The room hadn't been cleaned since it opened, probably in the 1980s. The furniture was dirty, the curtains had never been washed, and the bathroom floor tile was broken, meaning it was in dire need of renovation.
On the plus side, the proximity to the train station and the subsequent bus connections to the city center, as well as the very courteous and friendly staff, were good.
Breakfast was sufficient and good.
The girl at reception used a wrong and annoying approach. I’m afraid it was her to be incompetent, I suspect it’s an organisational culture issue.
More: the gym was cold all day and sauna not open.
