Hotel Mursal is beautiful place with very friendly and kind personnel, delicious food and amazing views. A lot of space for children to play outdoor. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend and I would definitely love to visit it again.

Unique location. Great staff. Really happy with the outdoor jacuzzi on wood. Try their restaurant : beef with mushrooms, salads, everything is beyond tasty. The breakfast was also amazing.

What a wonderful place on Mother Earth. The staff is so helpful, Snegka is a great hostess. The hotel is located just under the Eagle eye, perfect location. The crispy white sheets offered 10 hours sleep. Highly recommend it and definitely will visit again.

Beautiful view. Staff are unbelievably friendly. We celebrated a birthday and they surprised us with cake AND a bag pipe performance! Children and pets are welcome and treated as family. There's a hot tub outside, sauna and massages for those seeking spa experience. Food is good, breakfast is great.

One of the greatest places I have ever visited! The most hospitable hosts, uniquely delicious homemade food, great views, terribly clean and maintained! The homemade mekis were at the highest level, the homemade jam and the homemade raspberry juice too! We also took advantage of the off-road walk to Eagle's Eye, which the family offers and was an unforgettable experience! Without any remarks at all...

If you really want to feel at home, stay here. I also recommend you to have dinner in the house so that you can enjoy real home-made Rhodope cuisine. All products are local and the vegetables were from the owners' garden...

Excellent service and rooms. The hotel is quite, the beds are comfortable, the restaurant serves quality traditional dishes. The atmosphere is calm. Very good place for a family vacation. The hosts organize transfers from main cities and adventures with off-road jeeps in the nearby mountains.

The best place in the area! The rooms are the cleanest and with wonderful view. You have all you need there. The restaurant is pleasant. The tastiest dishes are here! The manager and the personnel are the kindest, very positive and warmhearted. I love this place and always come here if I'm in the area. This is my fourth time.

Room was very spacious and sparkly clean! Restaurant food was splendid. They offered some unique dishes with home made ingredients.Staff was polite and welcoming. Location of the hotel is a good starting point for many tourist attractions like eagle's eye, Yagodina cave. Devil's troath cave, Trigrad and many more.

Really impressed how professionally the place is run. Clean well equiped rooms. Restaurant offers wide variety of local meals cooked by using only locally sourced ingredients. Food is absolutely delicious. Hats down to cooks. There is a variety of activities in the region like hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding to name a few.

Trigard Hotel: We've been staying at Trigard Hotel for 3 nights - July 2021. The general expirience was great pleasure: The rooms are well designed comfortable, and the room balcony is lovely with nice viewes. The Breakfast is full and rich, Dinner is lovely with lots of options- tasty all dishes are - home made. All ingredients are local, from Trigrad village - uniqe tastes. This was the perfect place for us to stay for our weekend getaway to the Rhodopes! First, the staff is extremely friendly. I love the family atmosphere that you receive. The hotel is spotless and the food!! The food is so delicious. The two ladies in the kitchen can cook! We would come back in a heart beat.

An excellent hotel, really similar to an ancient castle, a spacious room, there is a kettle and a fridge in the room, the bathroom is excellent, The service is courteous, polite and welcoming. There is a stream next to the hotel which adds to the atmosphere. We went up the stairs to the first floor. The breakfast is very basic.

The hotel, very characteristic as it is in the shape of a castle, is situated in the Trigrad gorge near the river, which makes it unique if you are a nature lover. Parking spaces are also available and the rooms are beautiful and equipped with the main comforts. I didn't have dinner at the hotel restaurant, while the breakfast was ok. Perhaps the reception/check-in side could be improved with staff...

However, there was no hot water or heating in both rooms. We showed understanding, we waited, but the hot water remained warm as in summer, not in November. Everything was excellent, the hotel is at very nice place, view from the room on the woods is very beautiful. Guy who works there is very nice and polite. Breakfast is simple, but very tasty, including fruits. Recommendations!

The atmosphere is wonderful in the family hotel! Nature around us, fireplace roaring, people being super welcoming, prices of the stay and the restaurant are very good. The road to there is not very maintained, so have a car ready for some offroad.

Lovely hosts, did not had a free table and offered us to join anyway on the owners table. The food was excellent. Plenty of good quality products, from stakes to fish. Awesome hospitality and interaction with the kids that were on premise.

I didn't feel like leaving this area. The house is very small and neat. It has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. I would come back again.

The place is fantastic, amazing location with great views of the mountains, stay on the 4th floor as you have the whole space for yourself, the place is so nicely decorated, with all the facilities you could ever need. A quiet place and a great starting point for everything in the region that you have decided to visit. Steady.

The hotel is nice with its unique atmosphere. I enjoyed the facilities outside and the pool too. We tried both an apartment and a house - I'd prefer the first as it is more spacious but still cosy. It has a new spa facility but the inside pool is cold and small. The restaurant is ok and would be nice if the food is levelled up. Breakfast is basic, expect more quality and variety from a 4 star hotel...

Good place for families. Very relaxing place. The staff are very polite and are always there to help. There are two spas, outside and inside pools. The restaurant is large but the food there is mediocre (at best). The only problem we had there is with the food - stomachache from the diner.

The staff is very helpful and kind, the place is very clean and well-maintained. Food is average, no complaints but also nothing to recommend. You have to walk through the yard to reach the SPA center, so it could be a harsh experience during the cold months (Changing and lockers rooms available if you don't want to run wrapped in a towel). Hot zone is not separated from the pool so don't be surprised...

The hotel is good. We stayed at the villas. It was clean. the villa was right next to the forest. Fresh air was very relaxing, especially at mornings with a cup of Coffee

The owner is very kind. The location of the hotel is very good. The room was spacious but not well cleaned, there were hairs all over the floor and dust gathered in balls in the corners of the room. The towels that were left for use had dirty stains on them.

A very nice place to rest. From the terrace of the house you can see the trees of the park, and below it - a creek. Incredible! Quiet and peaceful place. Inside it is clean and cozy. A big convenience is the kitchen, which is equipped with everything from to. It is also close to mineral pools. I recommend the house. You will not regret!

Lovely house, with very warm and inviteful hosts. The top floor has a large dining table with a wonderful view of the city and nearby scenery. The garden is well kept and offers space for people to chill, or prepare a bbq party. This is one of the best places you can stay in the city.

Really clean room, the host is extremely nice. first we booked two separate beds(was the only option on booking) and she changed for us to one big bed, really fair prices. She didn't talked in English, but did a lot of effort to help us.

Best food I ever had in a Bulgarian restaurant! If you want to try traditional Bulgarian food from the Rhodopi mountains you must try Veronica's Smilianski beans! The rooms are well furnished, very clean, with plenty of towels and extremely quiet! This is a place where you can really rest, enjoy and forget about the problems.

Disliked · Not much parking space. Shower cabin was old, half broken and small as a coffin. Restaurant: more like a cafe, indoor space allows smoking, dishes are not very tasty and service is quirky.

The hotel is at the perfect place because it's at the center of the city. The restaurant is actually good but the spaghetti Bolognese wasn't good at all. If someone doesn't want to eat in the restaurant there are lots of restaurants around it.

We were lucky to get a room when we arrived as we didn't have a reservation but no vacancies the next day that it was Friday. The lady at reception was friendly and professional,she gave us a room on the top floor. Big room with good beds and mattresses and all the amenities in place. Nice service at good prices. In the center of the town, with relatively big open parking next to it. It is good to be there before lunch in order to find a parking spot. The SPA zone is nothing exceptional. A swimming pool, thermal pool, sauna and a small steam bath. As I said the prices are good and the service was fine. The rooms were clean. One of the best spa hotels I have visited. The food is amazing, the staff are very professional. It looses one star because they did let two people with dogs in the hotel, also in the restaurant. Edit: I did put it back to 5 stars because of the service in the restaurant. The waiters are very good.

A clean, tidy hotel almost in the center of the town of Devin. Pleasant rooms, clean bathroom, hot water. You can arrange breakfast, if you like it. There is a parking lot, a tavern with a fireplace, a TV and a small yard. A taxi from the center to the hotel costs 1.40 BGN

A very clean and neat family hotel in the midst of silence and fresh air, with cultured and polite service. There is no fridge and air conditioner in the room, which is inconvenient in summer.
