The room was old, but the bathroom was big. The breakfast is nice. There is no insonorisation so you hear everything in the hotel and the ventilation is bad the smell of food was very strong in the room. The spa is nice but there were kids jumping in the spa ? Also it was closed at 8pm? The staff don’t speak english at all.

The first room we got had no heating or hot water so next day we got a new room which was better. Both rooms clean and tidy but small maintenance problems like no curtains and uneven floor. However comfortable bed. Restaurant is okay food generally good, breakfast buffet not very large but enough options to give you a good start

A really friendly hotel in a great location for exploring the beauty of the Rhodope mountains. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and we were able to use the spa area and get a full meal even though we arrived after 8pm. Breakfast was also varied and good, and included mekitsi! I'd definitely go back if I was in the area again. Thank you for a great stay!

Trigard Hotel: We've been staying at Trigard Hotel for 3 nights - July 2021. Very nice place, we only tried the restaurant today. Anything we ordered was fresh and tasty, service was very nice, the entire atmosphere is relaxing. Next time we will also try the hotel.

We were at Arkan Han just last weekend and had the most wonderful time. The hotel is super cozy, the view is showing the best out of Rodopi mountains, the hosts are super welcoming and warm. The vibe is very traditional but new age as well. Food is delicious and typical for the region. Cannot wait to go back again !

Very kind and smiling hosts. The food is simply wonderful. The walk to Eagle's Eye was great and the torrential rain that poured on the way back made the adventure even more extreme.

One of the greatest places I have ever visited! The most hospitable hosts, uniquely delicious homemade food, great views, terribly clean and maintained! The homemade mekis were at the highest level, the homemade jam and the homemade raspberry juice too! We also took advantage of the off-road walk to Eagle's Eye, which the family offers and was an unforgettable experience! Without any remarks at all...

As a person who has been working in the hotel sector for many years with the top hotels around the world I could say many things but for that price I will keep it for myself. The only thing I have to say is that you ONLY have to pay cash and you CANNOT pay by card. In general it's alright.

Amazing place! We fell in love with it at first sight. We went two years in a row, but unfortunately they put up the prices drastically. There is a 6km bicycle or hiking route around the dam. Another hiking trail towards a nearby tiny dam too.

Beautiful, quiet location, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds- we had a 2 bed apartment with kitchen facilities and a sitting room with a balcony. Good quality toiletries were provided also a good selection of teas, coffee and soft drinks free of charge. Breakfast was excellent and dinner reasonably priced.

This is an oasis in the Forrest! The rooms are huge, so comfortable and peaceful. The staff are very helpful and speak English well, and the surroundings are just stunning.

This hotel is in the mountains far away from anything (need a car). But to us, that's what made it special. The receptionist was incredibly sweet. The room was large and beautifully decorated with a mountain lodge vibe. Breakfast was also good with many options. One of us is gluten free and I'm lactose free, and this hotel had great options for both of us. One night was too short!

Absolutely wonderful place for a family vacation, surrounded by astonishing nature in a super close vicinity of sky slopes. All house have several bathrooms and fully furnished kitchens. Heartily recommend to families of 4 to 6 - everyone will have a ton of space and enjoy their stay in both Summer and Winter time, or at least we did haha. P.S. The food is just awesome!

Nice place, very close to Pamporovo ski resort. Beautiful nature around. Food in the restorant was not so good, but it is ok for 2-3 days. There are kitchens with microwave, fridge and stove in the rooms and houses. There are very nice sauna on woods and jacuzzi.

The place is good. Definitely great a few years back. It was built with EU funds and the idea is great. It is starting to showmsigns.of wear and tear, but nothing too bad yet. It is due for minir renivation never the less. Good for families and if traveling with friends. A group of 4-6 with children can ocupy one house.

The houses were great. Roomy with a nice fireplace. Each house has a garage for one car. There is a kitchen where you can cook and each room has it's own bathroom. Some of the doors didn't quite close properly but that wasn't that big of a deal. The view outside the houses is beautiful.

We stayed at Malina Villas for 3 nights, December 30 - January 2nd, it was amazing - very nice cottages, very nice place maintained with responsibility and respect. Really good bungalows, warm, really clean, modern bath and kitchen with all daily necessities included. The food at the restaurant was varied, for all something there, typical Bulgarian food as well. The best pizza in the area on menu. Very nice service. Daily cleaning lady in the bungalows.

Nice and comfortable cabins next to the ski slope, surrounded by trees. They clean the cabins every day, the staff is friendly. The rooms are warm and you have everything you need at ease. We had half board and all the meals were great! It was our fourth holiday in the same place!

Nice place, location almost perfect, 20 mtr walk to pist. Has Slavi ski school inside, nice teachers. But totally not safe. Fire precautions below zero. There were no fire/smoke detectors in rooms. Nothing beats Pamporovo after a good snowfall. Hotel is right next to the ski slopes. Amazing experience.

The hotel is huge and mostly empty. There are no escalators going down. You must carry the luggage.

This was a really convenient complex, the opportunity to ski straight in and out was an added bonus. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this. Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants...

Splendid location into the deep forest, next to the ski run, simply get down the hill to the hotel. Authentic Russian Bath -it's paid 10leva per each, but truly worth it. Not quite diverse, but the menu covers most of the authentic Ukrainian cuisine. Quite reasonably priced.

Visited the restaurant - great food and a relaxing environment. Hard to distinguish the personnel and the guests - seemed like a family place. We felt a little like intruders because everyone seemed like they knew each other (russian speaking) and we were somehow like being the only guests there.

Nice hotel, near to the center you can find everything

Good place for one night. Bed is corrupted and noisy, pillows are not usable, in bathroom bathtub was broken, shower broken too, wall are thin and you'll hear all neighbors. There's no such breakfast... Restaurants near are good and this is only thing that saves good impression about Smolyan.

Everything in the room was very old and worn out. The bathroom door and washing basin was rotten, difficult to close the door. The bed sheets were small, towers worn-out and stinky of bleach. The blinds wasn't functioning - could not open and no curtains. Do not recommend.

Excellent place for this money, I was taken 1 smile room for 13 $ per night . the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time . Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market.

We really liked the hotel and will visit again. The rooms are clean, warm, provided with extra duvets and pillows, there is plenty of hot water. The hosts are kind and responsive. The breakfast is varied and delicious, every day they made something different - mekkis, Rhodope wedge or "komple", the coffee is good. Free parking at the hotel is an additional convenience.

Very sweet small family hotel. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. It’s not annoyingly crowded like the big resorts and the hosts are ultra respectful and helpful. You have a continental breakfast and coffee or tea in the morning. Also there is this beautiful dog Maxi outside (he doesn’t do any trouble and is very respectful). Comfortable rooms. It is hot enough during winter. The pool feels cold. There is small spa center. The restaurant doesn't have enough seats, guests are waiting for table, others are moved to smaller table to free the bigger one for others. Good variety of food on the buffet.

The personnel were very friendly and kind. The location is amazing, there are a lot of places to visit. The only minus is that the launch is boring. The hotel itself doesn't offer it, so you have to go to the garden BBQ, which is still part of the hotel, but there aren't many options. The swimming pool was kinda dirty. When you take a shower, the water occasionally becomes cold. Overall it's good.

Location: shuttle bus will take you to the ski lift, but the road is very steep, so problems with transfer can happen at snowfall. Another way that leads up to most annoying part of green slope with no lift, so you need to go down between tens of novice skiers. Room: bathroom was good. The room desperately needs renovation. Nice hotel for a ski resort. It has a pool with not so warm water, a gym and sauna and Turkish bath. Furniture is ok and most staff are friendly. Was hard to find a parking place sometimes. Location is a bit remote for me.

Hotel Mursalitsa is really great. We were a family group of 5 people and had nice time. The Spa facilities are amazing and perfect for a relax after all day of skiing. The staff were absolutely superb starting from reception, to restaurant and spa specialists. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back.

This is a 2 star hotel but deserves to be at least 3 stars. Clean rooms with nice views, very friendly staff, rich breakfast, nice lobby. They also have a very cool bar. It is close to the ski resort, they also have a shuttle to there. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay there.

The staff is very kind. The apartment is really large and full of sun light. The Relation „best value for money“ is 100% there.

Lovely clean hotel, good facilities and food. Spa and childrens clubs. Transport up to ski lifts daily at varying times through the day. Storage for ski attire in reception area. Childrens play area with small soft play. Bozhidar and Daniel from the Animation Team inclusive and have good activities and games on for the children in the daytime and evening.

The rooms are old school, but very clean. It's very warm everywhere in the hotel, the common areas are good. Difficult with baby, as there is no elevator and steps everywhere. The animation for the kids is amazing, the two guys (Daniel and Bozhidar) had many games for the kids. They were trilled and entertained the whole time.

The hotel services are excellent. The rooms are clean, and the food selection is peefect. There is a shuttle bus that takes about a 3-minute ride to Studenec. There is a playroom for both younger and older children. The animators, Bozydar and Trifon, are very entertaining and the children adore them. They offer a wide variety of activities for kids. First time staying in this hotel and will definitely be back. The location is great, in the centre of pompovoro. Very friendly atmosphere, staff always willing to help and great service. Rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. Very little noise and great value for money. We were half board and have no complaints towards the food, which always had a good selection.

This is small but quiet and beautiful hotel in Pamporovo. You have 2 floor under the ground and 2 more flat on the ground. There is no elevator. Shuttle bus for skiing is stop in front of hotel. 50 meters from hotel is a supermarket where you can buy Internet sim cards (but only from Yettel). Everything is clean, hotel is warm and employers are very friendly and always with smile.
