A nice guesthouse in a good location. The French owner is attentive and helpful. The breakfast is good although croissants were raw in the middle. Great place to walk to National Park and crab market. The accommodation is a bit tired and could do with some TLC. Garden is a real haven.

Very nice guest house at the perfect location.
Dominique, the French owner is very friendly.
Few hundred meters from Kep beach, on the main road, but very quiet, in a lush tropical garden.

Nice places for a stay, the french owner and his staff is very helpful and always there for you. The food is good and clean. Very good WiFi always and TV with a lot of worldwide channel's at the restaurant. Thank's for the nice stay.

Some equipment was old and broke especially bathroom, anyway it's nice quiet place to stay.

Beautiful guesthouse with French owners, the food is a little overpriced but the rooms have a good quality for the price you pay. The beach is 10 min walkkng but is not really worth it, water very dirty.... the crab market too is very close and this really worth it!
