Hello! Vacationing with his son for 13 years with 16. Arrived at 06:00 am, checked in at 10:00. The room got nice, spacious, clean, bright. On the table stood a bottle of Bulgarian champagne dry "Albena"

Nice stay ! All staff members were very friendly and welcoming. +5⭐ for the awesome Vencislav !!!

Nice hotel, very tasty food, friendly staff. Room cleaned every day, breakfasts, Lunches and dinners last for 3-3. 5 hours, no need to rush, everything at the hotel is well organized and thought out

The room are clean and are more than ok ! The animation staff are really friendly and make good job, but the barkeepers are really unfriendly, never see such unfriendly people ! The meal aren't good, happy come back home or eat out of the hotel

The hotel met our requirements, every drink in the bar was included in our ultra all inclusive price (even imported drinks), the staff was friendly (most of the time), rooms were cleaned every day etc

- coffee - acceptable to good depending on what you choose on the machine - pool with lots of chairs and shade from umbrellas and huge trees - 2 lifeguards during the day - pool bar - nice staff, very good ice cream, good cookies during serving hours -staff pretty young and helpful, did their job very well - reception looks very nice with a lot of seats inside and outside on the terrace - saw there...

Great facilities, spacious rooms, friendly service! Yes, I had to walk down to the beach, bit I was able to enjoy the great sunrises on my balcony! Very happy, can only recommend!

-10 sunbeds on the beach - huge con if you come for the sand and the sea - gym - very old , not sure anyone worked out there during my stay - for those minding exercising or climbing stairs: around 50 stair climb from the beach to the hotel All in all pleasant experience with good food, had a good time with my friends

The comments bellow from fellow Romanians with "only 2 types of soup", and "food different than in Romania" - you are not at your mother's house, but in Bulgaria - different country with different food ;)

Also the comments with "reusing food from the breakfast in the lunch meals" - what do you guys expect them to do , throw it away? that's what every restaurant ever does

Plenty of soda drinks, water, beer and wine. In the 4 days that I stayed some food repeated yes like french fries and salads but other cooked foods were different

The spa zone was ideal for us, uncrowded and of effective use and results! And the pool was spacious with dense warm water that keeps you on the surface ;) you can imagine yourself being on the beach with the wall photo of the sea and beach umbrellas on one side of the pool as a kind of extension

The jacuzzi was nice too with the soothing therapy of changing colors. I do recommend the hotel for couples as they can enjoy seclusion and comfort in the spa zone

The pool was very clean and warm! The animation was perfect for kids and for the adults! It is about 15 minutes from the beach but there is short cuts to go

We had a fantastic 3 days ,the staff were fantastic, most spoke very good English which always makes a huge difference, worst thing was the hill to get to hotel, 1s we found the side gate took half the walk up off ,so made a huge difference thank you for your hospitality

30 in the morning and were surprised to be given a trolley load of food kept chilled and wrapped up, a very thoughtful gesture. As for entertainment going in early May means the season hasn't officially started

Tip: bring your drinks/snacks with you as the private beach is not really serviced. The price is very good for the quality. Families, with young children, would enjoy the stay

We have now been to this hotel 4 times. Twice a year our ladies group meet there foŕ a get together 35 this time. We have always found the rooms very very clean

I can't say if there is any live entertainment put on when the main season starts as not been at that time of year. Food is plentiful and a good variety, something for everyone

The hotel is the best option ever! It has it's own parking space for cheap per day, (15BGN). The receptionist is super friendly

The all inclusive menu of the hotel is not so variated but is acceptable though, a plus is the high amount of vegetable served for each meal!!!

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. big variety of food at meal time, although food could be hotter. Plenty of seating areas and sun loungers around the pool. Rooms were large and very clean.

We had a pleasant holiday at the Kini Hotel, but there were a few things that could be improved

Also, the lack of a beach bar nearby meant additional costs for consumption and sunbed hire. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff were friendly and welcoming

Every meal was delicious, and the abundance of culinary specialties allowed me to experience a true explosion of flavors. Overall, my stay at Kini Park was a truly delightful experience

Really neat hotel a few spiders but other wise a nice 1 40 pool for big people and 70 cm for the little ones reception really kind will let you invite up to 7 people to the pool for a few hours

I don't expect this kind of standard. Tasty food, big and clean room, nice swimming pools. A lot of space around building. Many of guests are smoking cigarettes everywhere. Smoking is allowed practically everywhere

Air-condition works only when you are in the room. Breakfest is served in many tables and there isn't room for everybody... Few of staff only speaks engilsh... Bulgarian people are rude

One star less due to smoking!!!

Areas for improvement: - better room cleaning - don't overcook all the meat - some of the driest meat in my life was here - don't overcook all the veggies - animation group needs to be more pushy for sports

Snip'em shorter - gym lacks a power rack, and doesn't have enough weights for proper squats or deadlift. Good stuff: - great pool - good always available - Close to the beach

- the elevators are the slowest I've used in the last 20 years. - the trees around the pools blocks out too much sunlight

Lunch - both hot & cold meat, vegetables, salad - different kinds & fresh every day, outside pizza oven - thin based and delicious in different flavours - salami, ham, mushroom, onion, tomato etc made fresh everyday, grill area - garlic mushrooms, onions, sausages, fish, chicken, made fresh every day

To get into pool was rail with steps - from pool edge to first rung of steps was very steep. I have slight mobility issues - two arthritic knees so step was to far for me to use so ended up jumping in

Negative about room/balcony - no drawers, just open rail for clothes. Balcony rail seemed bit loose - reported to reception. Food - wow such a wide variety of options at breakfast, lunch & dinner

Ice cream only from 3-5pm which thought would have been better to be earlier. Bars - two outside bars with one linking to inside. If taking drinks poolside given plastic cups for safety

also had small tables & chairs with paper/crayons for children. Very engaging and friendly team. Pools - 1 small shallow pool suitable for children and slightly bigger pool for adults

Entertainment - fabulous entertainment team Ellie & George who were on hand daily trying to encourage guests to take part in mid morning exercises, darts competition, pool polo etc

It was real pleasure to stay in this hotel! It was very clean, tasty food, friendly staff and it is 5-6 mins walking distance from the beach. I recommended it!

The food was excellent, they have a big range of food options and I loved it. The bed was very comfortable and I was pleased at how big the pool is.

The night before leaving I went into this room, so they're even not hear a knock! Disco! There was some woman from the staff walked in and told them. Horrible attitude! Just a shame

Service is good, it's pretty clean, pool is fairly large and has trees around it for nice shadows, They also have free cocktails after 9PM until 11PM

Food is really good exept for some of the salads which didn't have any taste

Service is normal for a such class of hotel. Had been there in August 2014. Not so good, not so bad. Breakfast is standard. The rooms are clean. Time to the sea - 7 min, info 100%.
