Air condition have problem , room not clean

There are too many mosquitoes and the door cannot be locked.

Very nice place and friendly staff. Facilities and rooms would need some renovations as well as the garden that is not well maintained and attracts lots of mosquitoes. Average breakfast for western guests. But still a good deal at current rates.

Room is old and small. hear the noise of car passing by whole day. Not a quiet resort. Plus is very close to otres beach.

Travel with my family , location is the best. Value for money. The room is great however the bathroom nearly same size as room itself. Bathroom is in open air space therefore, the bug and mosquito enter room via bathroom.Beside , everything is seem reach my expectation. I will be back for more nights to stay.

If you travel with your family this is a good place to stay. If you prefer more privacy and quiet place, I'm not recommended.

Good place to stay for family trip.

The hotel itself is okay in term of cleanliness and staff. The pool is a bit small and not very well maintenance. The location is not ideal, small muddy road and flooded on rainy season which is not pleasant to see and go there by walk.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was large, and clean, and the bed was also comfortable. The hotel's location was great, as it was within walking distance of many restaurant.

Clean, modern, friendly staff, even has a pool within. Walking distance to restaurants, convenience stall, food carts, and casino. Hostel is great in general. Just a little disappointed that the surrounding environment of this town in general seems to give me a feeling that they have been built (by?) and focused for chinese tourists.

Great concept - Owner Pierre is a true fitness pro, anyone can learn something from him or his wife who is also very talented! Really good large portions of healthy food at good prices. They are moving from Sihanoukville (to Kep I believe?) and I have no doubt they’ll be a great success there! It’s a good thing too bc Sihanoukville is a terrible place now that the Chinese have bought he town.

Very nice hotel with a good location, about 100 meters away from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. They have good wifi throughout the hotel. Breakfast is included in the price and is good. They also offer free transportation within the area. It's good value for money.

Good location. The ocean bay is in front of the hotel. You can ask them to arrange tables if you want to have dinner by the beach. They also have cooker for rent if you want to have bbq. But the Bungalow is old contraction and not well maintenance. Staffs are friendly. They also have swimming pool.

Basically the room is clean, it would be better if it could be more careful. The service attitude is considered good, maybe because it is not a holiday, there is only one service person at the front desk and the restaurant is not open. The resort is really nicely done with a lovely view and the swimming pool. Great atmosphere along the mangroves, rooms are comfortable. The location is not premium but not isolated. Prices are reasonable according to the services provided. I recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it’s very chill and the staff are all incredibly friendly. The beach is just across the road and the pool is huge and well shaded. There is a simple restaurant for breakfast which is perfect, it’s actually nice that the restaurant isn’t bringing in crowds or hosting karaoke. I’ll be back soon.

This trip was basically a reconnoissance run to see what had become of Otres2 beach. Before 2020, this was an excellent destination for a beach vacation. In late 2019, the government widened and paved the beach road (now four-lane highway) and reclaimed beachfront and restaurants from the hotels. Good boutique hotel in Otres area, the iconic pool along other guests' rooms may not be as welcoming n attractive to other guests esp when those rooms are open. Though, people can still enjoy the sea just right in front of the hotel. A la carte Breakfast is a bit disappointing, not very appetizing, could be more improved on this.

This trip was enjoyable at hotel with good location, however, with next morning , the hotel was inaccessible with fresh water due to damage of the pipe tube. All in all, This trip was good .

They have built a road where the beach was In front of this accommodation and the area to get there was a lil flooded. Rooms are solid and comfortable. It's pretty much the only place left on this, once great cliff location. There is now a road between the property and the sea due to the recent development of Sihanoukville. Beers are cold and it's a cool place to sit and relax away from the bustle of the city.

Location concept: Still Good, in the middle of downtown face to the Sea on the mountain cliff, although it's now block by Beach Road Development by the government, a bit sad to the place. Concept design: Good old town Begalow design with Bar and Restaurant nearby. If you look for premium, not recommended, but if your look for simple one it's best with reasonable price.

Very cool place, wev3 been coming here for years for food and beverages. Can't beat the views (except for the ever increasing amounts of trash floating in from the cruise boats and islands - the staff however do try to clean it up ever day). I didn’t book in advance but just showed up and the staff was super welcoming and flexible, they quickly set up a bed and mosquito net in the dorm. It was nice and clean. The pool was refreshing and peaceful. Just a one minute walk for coffee, the beach, breakfast or snacks. And $15 per night cheaper than the place next door. Friendly staff. In the checkin and checkout on my booking policy are 14:00 checkout and I have late check-out service include when I booked too. But they knocking my door at 12:00.

The service is average, the room is smaller than expected, the best thing is the location is OK, the price is not high, the price is a bit expensive, the biggest problem is that the air conditioning is not cold at all, especially at noon

The food here is amazing! Their Tom Yum is so delicious , full of flavor and perfectly balanced. I really loved the Fish Amok, and the Sweet and Sour Seafood was also very tasty. The Pasta Bolognese and the Matcha are both really good too. Everything we tried was satisfying and well prepared. Definitely recommend this place ♥️

The hotel provides good service and is located next to the beach. There is a coffee shop in front. Overall, it is convenient. I received good assistance and service.

The environment is good, but just the cooperated restaurant “Fat Goose” not worth the price… We ordered 3 dishes for 2 people 60 USD was spent with very simple food quality and taste… It wasn’t that good until me and my partner had to go to another restaurant rather than staying there. Hope resort could pay attention to that because it really affects the review overall.

Stayed here for one night in January 2024. Just across the road from Otres Beach 2. Nice swimming pool and rooms are clean. Lacking hot water for the shower but apart from that included breakfast was nice and food in the restaurant good too although somewhat expensive.
