Apart Hotel Golden Line in Golden Sands

We stayed at this hotel for a week , The reception staff are amazing . The cleaner stole change from our bedside cabinet, the cleaners was rubbish room not cleaned properly once. The breakfast was good, lunch and dinner are appalling cold food , over cooked meat , dirty plates, dirty tables rude staff ( I could go on) Alcohol is vile we ended up buying our own. The pool side is dirty , so cramped with sunbeds that’s it’s hard to move, Pool bar food is cold and area dirty STAFF ARE VILE AND SO RUDE. We had to eat out 6 out of the 7 nights as food was un edible and myself and my husband really are not fussy eaters. All in all I really would not recommend this hotel go and spend your money somewhere else we are very very disappointed.

The staff are just rude. Currently staying here. We have had items stolen from our room by cleaners, reported to reception and had a meeting with the manager today. This meeting was hardly a meeting, stood at the reception desk talking about the long list of issues. The manager had to interest and just defended his staff saying they would not do this. The excuse the manager gave for the missing items is that the cleaning staff work 8 hours a day throughout the whole summer!. Further from this he ends the meeting and walks away on the phone while I had more points to make such as mouldy food being left in our room for 12 days! Snack bar staff are rude, screaming and snatching plates off us for no reason at all. Bar staff by the pool no where to be seen at points of the evening, allowing other guests to serve people drinks. Rooms was very rarely cleaned , and when the cleaners did come in the rooms, they only stole Items and changed the bin bag. Across the 12 days we have currently been here, we have had towels changed 1 time and fresh bedding 2 times. Upon arrival , the bed was full of hair and an inch thick of dust over the room. The young lady at reception is amazing and seems to be the only person who cares about their guests.
