This hotel is great, the view is great, the room is large and comfortable, it is very comfortable to sleep here, the service is great, the roadside parking is charged and free on holidays, this is a very good holiday place

I have arrived at hotel by driving my car, but I have a little difficult to understand why one receptionist man did not allow me to park my car in the hotel parking lot

He has mostly refused to my parking at hotel parking space. Generally first comer first parking is basic rule and mutual understanding. I do not understand his reasons

To get to the bathroom, you need to walk through the long strip in the back, which is a bit far, but the bathroom is quite big and comfortable

Rooms were clean and big enough. Staff was also good. Breakfast was enough. The location of the hotel is really good.

Having said that, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a decent size, and soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided. The hotel staff were helpful when our friends misplaced their hotel key

In order not to repeat information already given in previous reviews let me add: - Lobby is small - Free internet in business center (1st floor, 1 computer) - Very nice room for non-smokers (8th floor, facing cathedral) - No tourist brochures with city map (out of them) - Tasty breakfast (just OK)

I have stayed there for the New Years' Eve. This is a good 4-star hotel meeting the standards of the Golden Tulip hotel chain. The hotel is not far from the city center - about 5 mins walk

This hotel has a very good location - just on the opposite site of the train station, close to the center of the city. It's a busy hotel with large enough clean and tidy rooms

About a 15 minute walk to the sea garden and beach. Hotel has most conveniences for a basic stay and the staff will try to help if you have questions. Nice place.

You are only 200m from the beach which is one of the nicest beaches we have visited. Highly recommend a cocktail or 2 at Cubo or Menthol with their hedonistic sounds as a great backdrop to a fantastic view

Stayed here 5 years ago with my family which we had a great experience, so we decided to come back, and it was the same if not even better

The hotel is next to the immaculate Sea Garden which has loads to see and people playing music making the walk through quite magnificent

A few words about the location of Panorama Hotel: it is situated in the tourist and resort area of Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the port (boat trips), 5 minutes to the amusement park

It's a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The valet who parks the cars is world class. Right there when you need him and his driving skills are tip-top. His name was Valeri, best man.

Umbrellas, sunbeds, and beach towels were provided free of charge for hotel guests. In addition to breakfasts, we ordered lunch to the room. I rate all the hotel services very highly

I stayed here alone for a conference and I found it to be quite nice. The room was the cheapest single room, but it was still quite spacious and with a decently-sized bathroom

There is a public transport stop, a promenade, and many seaside cafés right next to the hotel. Walking from the hotel towards the city center, you can find a working pharmacy

Great view It is a great place, comfortable, modern. Just one thing that in the middle of the night we heard a night club music heavy bit, not sure where it came from. Otherwise, all went well and their spa is great.

We enjoyed graffit gallery hotel very much. we were upgraded with no extra charges due to bday celebration. we didn't use the pool and sauna but it looked nice

Before leaving the states , I did a research on Varna best hotels. Girls are the reception have a MAJOR attitude. Not sure if it's an attitudes towards tourists or in general attitude is normal here

3 tops Breakfast are good ! That it is true, but for early breakfast avoid servicing pastry from the day before (not crunchy and soggy) Also please advise the people supposed to help on cars parking, garding the entrance (in black suits) to speak nicely to the customers

Good for meat eaters and even vegetarians, but not really anything for vegans. Beautiful terrace area with sun loungers and pool. Staff are friendly and accommodating

Brilliant location, about 3 minute walk to the stunning coast line, and maybe a further 15 minutes to a sandy beach where you can spend the day

We took a trip up to the beaches in Golden Sands one day, but honestly much prefer the area near to Alekta. Golden Sands is all resorts and very touristy and about twice as expensive

It's only 3lv which is fine, you can only get complimentary coffee and water during the 8-10am breakfast

The room had two balconies, and while dated (it's fully carpeted and does smell that way) it was comfortable as a place to rest at night. There was cable television, a fridge, and phone, even a kettle and hairdryer

Ok and cheap. Not sure where the sauna or gym in the pictures are. The room was large, but noise could be heard from corridor. The bathroom was flooded every time I showered. The bed was a bit hard, but I slept fine.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In terms of upkeeping, it is very clean and the prices are very good. Highly recommended, the only negative side is that they do not accept pets.

Excellent hotel. I spent some wonderful days there. Some rooms have a balcony. Personnel very friendly. They do have a Terrace outside where you can drink Coffee for instance. I recommend 👍🏼

There are not many rooms, so I suggest to make a reservation earlier. The rooms are big and cozy at the same time. The bed is very comfortable, I slept like a baby

Visited the hotel this summer. The rooms were clean, big enough, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only disadvantage is the location. It is far from the city's center and you would need a car.

Chicken sticks was the only thing I wouldn’t eat again, they were very hard to eat. The breakfast was excellent, coffee is a very good quality

The restaurant is pleasant and with a rich enough menu. The swimming pool is big enough for the hotel. There is some free parking in front of the hotel. Prices are very reasonable for the area

Only one girl, beautiful by the way, spoke nice English. No any kind of room cleaning or laundry washing during the weekend. Bar is very small and also closes early so forget 8pm dinner

Delightful. So relaxing and in a great part of the city. Historically and for eating out. Added value with sea half and beaches about half a mile away. Good and cheap public transport if needed.

Breakfast downstairs was a lovely continental spread with Bulgarian touches. Taking shoes off and swapping for slippers actually made the place feel more like home, tho its clean enough to walk barefoot too

The air conditioning offers perfect climate control, the kitchenette had a small fridge, pans, cutlery, a 2 ring hob, plates, a corkscrew, scissors, a decent knife, chopping board etc

The shower was lovely, a spacious cubicle with both a large rain fixed head, and a handheld hose. We had a freestanding tub, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and cotton wool pads etc

We had a brilliant time in Varna and City Boutique Inn was the perfect spot to enjoy it all from. Maggie runs an absolutely immaculate, friendly, homely operation

Maggie had the best recommendations for places to eat, helped arrange Reservations, organised a tour for us to visit the stone forest and the Aladzha monastery

Tranquil relaxation good breakfast under cover parking secure. This was a lovely stay everything in its place pet friendly the garden with places to relax the pool just being refurbished the terrace outside a sun trap

Nice swimming pool - I liked that it has an inside and outside part but if you prefer the sea there is a calm and not busy sandy beach 5 min by foot, where you can find a good spot

I came back to the receptionist and requested to replace, He kindly upgraded us with no additional cost to the suite facing the back side of the building, which was indeed very quiet

Our room was simple, functional and conveniently spacious The reception staff are helpful and willing to provide advice on everything from parking apps (essential knowledge) to how to pronounce 'Blagodaria' like a Bulgarian (somewhat demoralising)

The hotel rooms are very elegant. The bed is perhaps the best one I have slept in. The receptionist was kind and helpful. I asked for a quiet room facing the back and got a room facing the main street

The hotel has 2 dedicated street parking spaces very close by, which are free if you can get them and 2 dedicated spaces in an underground car park 3 minutes away which is chargeable at 12 euros, if I recall correctly

The 4 spaces are available on a first come first served basis though I found the allocation process somewhat opaque and felt the need to make my request several times given the change of reception staff
