Exceptional stay – highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, they kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost since one with a better view was available – a very thoughtful gesture. The room was clean, quiet, and had a lovely view, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was satisfying, offering all the basics and good coffee to start the day. The spa facilities, including the steam bath, sauna, and hammam, were a great bonus – especially since they opened them just for us. Very decent for the price!

There was a small mix-up with the payment, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally, and we found a solution right away. We also tried the restaurant – the food was tasty, fairly priced, and overall a pleasant surprise.

Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Don’t try pizza because the pizza is a frozen.
Room is good we have a good view of the balcony.

The room was old, but the bathroom was big. The breakfast is nice. There is no insonorisation so you hear everything in the hotel and the ventilation is bad the smell of food was very strong in the room. The spa is nice but there were kids jumping in the spa ? Also it was closed at 8pm? The staff don’t speak english at all.

The first room we got had no heating or hot water so next day we got a new room which was better. Both rooms clean and tidy but small maintenance problems like no curtains and uneven floor. However comfortable bed. Restaurant is okay food generally good, breakfast buffet not very large but enough options to give you a good start

A really friendly hotel in a great location for exploring the beauty of the Rhodope mountains. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and we were able to use the spa area and get a full meal even though we arrived after 8pm. Breakfast was also varied and good, and included mekitsi! I'd definitely go back if I was in the area again. Thank you for a great stay!

Trigard Hotel:
We've been staying at Trigard Hotel for 3 nights - July 2021.
The general expirience was great pleasure:
The rooms are well designed comfortable, and the room balcony is lovely with nice viewes.
The Breakfast is full and rich,
Dinner is lovely with lots of options- tasty all dishes are - home made.
All ingredients are local, from Trigrad village - uniqe tastes.

Cheese cake is most recommended!!
The hotel team are lovely and approachable.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for our weekend getaway to the Rhodopes! First, the staff is extremely friendly. I love the family atmosphere that you receive. The hotel is spotless and the food!! The food is so delicious. The two ladies in the kitchen can cook! We would come back in a heart beat.
