Superb hotel! Great location, outstanding staff, fantastic breakfast! Beautiful pool!
I’ve stayed in many many hotels in south east Asia but this one is the best!
Even better than the ones I stayed in recently in San Francisco and New York.
I honestly cannot complain about anything!
The price was unbelievably cheap but, this is not a cheap hotel! Far from it, the manager and staff go outta their way to make your stay comfortable and secure!

The only good thing of this hotel is location. The aircon is uncontrollable, can't close the fridge's door, the door opens right to the bed's head...and many other things. I noted to select the room with high floor and bathtub, but there wasn't at all. I will not recommend this hotel.

On only our second night here someone was smoking inside the hotel, it was very strong that I could not sleep. This kept going on to almost 1 A.M.
Overall, this hotel is nice and away from the loudness of the city. There are a few points off for cleanliness and this experience with the other residents here.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Balcony is very small and not enough space for two chairs. Views from hotel is not great but it is not a beach hotel... Breakfast is limited and not enough. Staff is very friendly but struggling to understand English. (use your translation app if needed). Recommended stay

A gem, with personal & zen-like, meditative pool. Mr. La certainly cares, there's no better hotel manager. Always clean. My Phnom Penh experience goes back 25 years. This is a $100 a night in the US if not $200 spa room, but so reasonable ..with attentive staff, professionals. I've been everywhere like Johnny Cash, and their hospitality feels great - when walking in there whatever hour of the night. Highest marks. (Pool, patios, simple 1920s elegance in decor: all 10)

We have stayed at Heli Boutique a few times now. It's rare to find a place in Cambodia where everything works. It does here. Nice, big rooms. A good bed and a great shower.

Awesome Location.
Rooms are neat and pleasant. Outside and pool area needs a revamp. 24 hour supermarket close by. Money exchange is also available at a small cafe

Make sure to go when it's not busy, or when u have a lot of time. We went there when the place was almost empty, and had to wait for 25 minutes for a simple ice coffee and frappe. By the time it arrived we had to change it to a take away.. the staff albeit slow, were polite, and the place was clean and nice. The coffee was ok, but nothing special.
