This is probably a 3.5 star place. The room are spacious and clean but everything (including the breakfast) is a bit too simple without any “little extra” which might make you happy or the experience a bit nicer. It’s ok overall it’s just that there is a problem with cleaniness. Also, if you want some peace and quiet, not a great option because you can hear the cars from the main road. When I checked in, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and what looked like to be not only from a person’s head. There was also an entire piece of nail on the floor. This year Lotus reopened after 3 years of inactivity. They didn't do any renovations, but they reformatted the food. Now there are three meals a day in a wonderful restaurant with amazing dishes. The hotel is not cost-effective, but the price of this hotel on Ctrip is too high. The price listed by the hotel front desk is just over 400 per night, and Ctrip's price is exaggerated. However, this city is a tourist city, and prices are high during the peak tourist season. But it was not the peak season when I went there, and I felt like I was cheated by Ctrip.

We had a rest in August 2025. We liked it very much. The sea is close here, the pool is clean, the food is delicious, and there is a disco in the evening. My children and I had a lot of fun on our rest.

Nice little beach mostly visited by the locals. It is not so easy to find/get there. Parking is available for free as well as paid. There are toilets, changing rooms and chaise long available for rent. A small bar is also available for ice cream and other refreshments. The life guards were very attentative for everyone's safety.

Hotel directly on the coast line. Beach in front of the house is public but provides umbrellas and beach lies. Current price for an umbrella is 5 lv per day. Beach is watched by lifeguards. Water gets deep very shortly. Beach Bar is lovely and you can get there all you want. Parking is difficult (almost no space).

Lovely quaint traditional Bulgarian well priced hotel close to the centre of St Constantine Elena which is a 30 min taxi from the airport. We had a lovely size room and breakfast was included. This hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. My only disappointment is that the pool is not open yet.

The only compromised thing is location. Otherwise, the hotel is definitely 3-star one. Also, no food served inside. Outside, the options are not for gourmets. During my stay the hotel turned out to be very quite, on the upside.
