Overall a very good hotel, with great service. All staff (including cleaning/bartending/reception) were very attentive to the guests and especially to the children. Rooms are large and clean, but furniture is pretty old. WiFi has to be improved because it's very weak and mostly unusable.

Super nice and pleasant stay in this hotel. All staff is helpful and friendly, rooms are very clean, food is very tasty and with such great variety. But the highest praise will go to 2 animators who made the rest real, as kids were occupied with so many different activities every day. Thank you for your enthusiasm, resourcefulness and fabulous attitude to your job and our children.

We really liked the hotel. The rooms were clean and regularly cleaned, and the towels were changed frequently. The staff was kind and helpful. The kids liked the animators the most. The food was delicious and plentiful.

It has been OK. The rooms are pretty old and there are tv cables that are not secured. The food is fresh and you have plenty to choose from. Overall, it's a good alternative for the price range, but don't expect something wow.

I recently stayed at hotel Ambassador for just one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and professional. It's located in a back alley near the station, so be aware if you're not comfortable with that kind of place. There's free parking behind the hotel, with space for 4 or 5 cars. There was no hairdryer.

The hotel is ok and is very close to the train station and the port. The street in front of the hotel is horrible. What I didn't like at all was the mattress. As a frequent traveler I was in different hotels in different countries. This was the worst mattress, because I had a feeling as I am laying on metal springs without any material above them. There are some old reviews complaining about uncomfortable mattresses, I'm happy to report those reviews are obsolete! Dionis was a great stay when all you need is a place to stay for a few nights.

The location is good, close to the sea, the facility is clean, parking is free, and there are no problems with getting in and out. However, the furniture in the rooms is very old, the beds are terrible, the springs are literally sinking. The bathroom, etc., is fine. Hard to beat price per value including free parking on site. Located within close proximity to the train station and the main pedestrian street. For the price I got it from TUI.cz : one week all inclusive for about 400 € very reasonable. Near by the ***** , for older people it can be a bit loud, beach is about 200 meter , in hotel and also opposite is market, so if you miss anything in buffet or bar you can easily buy. The hotel definitely has a far-fetched 4-star rating. The restaurant and room service are definitely a plus.
