with dogs in the hotel, also in the restaurant. Edit: I did put it back to 5 stars because of the service in the restaurant. The waiters are very good.

Lovely house, with very warm and inviteful hosts. The top floor has a large dining table with a wonderful view of the city and nearby scenery. The garden is well kept and offers space for people to chill, or prepare a bbq party. This is one of the best places you can stay in the city.

Really clean room, the host is extremely nice. first we booked two separate beds(was the only option on booking) and she changed for us to one big bed, really fair prices. She didn't talked in English, but did a lot of effort to help us.

We had a very pleasant time in the hotel. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom with two sinks. The staff is very polite and nice, who makes its best for you to feel comfortable and welcomed. The food is tasty. During our stay, we were the only guests in the hotel and nevertheless everyone made us feel taken care of, specially turned on the SPA center, so we'd make the most of our stay.

Beautiful, quiet location, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds- we had a 2 bed apartment with kitchen facilities and a sitting room with a balcony. Good quality toiletries were provided also a good selection of teas, coffee and soft drinks free of charge. Breakfast was excellent and dinner reasonably priced.

One of the best places around Pamporovo and Smolyan Lakes area. If you are looking for good service, quality food and a bit of personal touch, this is the place for you. A bit remote from the noise of Pamporovo and the city but close enough to the ski slopes and the beautiful mountain!

The place is good. Definitely great a few years back. It was built with EU funds and the idea is great. It is starting to showmsigns.of wear and tear, but nothing too bad yet. It is due for minir renivation never the less. Good for families and if traveling with friends. A group of 4-6 with children can ocupy one house.

The houses were great. Roomy with a nice fireplace. Each house has a garage for one car. There is a kitchen where you can cook and each room has it's own bathroom. Some of the doors didn't quite close properly but that wasn't that big of a deal. The view outside the houses is beautiful.

This family hotel is located right at the ski center. You can go skiing without the need of taking the car or a bus. The apartment was warm and clean overlooking the end of one of slopes. If your purpose is to ski, this is a good place at a reasonable cost.
