Absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment you arrive until you leave, staff are wonderful friendly, helpful and very attentive. wifi is good for work even the location is only 8 minutes walked to the city center and pub street. Breakfast was great and yummy. Room was clean and neat and comfortable with reasonable price.

To me, this place gets a 10 out of a 10. The staff are a nice group of people. It's very clean, and comfortable rooms, and bed. They provide you with water and toiletries daily, it's a 10 to 15 minutes from the centre, and it's a scenic walk. Great value for the money, and I've extended twice.

It was an amazing experience visiting Siem Reap and staying at the river retreat. Sean really makes you feel welcome and the hotel is always clean and tidy. The staff are lovely and it's located in such a convenient area! Very peaceful and just 1km from pubstreet.

The room is really big but the bed is not that comfortable. I exchange money to the woman in the front desk and she gave me 1000 bills instead 10000 it was my very first day there so I was not aware of how the money looks like. I lost USD 10 is not much but I didn’t like it.

A fabulous place to stay close to the Angkor Wat complex, lovely cabins set in lush gardens. Has a superb cafe/restaurant and an open air swimming pool. Lovely friendly but courteous staff. A real find.

The Palm is in a more secluded area which is very nice and quiet. It is close to Angkor Wat. There is a temple nearby and there is chanting during certain hours of the day. The staff is very helpful and speaks English. There is also a restaurant/cafe on site.the cabins are very nice and quite clean, however the bathrooms are smaller. Overall, we’ve had a very nice experience.

This resort is set in a natural environment with all rooms built with bamboo as basic material and is full of variety of trees bushee, creepers and flower plants.They have good restaurant serving sumptuous breakfast and Combodian food with little choices for vegetarians. We stayed in Palm Village Resort & Spa in February 2023 for 3 nights, we had a realy good time at the pool and a wonderful massage. Also the driver from the Hotel and Mr. Chang the tourguide organized by the Hotel was really awesome. Thank you so much.

Very nice location: oasis in the dusty surrounding area. Nice pool surrounded by green nature. Few kilometers away from the noisy city center, mid way to the temples. Nice bungalow with a huge bath tube. Very nice services. You can rent scooters directly from them (highly recommended to explore the temples), order delicious food or get massages directly there (not tested). My friend forgot his boardshorts...

Second time I’ve been here. Quiet location and close to the city centre by tuktuk. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, rooms are clean.

We came to this hotel for the 7th time. Very good value for money. Located near Sok San road and its many cheap little restaurants. Not far from the old market and pub street. Very nice little swimming pool. This year, clientele of young Khmers (often 4 people in a room) but the hotel remains quiet.

Fantastic shop next to the hotel. Darya was very helpful l. The matcha latte is delicious and she helped to give us change in us dollars. Would definitely recommend this little shop

The room is clean and nice with friendly and helpful Receptionist, you can rent a motor right in front of the hotel only 10$ per day. The hotel also offers the mini mart which you can find little snack for your stay, but sadly it closed so early around 8pm. Will visit this hotel for the next trip to SR.

Do not book this place at Agoda with pre-payment! I did so and had to spend days getting my money back because the owner wasn’t able to receive the money via Agoda so I ended up paying the hotel in cash even though my credit card was charged by Agoda. An accidental last minute find that ended up being the exact thing I needed to relax and hide from the world. It was quiet and peaceful.
