The only issue - a minor one - was that the staff, while always courteous and professional, came across as being somewhat distant and impersonal; apart from the initial welcome and efficient assistance in the organisation of transport to execute our visit programme, we felt somewhat overlooked during the rest of our stay

While a few small compliments of the house every now and then, together with a little more personalised attention, would have made our stay even more memorable, we were generally very satisfied with our choice of this hotel and can certainly recommend this otherwise excellent establishment without hesitation

My suggestion to the hotel is: change the place of the safe box, in our room the safe was very low and uncomfortable to use. We did not have time to use other services but our experience at FCC Angkor by Avani was great

Really good location, central to all major attractions and easy to get around. The bed is very comfortable and the shower pressure is really good

But they don’t have phone in the room so if you want to tell something to the hotel, you can go there or text via WhatsApp. For the water bottle, you can refill as much as you want at reception which is my favorite part

Located right in the night market, the location is super convenient. Pub Street is only about a 5-minute walk away. It's not noisy at all, actually quite peaceful. It's clean and has a bit of a hidden gem vibe

The hotel was about 15 minutes from Siem Reap centre. The hotel had tuk tuks for hire so travelling into Siem Reap was not an issue. The location meant it was very peaceful

  Our suite of rooms was perfect. Could make tea or coffee and the AC was absolutely necessary despite it being low season when we visited.   We used the laundry service too

There were also towels available at the pool. However, the pool toilet floor was extremely slippery with wet feet; I fell and cut my finger and got bruised. I wish they could make it less slippery

This is a pretty standard express hotel for the Siem Reap city area. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious too.

even though it's old and big. but the wooden interior gives off a sort of old fashioned classic vibe that I like. Breakfast is a bit mediocre though. so not bad, but more mass than quality

The safes in the 2 rooms we stayed in were faulty and some of the small lamps did not work. But many hotels are not serviced. it's a tough business these days

Also, the pool is located in between the cafe and bar which makes it convenient for ordering food and drinks. The only thing I suggest is adding a mini fitness center

The hotel is small, shaped like a U-shaped structure with a central green space. There's a small swimming pool on the second floor, but the lack of a gym is a minor drawback

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Cambodia. I stayed with my PhD friend, Nguyễn Huy Cường, in the same room.

Unfortunately, my parents stayed in a sweet that was slightly dirtier - there was mold on the shower curtains. The breakfast here is pretty good too. If there were a but more attention to detail, I'd have given it a 5

To my delight, they had a western style bathroom! The beds are large and comfy. The rooms are nice, big, and very well air-conditioned. The shower pressure is good and the washroom for my suite was very clean

I stayed at this place for two nights during a bus tour of Cambodia. I was really glad to get to my room after 13 hours of travel from Ho Chi Minh City and not showering properly for a week

except I must minus one star because the breakfast buffet are not much, second, I don't know that my phone not working or there is no wifi here. Even the main hall wifi still not working

Some little things, the noise in the room (air conditioning is ridiculously loud and some other weird sounds) was a bit of a pain. Also the breakfast could have had more protein options

We got upgraded to a family room. The gym was out of service when I was there so they sent me in a tuktuk to their sister hotel. There is a grocery store beside the hotel though it is a bit pricey

Everyone was very attentive and customer oriented starts from the GM who was always present and shows great interaction to every guest around, down to the service team at front desk, dining, housekeeping and especially our personalized tuk-tuk driver, Sokhun who always patient assisting us driving around for sightseeing trips

The Ferris wheel is right next to the hotel, and you can overlook the hotel and the entire Siem Reap! If I have to say the shortcomings, I think I may be a little far from the bar street

I went to Siem Reap on my vacation and spent 3 nights at this beautiful resort was a truly wonderful experience with a great location and just a 5-minute ride by tuk-tuk from Pub Street and wonderful staff

Whenever we visited the resort back from the whole day tour the staff used to greet us with cold wet towels and with a warm smile which pleased us so much. I will recommend this 5 star property to all
