Mien Mien Guest House in Sihanoukville

The first front beach restaurant and bar of the area. It's been opened for a decade by locals with the help of a few French people. I use to go there every other year when visiting my family in Cambodia. I never tried the bungalow but only went to the restaurant. Price range from 2$ for snacks to 8$ for meat plate. The owner have changed recently and it's clearly understaffed and food is so so. It you can bring yours and the beers might be all you need.
A good place to lay back and the only one on Otres beach that caters to locals. So it's a great place to mingle with Khmer people and make you feel like you're not in Thailand or some Philippines beach like neighboring bungalow and restaurant.

No hot water. Poor rooms. Perfect to go to the beach just the other side of the street. Good price.

The place is ok if you have no expectations in respect of silence, cleanliness and comfort. It's relatively cheap considering the short distance to the beach.
