Nice and comfortable cabins next to the ski slope, surrounded by trees. They clean the cabins every day, the staff is friendly. The rooms are warm and you have everything you need at ease. We had half board and all the meals were great! It was our fourth holiday in the same place!

Complex Malina was great for our family. The restaurant food was better than expected for a buffet and the service was great. Sometimes it was difficult for our party of 8 to get a table together at dinner. The chalet was warm although the decor was a bit faded and basic. The beds were very comfortable and the water was hot. The ladder to the upstairs was a bit steep and narrow, and our heater and door handle broke whilst we were there, but we're repaired really quickly.

It’s such a shame ! The villa was ok and We did enjoy the food but it was absolutely ruined from the Terrible service and completely unprofessional staff! We waited over 30 minutes before anyone even came to our table. Our chilli peppers (side) arrived after we finish out food Sylvia, our server, ignored us for 40 minutes while we tried to order a cheesecake six times. When she finally came, she turned to another table and told them she was giving them the last cheesecake—knowing full well I had been trying to order it! Then she turned to me, laughed in my face, and said, “Oh, I’ll just give it to them instead.” When we questioned the awful service, she claimed we were lucky she didn’t kick us out just for arriving five minutes early. Absolutely shocking behavior. Avoid this place at all costs!

Already 8 years we are staying in Malina Villas for our winter vacation. Very comfortable accommodation, great service, absolutely great location. Tasty food.

We stayed at Malina Villas for 3 nights, December 30 - January 2nd, it was amazing - very nice cottages, very nice place maintained with responsibility and respect. Our cottage was clean, warm and very cosy. The restaurant is very nice and the food is just great 😃 Above all, the staff, the people working there make the difference. We had a great stay ☺️

Really good bungalows, warm, really clean, modern bath and kitchen with all daily necessities included. The food at the restaurant was varied, for all something there, typical Bulgarian food as well. The best pizza in the area on menu. Very nice service. Daily cleaning lady in the bungalows.

Great for families of four to five people. Situated with in walking distance of many lifts/trails and driving distance to many tourist attractions around.

The villas are clean and cozy. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff is super friendly. The kids are already asking if we’re coming back next year.

The only negatives I can say is bring your own wood, unless you want to scavenge it from the surrounding forest and the music in the restaurant is pretty bad.

Quiet place to relax with friends. Loved the fire pits. Highly recommend not to take a villa too near to the playground. 🤗
