I was especially impressed by the restaurant where on the first day we were served baked lamb, and daily they had oat bran for breakfast (together with common oat and cereals, pancakes, etc

The food was average, there was the variety of choices like for example for breakfast pancakes, sausages, bakery products, vegetables etc. No threats of poisoning as some others wrote here

The room are clean and are more than ok ! The animation staff are really friendly and make good job, but the barkeepers are really unfriendly, never see such unfriendly people ! The meal aren't good, happy come back home or eat out of the hotel

There are several food stores nearby. there is a swimming pool and a small play area for children. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is not very new. There are problems in the bathroom with the shower

It is not very close to the sea beach ( about 10-15 minutes walk away) but it is in a green, higher-up position which in a hot summer is a big plus. The whole hotel is very clean

The rooms were okay, I really enjoyed the comfortable bed. The bathroom was also nice, but there wasn't enough soap, and when we complained about the lack of soap, they simply took it out and replaced it with the shampoo

We had a fantastic 3 days ,the staff were fantastic, most spoke very good English which always makes a huge difference, worst thing was the hill to get to hotel, 1s we found the side gate took half the walk up off ,so made a huge difference thank you for your hospitality

I spent a week with my five-year-old child in the middle of August. The room was basic, but had all that we needed that week. The cleanliness is also basic, but nothing catastrophic

The pool and the bar were very enjoyable. We didn’t spend much time in the rooms but the bed was comfy and it was clean

The only real complaint in that regard would be the bed sheets which flew about and didn't really fit the matress. That would have been a real relief to have a fitting bed sheet stay in place

I'm glad to be able to say: that is absolutely not the case. Yes, hot dishes are at best lukewarm, but I found the variety, presentation and taste absolutely okay

The distance to the beach is certainly the biggest asset, it's a perfect walking distance and sort of ritual throughout the stay of fifteen minutes (with a little kid in tow)

Rest with a child 5 years old on April 30. Everything is fine, we lived in apartment, view of the sea

Not really a 4 star hotel more like a 3. Pros: - big room, clean, no funny smells in the bathroom or from sewage, bed comfy enough, extra blankets and pillows in the dressing

- housekeeping doing a very good job with daily cleaning and changing towels - despite all the comments below that scared me before going there food was delicious - a lot of options from a bunch of salads, veggies, meats, barbecue for lunch and dinner with different meats daily, pancakes in the morning

Very clean, food can get samey but plenty of choice. The rooms are big, sofa bed was a little small though. Staff are friendly and happy to please. Wasn't many English families at this hotel but wasn't an issue for us

The comments bellow from fellow Romanians with "only 2 types of soup", and "food different than in Romania" - you are not at your mother's house, but in Bulgaria - different country with different food ;)

The hotel is beautiful and the animators are really nice. Games were very fun. The food was delicious.

We went off season so it was quiet. Rooms cleaned regularly, reasonable all inclusive drinks. Food edible but always lukewarm and fairly bland. Pork, chicken and fish every meal with good choice of salads

30 in the morning and were surprised to be given a trolley load of food kept chilled and wrapped up, a very thoughtful gesture. As for entertainment going in early May means the season hasn't officially started

Great area as huge sandy beach but suspect it gets rammed later in the season. Most desk staff friendly and helpful

What let's the hotel down slightly is the food. It's not that there's a lack of choice or that it's local cuisine, the issue is that the hot food simply isn't hot. However, this seems to be a cultural thing

There are 2 bars; one by the pool and another in the lobby, both serving good quality local drinks as well as premium brands. The prices for premium drinks are significantly lower than the *****

I don't expect this kind of standard. Tasty food, big and clean room, nice swimming pools. A lot of space around building. Many of guests are smoking cigarettes everywhere. Smoking is allowed practically everywhere

Air-condition works only when you are in the room. Breakfest is served in many tables and there isn't room for everybody... Few of staff only speaks engilsh... Bulgarian people are rude

Areas for improvement: - better room cleaning - don't overcook all the meat - some of the driest meat in my life was here - don't overcook all the veggies - animation group needs to be more pushy for sports

Snip'em shorter - gym lacks a power rack, and doesn't have enough weights for proper squats or deadlift. Good stuff: - great pool - good always available - Close to the beach

- the elevators are the slowest I've used in the last 20 years. - the trees around the pools blocks out too much sunlight

The all inclusive menu of the hotel is not so variated but is acceptable though, a plus is the high amount of vegetable served for each meal!!!

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. big variety of food at meal time, although food could be hotter. Plenty of seating areas and sun loungers around the pool. Rooms were large and very clean.

Hotel is right at the entrance of Golden Sands, the rooms are spacious and clean, has balconies, they have their own parking area, is paid but if you don’t know this region let me tell you this, they will send you some who knows who is protecting public parks, so this is a huge advantage

The food is quite varied, the coffee from the coffee machine is quite tasty. The hotel is cozy, the territory is well-kept

There is a need to take the bus to go to the center, so that up to 9pm at max and no more bus to return to the hotel yet taxi can cost around 15 euro to return from center, other than that if it's not about the center at night and no problem with 1 hour in the bus , then it's great experience for value

There is a general rudeness in this region i don’t know why but the staff here was very helpful and communicative. For the sake of mindfullness in vacation i believe this is important
