Sandy Beach Bungalows by EHM in Koh Rong Island

I arrived at the reception and was met by a different person. He said that this was a different hotel and they had merged. Now they all work together. I said OK and he took me to look at the room, but the room turned out to smell very strongly of mold. I asked to see another room, to which the other room turned out to be the same. Then I also continued to ask him to show another room again when we came to another bungalow. There was a cleaning lady lying there and it was not cleaned. He said, it was not cleaned yet. Although there were no clients or guests on the premises at all. I said, You are not busy at all. Why are all your rooms so dirty? I decided to leave and did not check into the room. Then I tried to cancel my reservation at this hotel, but they did it right away. So I could not cancel. And I travel a lot and this is the first time I see that a hotel that is not very high level does such mean things to the clients of the client, they did not even check in, but they do it so as not to return the money.

After getting off a boat on the island nobody directed us how to get to the hotel. It was a challenge to find the hotel through trees, hills, and roads by walking. Nobody cared to pick us up at the hotel. My wife and two kids, 2 and 6 years old, had a long walk until we found the driver from the other hotel and paid him to pick us up there. The baddest beginning of vacation I ever had thank you guys.
