I booked a room with a sea view, but they gave me a room with a side sea view, not a direct one 🫤

The Ensana Aquahouse is three years old. It has numerous pools with varying temperatures, both indoors and in the garden outside. The Cactus Beach restaurant is located on the beach.
The breakfast is fantastic, with Bulgarian and international specialties.
The hotel seems to be primarily geared toward families with children. Accordingly, things can sometimes get a bit chaotic.
The rooms are nice, modernly furnished, with a large TV. We had a room with a terrace. However, the bathroom resembles a studio kitchen. The toilet doesn't have a shower over the toilet. The toilet and shower doors are made of frosted glass.

My stay at Ensana Aquahouse was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The hotel offers a calm and welcoming environment, perfect for relaxation. Its location near the beach and surrounded by greenery adds to the overall peaceful experience.

The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. One thing that really stood out was the excellent housekeeping service. The maids were thorough, polite, and made sure the room was spotless every day. Their attention to cleanliness was very impressive and greatly appreciated.

The hotel staff in general were very kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a wide variety of options to suit all preferences.

In summary, Ensana Aquahouse is a fantastic choice for a relaxing holiday. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to others

We had a wonderful stay at Ensana Aquahouse this summer. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located by the sea, with great facilities for families with children.

What impressed us the most, however, was the attitude of the team. During our summer stay, we raised a concern, and the management took the time to listen, clarify, and handle everything in a very constructive way. This gave us great confidence in their professionalism and care for guests.

That is why, when we wanted to return for a short break we did not hesitate to choose Aquahouse again. We felt even more welcome this time. Special thanks to Mr. Tamas and the entire team for their kindness and generosity – you truly made us feel valued.

I stayed at Ensana Aqua House for four days and had high expectations, especially because of its modern, minimalist design – something that really appeals to me. When I arrived, I was genuinely impressed: the hotel looks beautiful, the rooms are spacious, clean, and very stylish.

Unfortunately, several aspects of the experience were disappointing. There aren’t enough sunbeds at the pool or on the beach, and many guests reserve them early in the morning by placing towels, only to leave for hours. This means that by 10 AM, it’s nearly impossible to find a place to sit, and some guests ended up sitting on the grass. The staff doesn’t intervene in any way – I understand they may not want to disturb guests, but the result is unfair and frustrating for others who simply want to enjoy the facilities.

Dinner was also not particularly good, and the main restaurant was extremely crowded during breakfast, which made meals feel rushed and chaotic rather than relaxing.

The most serious issue, however, was that I discovered bed bugs in my bed right before checking out. Even more concerning, another couple we were traveling with also found bed bugs in their room. When I caught one to show the staff, the housekeeper simply said “OK” without any reaction. I told three hotel employees about the issue – two responded with indifference, and only one made an effort to empathize. It felt like the situation wasn’t treated seriously at all.

It’s such a shame, because the hotel has so much potential thanks to its beautiful design and great location and could be a 10/ 10. But with hygiene issues of this level and a lack of professional response from staff, I sadly cannot recommend staying here.

A great experience! The pools are fantastic and all the place is wonderful designed, a lot of trees and flowers that relax your eyes while you enjoy the water. Also, while you are at the pool, you can also enjoy the sea view.
The facilities are also an important aspect and the resort provide quality services.
The rooms are big and beautiful, everything is clean and fresh.
I also appreciate that the hotel provides towels for the pools.
The food was very good and the space big enough to enjoy the meals in peace.

A truly wonderful experience at Ensana Aqua House! Everything was top-notch – from the facilities and the friendly staff to the delicious food.

The heated outdoor pools are fantastic – very clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. The pool with the slide was a big hit with the kids, a great touch for families. The wellness area also stands out, offering a wide variety of saunas – all well-designed and fully functional.

The staff was extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. The food exceeded expectations: diverse, fresh, and full of flavor.

Definitely a place I would return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway.

Excellent, the environment and hygiene are very good. There are 4 indoor pools and 2 outdoor hot pools. The mineral spring pool is beautiful and comfortable, and the outdoor sulfur pool is very warm in winter. I ate at the hotel's Japanese restaurant, which tasted very good. The room MINI BAR was completely free for the first time, which was really unexpected. The only thing is that the hot spring does not provide bath towels, so you need to take the bath towels in the room. Of course, the front desk was very helpful and gave them to you. Thank you very much. It is very close to the lighthouse by the sea. By the way, you can use the nearby AQUAHOUSE for free for 3 hours if you make an appointment, but we didn't have time and didn't go.
