Its not 4 *hotel for sure ..They provaided for me and my mother room with marriage bed ,there are no electric sockets near bed ,there are 2 but in the hall 15 cm above the floor ,we had to wait 5 days to change the bulb in the room to have a light plus mini bar was empty when we arrived ..Those people are a bit dicriminating people other then Germans .Its for me low 3 star or 2.5 .other think we paid for room with sea view ..and our room had a view but for a drink bar at the ground floor ..Total disaster .

Cant fault hotel, staff and food but came in October and everywhere is shut no entertainment no buses just taxis £30 one way into Varna and again not a lot to do. Beach is nice and clean I wouldn't come again this time of year

This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic. The rooms overlook the beach right on the beach no walking distance and the food and drink was gorgeous so much to choose from And the cocktails were made especially for us at the bar and the spirits are incredibly strong. Never had spirits so strong. Could only manage a couple on an evening so great value for money. It’s in a really pretty area surrounded by trees and it was very quiet when we went in October but we would definitely be back fantastic beach front location highly recommended and a good standard to with stunning views and a short distance from the airport. We hired a car which was easy parking was right outside the front of the hotel for free the whole Hotel experience was a pleasure And fantastic value for money if you’re looking for a last-minute holiday, we got way more than what we expected. Only downside was the swimming pools were too cold to swimming and the sea too, but we still sunbed on the beach which was fantastic.

Interesting place. The hotel is well located right on the beach and we upgraded to an executive sea view room from a standard sea view room for 21 leves (a little over £9) a night. They initially wanted 42 leves a night but with a little pushing the price halved. They are bigger and have excellent sea view and balconies.we can clearly see the sea from our bed. We are hear right at the start of the season and the rest of albena is very quite. The food is good and more varied then most having had, chicken; duck, beef, lamb,pork, mussels, king prawns, tuna stakes and shark. As well as all the usual things. A good 7 out of 10 food wise but an 8 out of 10 for all inclusive. They have 4 bars and they serve decent brands and cocktails but they are all pretty small and I have absolutely no idea how they would cope when full in the high season.
Some staff are friendly enough and most have a basic bit of english. But it's not an "english" hotel. Seem far more for germans and Romanians (less then an hour to the boarder). Be aware Albena is very much a resort on it's own (there must be over a dozen hotels etc) but everything here in the resort is geared to getting your pennies and the prices are really high for Bulgaria. Even a 15 minute taxi to the nearest town is £30 return and the so called supermarkets on the resort are sometimes twice uk prices (and 4 times normal Bulgaria prices).
Finally the hotel is clean and well kept.

Kaliakra Beach Hotel was an excellent choice for our family vacation. We spent 8 days here and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was varied and delicious, offering options for all tastes, and the drinks were always available, fresh, and of good quality. However, what truly made our stay special was the animation team. They were fantastic! Every day, they organized games and activities that captivated both children and adults. They provided us with moments of fun and relaxation, and our kids were always excited to participate. We will definitely return!

This holiday was awesome. I enjoyed it, clean beaches and nice pools. In the balcon the view is amazing. The food is good and the place for games is really fun. I stayed in the hallways to watch the beautiful girl at the reception who works mid-night time only. Never saw a more beautiful girl in my whole life.

Haa beach at 100m. Pretty isolated from other water parks thou. Also crowded during season. Raitsa water park is a better choice if you dont mind the distance from the beach.

Albena used to be one of the most greenish peaciful resorts in Bulgaria... Now it's just a loud Romanian village.. And what is tearing my heart away is that Albena likes it.. Caters for them, sings and dances with them.. Loudly
