I have been here before and I had excellent time, so I decided to return. Although I was on my own, I didn’t feel alone , everybody was very welcome and I always had somebody that I can have a chat with. I used all-inclusive for breakfast lunch and dinner -food is absolutely outstanding . You could also have wine either white red or rosé or two different kinds of beer that was part of the all-inclusive. All the team is very happy smiley and helpful . I can honestly say this is one of the best experience that I’ve had on the Bulgarian coast . They have a mineral water swimming pool outside and a spa centre indoors, which is also fantastic . I would like to say massive thank you to all the team and can I honestly say that I will be back soon.

Unfortunately, the room and services do not match what was shown online. The conditions are not acceptable: [for example, the room is dirty, facilities are missing, and the food quality is very poor]. Outside the hotel is very poor and dirty. No parking paidded or not we didn’t have a place when you can park in safety zone. Very disappointing. Please be careful when you book.

A very pleasant place to relax! The hotel is cozy, and the spa area really impressed me – the sauna with a sea view and the salt room were amazing. The atmosphere is calm, and you can truly unwind. Also, the pizza at the beach restaurant was incredible! 🍕 I recommend the Capricciosa, but keep in mind the restaurant closes at 6:00 PM, so don’t miss it.

The hotel was amazing I loved my experience there the food was great and the staff was lovely and were super kind!! I recommend going there and I enjoyed staying there it was amazing they had such welcoming and friendly atmosphere I loved it!!

The Karaoke Bar attached to the Hotel is exceptional. Great entertainment via David and THE BEST WAITRESS IN BULGARIA, Blagovesta. Intially called in by chance and thereafter went there every night. Very clean, with a wonderful ambience. BLAGOVESTA makes sure that noone waits; clears tables and is really likeable. The Karaoke is impressive with key changes and echo. The venue is well-ventilated and the bar has pleasant interior decor.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations — spacious and cozy rooms, impeccable service, attentive staff, and delicious food. We especially appreciated the cleanliness, well-maintained grounds, and entertainment options for both kids and adults. It was the perfect getaway — we relaxed, enjoyed the peace, sunshine, and care. We will definitely come back!

Arrived at approximately 10.30 pm, greeted by a very pleasant exceptionally good English speaking young lady. We then headed to bar where we were greeted by a lovely barman who explained the offers . Comfortable lounge with 2 wall mounted tvs ( English footy matches shown). 2 lifts covering the 12 floors. Landings sparse doesn’t seem like a hotel. Rooms basic but fine, balcony small ut big enough for 2 chairs and a table. No rail to dry wet clothes. We used the balcony rail. Bathroom, you can sit on the toilet, brush your teeth and have a shower all at same time but it’s fine. Sockets, 2 near floor not ideal when kettle is other side of room, on top of fridge., no tea/coffee/sugar There is another socket near floor behind the chair. Beds were just oh with 2 deep pillows. Air conditioning, we didn’t use, tv. Safety deposit box (no charge). No visitors tax. Pool not big and freezing, enough sun loungers, , small shop expensive when there’s a shop much cheaper next to pool. Pool bar, friendly staff, kareoke each evening, the lad who does it has a powerful voice, ask him to sing My Way. WOW. Food, restaurant can get full so not quite enough seats but plenty outside if warm enough. Breaking some cereal, fruit, yogurt, cooked. Get bacon from underneath otherwise it’s like leather. Evening meal was never repeated, nice hot soup, lovely pizzas, other food varied and ok but not hot enough, there is a microwave. Lady on reception through day is very helpful explaining bus stops, cost etc as a trip to Nessebar is a must £1 each way. Stops at terminal so yo can’t get off at wrong stop. Look for Pink Flamingos on hotel that’s stop to get off coming back. Hotel isn’t far from amenities and right on lush beach.

Great location, right on the beach, super spa and swimming pools, nice rooms and all relatively new with big roomdiscou ts in the low seasons. Negative, huge central hall containing reception, small bar and lounge areas - zero character: same about the staff, impolite, rude - Shame!
