The location is excellent. The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable. However, when we tried to take a shower, the shower turned into a bathtub. The hotel could be run much better. However, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The location was ideal. It's in the city centre and walkable distance to everything. I paid for the room with a balcony (said it in the title add) but they gave me a room without one. The room was clean but there was a dirty white shirt on the bathroom floor obviously from a previous customer. So, the bathroom cleaning could be improved.

Staffs is very kind and welcoming and very well located in the city centre. The room should be renovated a little.

The room was nice and spacious, had air conditioning. However the area is quite noisy. The staff didn't speak english so there was a problem in communication.

The staff was very friendly and everything was taken care of.

There is a need to take the bus to go to the center, so that up to 9pm at max and no more bus to return to the hotel yet taxi can cost around 15 euro to return from center, other than that if it's not about the center at night and no problem with 1 hour in the bus , then it's great experience for value .

I liked the accommodation, food, and attitude. The sea was clean and warm, about 10-15 minutes walk. The location is away from the noisy embankment restaurants. Suitable for a quiet holiday. Stayed for 2 nights in August. The Hotel looks fine in general. The room wasnt really clean, alot of sand in the bathroom and the normal room. Great for short stay It was great for a short stay, only a 2 minute walk from the beach, there aren’t many shops or restaurants within walking distance, there is a restaurant close by, but only takes cash, so, ensure you have some. The hotel was great if you are looking for a couple of days on the beach.

Nice hotel on a charming little beach, mostly frequented by Bulgarians. Large room with sea view. A few beach restaurants nearby, including a very nice one right in front of the hotel (the one with a name written only in Bulgarian and a beautiful terrace). Great place, location and value for money. Staff is friendly, kind, very helpful and cheerful. I think it's the cleanest hotel in the world. I had a wonderful room with seaview and balcony. 2 single beds (I was alone) the mattress was very hard (some people prefer) . We were on a holiday in hotel Yo three years ago in 2018. After the new owners are in place the hotel looks a lot better. Friendly staff, clean, close to the beach, fresh food and new menu, quiet and cosy. The hotel has been renovated as well. The place around the pool is perfect for resting if you do not wan to go to the beach.

We stayed during the month of september (13-20). A quiet location, close to the beach, the room was very spacious and clean (with huge beds). The personel from the reception, Sedef and Yanislav did a awesome job. Is was a lot of people there, everyone with different problems, but they managed it perfectly. It's not a luxurious hotel, but it fits the backpacker wanting a place to stay for one or a couple of nights. A large pool but suits children and youths rather than grown ups. Closeby to a lively nightlife with restaurants, market stands and adult shows.

Looks like a nice hotel but I only used the mineral water pool and jacuzzi for my body pains. It was wonderful and relaxing. Went many times just for that.

Our 1st visit here & its outstanding.. Service was fantastic, food also fantastic so would recommend highly. We had an issue with our bill as booked through Rezzo & got a 30% discount but our bill came out without the discount.. the staff did sort this out for us with very little problems. We've been there a few times before, so I kind of knew what to expect. Business is owed by a family that strives for the best, friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate everyone needs. Is probably one of the cheapest hotels in the sunny Golden Sands resort. It's the best you can get for this money. The food is probably better than many restaurants. I will probably use them again in the future

Lovely quaint traditional Bulgarian well priced hotel close to the centre of St Constantine Elena which is a 30 min taxi from the airport. We had a lovely size room and breakfast was included. Location of the hotel is on a hill, so you have to make some sport to get up to it. If you stay less than 2 days is OK, otherwise i not recommend it. Repetitive breakfast. Friendly staff.
