The One Resort Koh Rong in Koh Rong Island

A true paradise on earth!
We’ve recently returned from The One Resort on Koh Rong, and it was unforgettable! The island welcomed us with a pristine white beach right in front of the hotel — the sand is soft as flour, and the water is crystal clear. The atmosphere here is pure relaxation and peace — no loud parties, just the rustle of palm trees and the sound of waves.
The property is large and well maintained: you can freely walk around three neighboring resorts, which adds variety to your stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything. We especially want to highlight the general manager Dmitry — he is always reachable and does everything to make guests comfortable, and the restaurant manager Hong Hak, who personally oversees the quality of the food. Many employees take care of the grounds, so everything is clean and tidy!
The bungalows are stylishly decorated in a boho design — cozy and with their own terrace, some of them with a sea view. There’s a great pool and beach bar whit delicious cocktails.
We didn’t want to leave even for a minute — this is a place we’d love to come back to again and again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a real tropical paradise!

Really recommend to come here for your holiday. You can feel of calm, and privacy. You can swim and enjoy sunshine. The room very clean and big spaces and staffs very friendly and helpful. Totally I love here and will be there again for the next time.

Lovely hotel, nice clean rooms. Staff are amazing especially the ones that work out in that heat Pool is beautiful and so is the beach. The food menu is quite pricey however if your stay includes breakfast it very good. The location is beautiful but if you want to go out and about I recommend you hire scooters.
My only concern was the lack of rubbish bins available around the beach area. Constant plastic and other objects from the ocean and lazy arsed guests leaving it behind. Found myself on occasions going around picking it up. Just needs a few signs asking people politely to look after this fabulous beach and a few rubbish bins around the beach area.

Excellent hotel. Dream location, very attentive staff, and a super comfortable room. The food isn't always top-notch though...

Our stay was pleasant at the one resort! Me & my wife were looking for a budget friendly resort on Koh Rong and the One was overall a good option for us. The service was top tier, staff were so kind & committed so well with us. We had some unmet expectations for our room but that’s just because we booked through a third party site so just make sure you know what you’re booking! The views also amazing such a beautiful beach with the other resorts you can use nearby which was nice (the beach resort and you and me resort). Breakfast was my favorite part and would definitely recommend getting scoters to see more of the island. Food outside of the breakfast on the normal menu wasn’t our favorite. It was a little more pricy as you can guess for a resort. So def check out other restaurants on the island that have great food! Would recommend staying here with how kind and accommodating the staff are. Great communication and friendly service at the one resort!

The resort was a truly lovely place to stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and their teamwork was evident in the seamless experience they created for guests. There was plenty of comfortable seating at the front of the beach, the food was very enjoyable, and there were ample options to cater to everyone’s preferences. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, making for a great stay.

As a small area for improvement, the in-room minibar could benefit from a wider selection of drink options. Additionally, a few recreational amenities such as a pool table, ping pong table, cornhole, or darts would be a great addition for guests. Lastly, a fire pit would have a nice touch. A shuttle service to nearby beaches would also be a lovely option for those wanting to explore the surrounding area.

I stayed at The One Resort in Koh Rong from November 27–30, and everything about my experience was exceptional. The room was absolutely perfect, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

The resort itself is peaceful, well-kept, and truly a wonderful place to relax. With white sand beaches, crystal-clear water, and access to three pools, it’s a perfect getaway spot. The breakfast was nice and enjoyable.

Everything exceeded my expectations, and I enjoyed every moment of my stay. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Rong.

The beach was absolutely gorgeous, not crowded at all, and the environment was stunning. It was just a bit of a shame that the weather wasn't good and we didn't see the sunrise.

If you want to feel how it is in the paradise, come to the Secret garden! Everything was just perfect. We had the room on the beach which was the best possible way to spend the memorable time. The staff is super friendly, the environment is simple but nothing was missing or too much. The gym has the basic equipment, open air and I really enjoyed in it. We had unforgettable sunsets on the beach. The food was good. We will be back for sure!

What a beautiful location! Peaceful, quiet beach away from the main backpacker areas. The room was simple, bed was comfortable and the outside shower was refreshing. The beach bar/ restaurant had a good menu selection and the included breakfast menu was extensive. Happy hour 5-7 was a good deal. We will be back!
