Good hotel, within walking distance to the riverside and all the restaurants, spacious and light room , swimming pool on roof , breakfast not that good

The hotel is brilliantly located and has amazing views from the top floor. The rooms are large but with little hanging area. The beds are large and hard but comfortable. Room service and housekeeping is haphazard. Some days your room is serviced other days not.
The staff are friendly, breakfasts are okay but limited choice of fresh fruit and veg. The pool area is crammed with around 10 beds squeezed in to one side of the terrace but do have shade.
Great value and would likely return.

Excellent location with warm service. However, it isn’t an ideal hotel location for tourist location where situating near a bin or smth like landfill that with unlike smell. Additionally, the room was filled with ants everywhere. The hygiene condition definitely has room for improvement. In terms of faculties, the bathroom can’t provide hot water with stable temperatures, i can’t take a shower with hot water around 7ish.

anyway, i still think the hotel quality is matched with the price though, not a bad choice for a short stay

Great place when arriving to the city. Very central with a very local feel. Lovely staff but young. We did not like though seeing some old European males (losers) there with young young Cambodian ladies. Breakfast view is amazing and very nice food.

Nice hotel in a great central location! We could easily walk to the river, Royal Palace and Wat Ounalom Monastery. They must have made a mistake with our room and they tried to give us a room smaller than what we paid for, but when we told them they upgraded us to a larger room in the partner hotel behind the corner.
The rooftop has a pretty good swimming pool and a great view on the town and river!

The hotel had a problem providing the room due to some water issues in the room according to them. They offered another sister hotel, Okay Palace Hotel, nearby walking one minute. The room was big and fine however water pressure for shower was weak.

Great views from suite room with windows that can be opened for fresh air. We didn't use air-conditioning. I liked that the appliances like fridge were left unplugged. First time it made me think about whether I really need to buy that cold drink which then means turning on the fridge. So these little things to reduce consumption is good.

Very nice and authentic hotel in traditional Khmer style. Gives an impression of being in a museum.
Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, nice view, rooftop pool.
However, breakfast is quite modest with limited options and cleanliness level is disappointing. Be ready to have ants and cockroaches as neighbors.
