This is my first and last review here. The hotel is good, food is good...BUT service is terrible. A person who's name I don't remember very well, I think was Sevi or Sevedinch was offer my 15 years girl to sleep with him?!?! I later understand that this was somekind of manager? What is this management all about? Did the big management knows what's even happening on this hotel?! I am apologizing but this is not even 3*. Never will visit you again!

We are just finishing our vacation in Moko beach hotel.
On first sight hotel is pretty nice and new. Rooms are nice, big enough ( kid 3y + baby and 2 adults). Big plus Perfect matraces!
Food is delicious, all kinds of diffrent meals, salats, even a baby food plus steamd food ( perfect for a baby or just people on diet) service in dinnig very nice but all thanks is people from abroad still smile on face( Bali guys the best!) , sorry but bulgarian mood ia just horrible, only who was nice was a manager in dinning area)
Big improvement is needed on reception, ladies I am sorry but little bit of honest smile and not arogant arguments could help to make a better view on hotel as first step in.

Kiddo pool good kids were happy nothing negative. Kids animation very poor, plus we had some rain and such a small kids room for 2 huge hotels is just very poor.
No playgrounds around and very poor playground by the hotel.
Hotel is not prepeard on bad wheather at all!

Matracec on beach were old some of them remmember few seasons and is not good look to be honest.With such a amount of people is not very hygienic.

With stroller you need to take a walk down around hotel ( 3 min) and it is not very nice look garbage area for 2 hotels all personal sitting there while their breaks and to be honest is not proffesional towards them and is very said they do not have area to rest in. Between garbage horrible!

The staff are amazing, the young lady called Magi at the reception , looked after us from the first day until we left the hotel. She left us a great memory. We are all so thankful & grateful for it. The cocktails are so great and 24/7 😊 The hotel is so nice, clean and beautiful and near the beach

There was amazing food and very helpful staff. The facilities were amazing especially the beach space. The buffet had a variety of food including food from Bulgaria and it was all delicious. The room was incredible and I really liked staying in it.

Think very, very well when choosing to book and pay for a room here because getting a refund is going to be a nightmare. After a change in our working schedule we had to cancel a reservation that was paid in full. We contacted them via email and discussed the matter and they assured us they would prioritise the refund "by the beginning of next week", "soon", "very soon" and so on. It's been almost a month and nothing. Now they don't even answer the emails. We didn't think we would have such issues with a hotel chain as big as GRIFID...

We enjoyed our stay very much!
The room we stayed in was newly renovated. We loved the large shower area and the smart TV with netflix. The beds are comfortable and you can even get extra pillows. There is AC - though it didn’t really cool the room as much as I would wish even at the highest settings.
The room got cleaned every day - even on the day we overslept and only left the room at 2pm. We were pleasantly surprised by that.
There are three pools by the beach. One is for the children - it has several fun slides and other cool features. I kind of wished I were 30 years younger so I could enjoy them too :). The other two pools are for everyone to enjoy - a larger one, which is more shallow and a smaller one, where i could just barely stand.
The food was great. While breakfasts and dinners are served in the main building, luch is served on the beach, which we really appreciated. There is plenty of choice and the food is really tasty. You can also get kebab, pizza, fresh pancakes and wafles with various toppings and fresh fruit in between meals.
The staff was always polite and helpful.
The sea was clean and pretty warm during most of our stay. There were no biting or stinging creatures and no seaweed. There is also no need to wear shoes in water. Unfortunately by the end of our stay there was a storm and the waves got too big to swim, so we were really grateful for the swimming pools on the beach. Shame it doesn't use sea water.
The hotel was in the process of being renovated (thankfully there was no noise or dust!) and I am looking forward to seeing what the hotel looks like once finished.

Best waiter who served us at “a la carte” restaurant was “ Budi “ - a guy from Bali. Amazing services from him and very much professionalism. Thank you! The hotel was also nice and clean, with good people.

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Every day the minibar was filled and the rooms were cleaned. The choice of food was very large. The food was delicious. The service was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. I also really liked the children's pool, which was located right on the beach. Lunch is served at the beach bar, which is good and comfortable. The children enjoyed the large selection of ice cream. Both the beach bar and the restaurant bar have a large selection of different cocktails. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. There were 18 of us in total and everyone was satisfied :)

The hotel is fine, do not expect luxury, but it's clean and close to the beach. There was plenty of food ! Do ask for a room with a view. What I appreciated the most during my stay there this early September is the young staff: they speak English, they are very nice, polite and supportive.

We stayed 4 nights at hotel Moko Beach, Golden Sands and our room was at the second floor, street view. While a sea view would have been nice, the fact that we had the street view gave us more quiet times, away from the music and hassle at the beach side.
The food was great, lots of variety and fresh, for all tastes and eating habits.
Very kind and friendly staff, lovely energetic animation team. We had ultra all inclusive and we literally did not need anything else, as all choices were covered. Pool/beach bar available all day, lunch and snack at the beach restaurant, lovely breakfast and dinner with a sea view at the hotel restaurant. An awesome choice for families with children, having anytime access at the mini aqua park from the beach and also one day at the bigger aqua park from Bolero hotel. I felt my child was very safe and entertained at all times.
Just a little minus, we had our car parked 15 minutes walk from the hotel and we couldn’t just access it instantly if wished. However, there was a driver that would kindly help anytime needed.
All in all, we will surely come back to this hotel if we would choose Golden Sands again, I recommend it 100%.
