Kamchia Park in Golden Sands

People, avoid this place. The owner is extremely disrespectful—he talks down to guests and only treats people decently if he knows them personally. He even said he’s tired of dealing with people and doesn’t want to talk to them anymore. That alone says a lot.

The rooms are dirty, and the food is terrible. Breakfast is the same every single day, often just reheated leftovers. Lunch wasn’t much better—same repetitive dishes, and nothing tasted fresh.

What ruins the entire experience the most is the owner’s attitude. He’s rude, arrogant, and lacks any sense of decency or respect. There’s no professionalism, no honor. It’s a shame.

first thing first: Rooms: air conditioning doesn t work/ or doesn t work properly like outside there were 30 degrees in the room 27, the tv is so old inside of your room,toilet has dust/ rust inside of it,no proper cleaning,they don t change the bedsheets and towels ,as u walk in the reception area,you ll see a style from 1990' . Nothing new, only one elevator which can handle only 2 pers inside.
FOOD: do not try to eat there, same menu everyday, poor quality,no diversification at all, 5 salads and some chicken/pork everyday. Juices are water with some syrup,you need to wait for the bartender to came in oder for u ti have a drink,if the bartender is not there you can wait up to 10 mins. Food no! Di not ever try to eat it!
Swimming pool: max 20 sunbeds so u can stay on them or you need to wait in order for someone to go. Swimming pool very small and not so clean uf there are 10 people inside it s so crowded .
In front of the hotel there are a lot of shops and playgrounds so din t expect to sleep there all night as u ll hear a loooot of people passing and also music,noise. 1/10 this hotel! I don t recomand this one

Good and big rooms for its the price. The location is pretty well as well. Bathrooms were clean and it was cleaned everyday. The food was delicious but not too much to choose from. The pool was good and the guy on the pool (Mladen) is the best employee in the hotel. The parking was good since it was not full.
The rooms don’t have dryer which means that when it’s windy you have to go on the street to look for them and lucky if you find it. The elevator is not enough for more than 2 people which means that if you’re with a company you have to wait all the time. The hotel has 115 rooms and the elevator is not enough for such rooms.
Another thing is for the people who take the dishes after you finish your dinner. They don’t wait for you to finish and all the time they want to take it even when it has food in it. We had to tell them to stop coming so often.
I would consider of going there for a second time because of the discrimination between foreigners and Bulgarians. (Better prices for them and they have more privileges than we do).
