I was especially impressed by the restaurant where on the first day we were served baked lamb, and daily they had oat bran for breakfast (together with common oat and cereals, pancakes, etc

The food was average, there was the variety of choices like for example for breakfast pancakes, sausages, bakery products, vegetables etc. No threats of poisoning as some others wrote here

The room are clean and are more than ok ! The animation staff are really friendly and make good job, but the barkeepers are really unfriendly, never see such unfriendly people ! The meal aren't good, happy come back home or eat out of the hotel

There are several food stores nearby. there is a swimming pool and a small play area for children. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is not very new. There are problems in the bathroom with the shower

Not really a 4 star hotel more like a 3. Pros: - big room, clean, no funny smells in the bathroom or from sewage, bed comfy enough, extra blankets and pillows in the dressing

- housekeeping doing a very good job with daily cleaning and changing towels - despite all the comments below that scared me before going there food was delicious - a lot of options from a bunch of salads, veggies, meats, barbecue for lunch and dinner with different meats daily, pancakes in the morning

Very clean, food can get samey but plenty of choice. The rooms are big, sofa bed was a little small though. Staff are friendly and happy to please. Wasn't many English families at this hotel but wasn't an issue for us

The rooms were okay, I really enjoyed the comfortable bed. The bathroom was also nice, but there wasn't enough soap, and when we complained about the lack of soap, they simply took it out and replaced it with the shampoo

From reception to housekeeping, from restaurant service to the bar, and through the family-friendly activities and pool entertainment, every department contributed to a stay that was both comfortable and memorable

Most of them are frozen food, the variety is not satisfactory, they don't use seasonings (especially salt). I ate the same food every meal. The waiters were overworked and disorganized

While there is still room for growth in some areas (especially outside the resort), the dedication, professionalism, and genuine care of the staff made our experience exceptional

The hotel also had an outside little gym, playground, basketball court and a bar. I recommend it, but don't go there if you're a picky eater

The housekeeping was done every three days, which was perfectly fine for us. The hotel pool was great, and we always managed to find a free sunbed, even in the afternoon

Hotel is right at the entrance of Golden Sands, the rooms are spacious and clean, has balconies, they have their own parking area, is paid but if you don’t know this region let me tell you this, they will send you some who knows who is protecting public parks, so this is a huge advantage

There is a need to take the bus to go to the center, so that up to 9pm at max and no more bus to return to the hotel yet taxi can cost around 15 euro to return from center, other than that if it's not about the center at night and no problem with 1 hour in the bus , then it's great experience for value

There is a general rudeness in this region i don’t know why but the staff here was very helpful and communicative. For the sake of mindfullness in vacation i believe this is important

In September I had 10 days at The Melia Grande Hermitage and the staff are what made it a great holiday

The beach facilities were good too. The only downside for us was if you went down to the promenade for a walk after dinner in the evening there was nothing

I think the only thing I actually did in the 10 days we were there was change the towels every day, the beds maybe twice I don’t take the bins. The 2 cups and two glasses were never changed

I love being on this beach, the staff are friendly, and I always feel safe and protected because they are always walking around, the only thing is that there are not enough mattresses provided

The rooms were a bit dated, but the view of the sea from the 14th floor was impressive. The rest of the hotel looked very good. The pool supposedly had mineral water, indeed I didn't feel excessive chlorine

It was good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel have a new management from 2025 and besides old reviews that I read, now everything was great, the rooms, the pool and food.

The only reason I gave the workers 2 stars is because the animation team is wonderful. They make program and make this hotel worth at least some stars, but this is DEFINETLY not a 4 star hotel

The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it

I understand that it's more work but this is a presumably 4star hotel, they should get paid enough and have enough workers for it

You eat drink out of plastic cups, no decency to give you real glasses and when you do use a real glass the workers glare at you

You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad

Friendly and helpful staff, tasty food with a lot of variety, nice pools, cozy room with comfortable bed mattress. Nice view too! One recommendation: all rooms should have shower and not bath

The pool is very small and insufficient for the hotel’s capacity—I am referring to both the indoor and outdoor pools. the food was okay and varied, but there were queues every time. I also believe it is too small

The rooms are really spacious and have everything you need. The hotel it is right on the beach, inside a pine forrest, part of a group of HVD hotels. So, it is safe to walk around into the park

We had a family room, for 3 adults and a newborn. We appreciated the guarded parking, but the parking spots are insufficient. We ended parking on the pavement towards the restaurant

I appreciate that they are not wasting food only for opulence like they do in Turkey. Food is various, there are several options even for vegetarians or for those who prefer healthy food, but not exagerated

Food is good, on all the tastes. yhe the drinks were quality, not some low quality. Now let's talk about some aspects, the refill of the minibar was done only ones after I've complained several times

Beer is fresh and cold always, bartenders are young and friendly, good ice cream. All the rooms have sea view and is very nice. 2 minutes from the hotel entrance to the beach

Beach towels program is short in my opinion, 9-11 and 17-19. CHECK IN AFTER 15 - very late. Didn't like the toilet leaking, it was not very efficient so a lot of water waste

We were accommodated at 4th floor, we could hear some music but not loud enough to be disturbing in any way. Downsides: Parking is not included, price is 20 lv / day. The drinks could do with some improvement

The food was plenty even if you arrived later and it was tasty also. The beach is 5 minutes walk, the only disadvantage is that there are some abrupt stairs on the way

You can take a longer walk on the main road, no stairs but double the time. Also we have seen complaints about the music of neighbouring clubs

Each has a strength they know how to use. Katy, who is like Shakira and Barbie in one, makes her Aquagym and Zumba not only active but also entertaining. The pleasantly crazy Cleo gets even the lazy ones moving

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bolero. You can also find clean rooms, nice pools and good food in other hotels, but here they add something extra – incredibly kind staff and well-prepared entertainment

Cleaning is thorough, the minibar is refilled daily. Some guests mention a lack of sunbeds in their reviews, but we never had a problem – there was always a free spot both by the pool and on the beach

There very very few options for vegetarian. And the parking was another aspect-few places for too many cars

No free parking at the hotel and even so it is small and we had to search to park in other place. Every parking lot is of 20leva/day

If you park somewhere outside a parking lot, wont pass several minutes and your car will be evacuated, 50eu and you can have your car back)) so dont risk. The water is clean but the rest is dirty and old

Even small requests were handled quickly by the team. The beach is close by and they have a shuttle for the people that don't want to walk

I think is shorter when you walk,but the shuttle is very useful for people with small children and people with disabilities

We are coming here every year and this is our third year at this hotel and we absolutely love it! Our room was always spotless thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team — they are coming absolutely every day to clean the room and changing towels not only when you throw them on the floor

We stayed mostly on the pools as they have 3 on one side and a 4th one on the other side of the hotel which is called relax pool and it's really quite there. And a 5th one that is covered if the weather is bad

Bathrooms came with a full set of toiletries, which was a nice touch. The facilities make it easy to enjoy your time even on rainy days, thanks to the indoor pool and spa

They had this great balance of being fun and engaging, without ever being pushy. My child especially adored the mini-disco, and we found ourselves looking forward to the shows every night

I didn't like the fact it's on all-inclusive hotel but we didn't get anything all-inclusive nothing for the Shower Empty Fridge we have to ask for Tissue , broken bed head board broken Shower we check in on the 6th and the room didn't till the Wednesday the room only Clean when we check out

Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay

However, the entertainment for kids was great (slides, pools, playground, trampolines & animation team) - which I suppose is what matters most!

On paper it has everything, however when you're actually there it feels very crowded and a bit "rough around the edges

Our room seemed to have been renovated, but our floor’s surface was bumpy and was uncomfortable to walk barefoot, there was a carpet but I suppose that with the bumps can’t be properly cleaned

Loud music, from a nearby venue was heard in our room, booming out until midnight. None of this the fault of the hotel. Situated a short walk to the beach the location was spot on

The rooms are spacious enough, all have a side view of the sea, and this is a plus. The pool is small, but suitable for children. The food is not very diverse, but sufficient

Pity about the neon advertising board on top of the Lighthouse Steakhouse opposite which continued twenty four hours, day and night shining its light onto the balcony

Room was nice and house keeping was excellent. Only grudge would be this is not a hotel for people with mobility issues as there is no easy access to dining room

Some people said that they couldn't sleep because they heard parties at night - and yes, you can definitely hear them if you sleep with an open window, but if you close the balcony door you don't hear a thing

I visited this hotel for an all-inclusive vacation. When we've arrived in the hotel our rooms weren't ready, but we could use the hotels amenities right away. We got the key cards to our rooms pretty quickly

Both pools are deep enough to swim in them, but as a 6ft male I could stand in both even in the deepest spots. The outdoor pool was located on a terrace, next to the sunbeds and a pool bar

There's also a beach bar there, it consists of a coffee machine, soft drinks dispenser and a beer tap. Sadly no toilet or a water tap to wash sand down from your feet on the beach

The beach is located right next to the hotel. Really, the location of the hotel was very good. It was also close to the center of Golden Sands, including bars and clubs

The water in the outside one is rather cold, but the one inside has an acceptable temperature. I wouldn't call it thermal tho, but it's advertised as such
