Fantastic rooms and world-class service from Mr. Peter

If you are looking for a place that feels like home, this is it. The rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly cozy. I was also very impressed by the service; Mr. Peter, the Front Desk Manager, was a standout. He was incredibly helpful and did his absolute best to accommodate every request I had.
My only minor critique is the breakfast. It felt a little underwhelming for a 5-star hotel and could use more variety. Aside from that, it was a great stay and I would definitely return.

I got a free upgrade to their deluxe studio which is great.
The room is big and clean and equipped with the washing machine (wash and dry) with a full fetched fridge and a dry pantry to cook if required.

International socket in the room so you don have to bring along the travel adapter.

The customer service was really good especially Peter the front desk manager. He has been accommodating to our request for late check out and ensure our well being during the stay.

Highly recommend this hotel if you are a business traveller.

Things to improve on:
- the water pressure in the toilet for the shower head
- the 3 pin plugs to be made accessible in parallel with the desk in the room (currently below the desk)

The hotel is immaculately clean and has a very modern, impressive appearance throughout the common areas. My guestroom was a highlight—well-designed, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. Additionally, the internet connection was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected during my stay. Overall, a very high-quality environment.

The lobby manager is Malaysian and speaks both Chinese and English. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had wonderful stay. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious, clean and had everything that we needed. Loved welcoming fruits and snacks upon arrival. Breakfast was great! I wish the swimming pool water would be warmer.
