Siem Reap, #09, Street 168, TepVong Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Common areas and the lobby are beautifully designed with lush greenery, creating a tranquill atmosphere in a busy part of the town. Room & Comfort: The Kingfisher Deluxe room was spacious and well-appointed
The room would also benefit from a full-length mirror nearby the entrance for those quick fit checks. Service: This is where the Aviary truly shines. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were outstanding
What elevates this property to a true 4-star experience is the exceptional service and overall ambiance. Conclusions: The Aviary Hotel offers a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and hospitality
One quick note worth mentioning: the toilet is detached from the main bathroom, so you would need to walk across the room to wash your hands. An unusual layout, but manageable
Special Thanks to Bunron, Samanng, Soury, Vanda, Tola, and especially Miss B. Saren, who went above and beyond to resolve a tricky situation involving a 'lost' phone
Amenities: The pool area is the highlight, with plenty of sun loungers and a relaxing vibe. The Gym, while functional, is quite small and could use some upgrades

Compared to the exterior and the front desk, the room was clean. The bustling downtown area was within walking distance, and there were many travel agencies and restaurants around the hotel, which was great
Great stay in Siem Reap! Their staff were friendly all the time even on calls at night to enquire anything. Location was great, walking distance to pub street and many restaurants
The staff here are incredibly kind and always greet you with a smile! The room was very clean, and the TV even had YouTube and Netflix
I have nothing to complain about. , everything at an extraordinary level. Friendly service, everywhere clean, excellent breakfast, sufficient pool and good location. Thank you very much for the whole family. PS
Staff is nice and friendly. When we asked some service, such as more water, the response was quite fast.
Breakfast is not buffet style. Chose from menu.

Had an amazing time at this oasis in the middle of a very busy city center that was great walking to pub Street restaurants and cafés
The service at breakfast and reception was impeccable. The reception area was very welcoming. The smell from the restroom was a bit bothersome. The area is very convenient for exploring the city
Most importantly, the staff's service is truly excellent, especially the young man who escorted us to our room during check-in on December 31st, and he also saw us to the door when we left, even bringing us mosquito coils when there were mosquitoes
We stayed at this hotel for four days. We loved it: it was clean, cozy, and quiet. It was lovely to swim in the clean pool after a hot day. The room was very spacious, the bed was soft, and the linens were crisp white
First of all, the location is excellent, right in the heart of Siem Reap. It's very peaceful, not far from Pub Street and the market, within 2 kilometers. The hotel environment is fantastic, very chill
Excellent location and accommodation. Breakfast was also lovely and the pool was great. However, the best part about this hotel is the staff. We have never experienced such lovely staff

These were incredible 4 days!!! The hotel is simply magical, very beautiful, the service is top notch! The food is impeccable, everything is delicious! The relaxation area is also wonderful! The location is 10/10: the river, the French Quarter, and the night market are nearby—everything is within walking distance
The location of this hotel is perfect, short walk into the city center and good cafes and restaurants nearby
The room was very nice, but there were quite a few mosquitoes. However, I can understand this in Southeast Asia, and the hotel responded quickly to my request and helped us get rid of the mosquitoes
Marveleous hotel! Everything runs fine in the hotel. Room was clean and enough big. Situation is also good at least to me and my wife because we love peace not bars and pubs
We went to Angkor Wat, Phnom Kulen Waterfall, and even went on a hot air balloon ride!!! I recommend this place to everyone, it's a real gem in Siem Reap ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Hotel is very good located on the bank of a river in the quite cam area but not far from city center with restaurants etc

A good hotel, but not a 5-star. The food in the restaurant wasn't tasty. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, so you can't leave it on at night. We couldn't get the TV to work; it wasn't showing anything
The à la carte breakfast was great, plentiful, and diverse; the noodle soup was especially delicious and I highly recommend it! I ordered a lot every day, and the staff were never impatient
They even remembered I liked pancakes – one day they ran out, and the next day they reminded me I could order them. A big thank you to all the staff for their warm service, especially Ms
The alcoholic cocktails at the pool bar barely had any alcohol in them. The pool is good, and the cleaning service is good. They provide bathrobes, slippers, and beach towels
The sofa in the room had some old stains, but the housekeepers cleaned the room meticulously every day and had excellent service attitudes
Good place for calm and chill, good service and clean room. Abit far a far from pop street, u can booked grab just 2$

Why I need to book this hotel?? Because this hotel is new with reasonable price and the location also close to popular place such PupStreet by 5mn driving. After reaching the hotel we got a warm welcome from the staff
Quiet hotel , clean and good room , staff very helpful, balcony to see the city , you can rent motobike, 5 minutes to old market by motobike.
It’s a such a nice memory to stay in this hotel ever they have a friendly staff moreover, rooms are clean and large bed
You can jump to the pool after a long day trip only 02 minutes to the Giant Wheel Cambodia or a few minutes to the pub street
Would recommend to a families and friends trip
It’s a good hotel in Siem Reap 👌
The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic – you could choose one item from a wide variety of options, and it tasted delicious
It's a bit far from the city center, but I rented a scooter, so getting around was easy and the distance wasn't an issue at all. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Siem Reap
Regarding the location, it's a bit outside the city center, but it's easy and inexpensive to get downtown quickly by taxi, which was great

Siem Reap, Pokambor St, Old Market & Pub St. Area (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Everything is fine, but it's close to the pub street and a bit noisy. Also, forgot to put toothbrushes in room
Still, never ideal having your arms and legs covered in bite when waking up on a first night in any city. Recommend, just make sure the room is fumegated first
Had the good fortune of having a room with bed-bugs. Fantastic location, and staff assisted very quickly with said problem
Lots of mosquitoes (killed one that had black and white striped legs - aedes mosquito that spreads dengue!), also a small roach crawled across the bed one morning, even though I didn't eat in my room
The sound insulation is very poor, whenever someone wheels a luggage in the floor above you, it sounds like rumbling thunder. The rooms smell funky as well and are not that well maintained
There is major construction going on just a few units beside the hotel, after the pharmacy. The service is okay and the staff are generally helpful

They were amazing from the moment we booked, helping us with a lot of pre-arrival planning and bookings. And from the moment we arrived till we left, the staff were so friendly, fun and warm and took such good care of us
Beautifully curated interior in traditional Khmer houses , exquisite garden in peaceful surroundings with birds and tree squirrels adding to the tranquil atmosphere. Fantastic Khmer food lovingly homemade
The staff of Natalie’s team are exceptional. The food is fantastic, so much so we ate there every night during our 3 night stay. We decided we didn’t need to eat anywhere else after busy sightseeing days
A thoughtful treat was to be met on each return from sightseeing with an ice cold flannel! At the end of our SE Asia tour it was nice not to be in the busy hub but it was only a few minutes away by tuk-tuk
What can we say about Maison Polanka that will really do it justice? Everything about this hotel is truly wonderful. Forget swanky hotels, forget corporate hotels this hotel is in a league of its own
From the moment you arrive to the moment you depart you know you are staying in a truly special place. The room we stayed in (The Green Room) overlooked the pool and beautiful gardens

Siem Reap, #606, 60 Meters off Sok San Road (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Lovely hotel based around a small central pool. Lovely room, great staff, nice for a sandwich and beer by the pool. Good location as 10 mins walk from the centre and lots of little shops around for water etc
I love this place. Very clean, very friendly staff, very centric to any other tourist place. Walking distance to the Pup Street and Night Market.
We stayed here for nearly a week, and this place met my family's needs. We got a room that was actually two connected rooms so the kids had their own room. The main room was spacious and the beds comfortable
The hotel's pool was a great way to wind down and cool off (although more recliners would be great - maybe a couple more in the small space?) and the kitchen and bar can prepare meals and cocktails
The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great with some pastries, cooked items (like sausages and bacon) and an omelette station
On request, they prepared a small breakfast of hard boiled egg, croissant and baguette for pickup at 430 for the Angkor sunrise tours

Room Size: superb
Location: superb
Within Siem Reap tourist vicinity where we can reach most of the township places by foot. Easy to travel around with tuktuk the local public "cabby"
The room was comfortable and clean. The only problem we had was the safe in the room wasn't working
Very welcoming hotel. Our family room was very large. The hotel is located a few steps from the old market and Pub Street. The pool and solarium are very welcoming and a great place to relax. The staff is delightful.
We called a repairman, who came, looked at it, concluded the battery needed replacing, and said he'd come back tomorrow to fix it! Unfortunately, no one showed up before we checked out
Breakfast is perhaps the weakest point, as there isn't a huge variety of Western foods, but it's still good
Room was perfect, lots of room, clean, had a balcony also. Location of hotel is perfect lots of restaurants within 2 min walk, Pub Street is a quick walk also for all your nightly entertainment

I may be leaving tomorrow, but I will come home soon
Great apartment Liked · Lee is around all the time. He managed to get a room cleaned and let us check in early which was great as we were tired after a long flight. The location is a walking distance from pub streets
We stayed Family room ( 2bed room+ Living+ Kitchen + 3 bathroom) Very big and comfortable to stay 5 days. We can walk to Pub street for 10min. I recommend this place for stay like a living in this town
The apartment was very nice, big, clean and in a great location. Would stay here again.
Stayed there in the 2 bedroom family suite for about 4 nights. Pros - Lots of places to eat, walkable to pub street, convenient access to little stores around the area. The rooms were big, the living room was big too
They even have long term stay discounts Disliked · The living room Ac doesn’t cool well as it’s small compared to the size of the room. Just a pot and pan for cooking. The gas doesn’t light up easily

A hidden gem! Very beautiful Place, charme like an Temple, usually that Kind of Hotels you find in Bali!
Location is Great, you find everything what you Need around, Temples Not far with tuktuk, Airport one Hour Drive, but Hotel itself is very quiet!
The staff here is so Kind, so lovely, always smiling and doing the best for you having a warm and charming atmosphere!
The breakfast let you find everything...
Though the hotel is beautiful and clean, it’s the people that really make this hotel special. Alice in particular went above and beyond to make our stay fun and memorable
Sam at the restaurant was extremely attentive and our driver Moni kept us cool and comfortable with water, beer, and cold towels wherever we went. I would absolutely stay here again
We also had the same driver, Jackie, all 3 days and he provided outstanding service, always offering water and cold towels. The property is beyond stunning
Room: Room was good in size with Balcony ,clean bathroom, comfortable bed and good AC,no complaints at all,tea coffee and few basic amenities/toiletries were provided
This place is amazing beyond my wildest expectations. The Temple Hotel group's staff here goes above and beyond to make the experience perfect for you

There is not really a communal area in the evening as there is no restaurant / pool bar but we liked the quiet atmosphere to relax after sightseeing!
Thank you to all the staff and housekeeping - our room was always made up perfectly everyday
Beautiful large room, nice small pool. We got our laundry done near by for cheap. Market and pub street is about a 10-15 min walk. Tuk tuks available outside hotel. Fridge is small but a very little qaint quiet hotel
Great location , easy to walk into town, baton supermarket down the street and nice cafes around. Was very empty and the room was nice with a balcony. Pool was well looked after and staff were kind.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great distance into town and to pub street (10 min walk or short tuktuk). The staff were very friendly and helpful, helped us organise our tour of Angkor wat
Hotel provided transport to a fishing village aswell, at a great price. Also had a good pool, however we were a bit disappointed the pool bar was not open. Overall we Highly recommend this Hotel!
The breakfast options were great, a large buffet with fruit and local dishes. You could also get an omelette cooked or noodles in broth made (which was delicious!). The pool was great and quiet

We're giving a high rating upfront because there was an issue after booking, but in the end, everything was resolved successfully. It's a good hotel, quite large, with its own grounds and spacious rooms
Does it effect you? Maybe if you want to stay in your hotel room all day sleeping. But for any normal person who gets up at a reasonable time and does things, it won't bother you. Would stay here again without a doubt
I had a very nice stay in the hotel. It is beautiful with a nice outside/pool area. The rooms are specious and well equipped. The location is also good, a lot of restaurants and cafés nearby
The staff is very friendly and helpful
This place offers incredible value for money! The wooden decor is really tasteful and well-maintained. The balcony, koi pond, and pool are all lovely and relaxing. Our room was spacious and very clean
When the sun started to get a bit much, a staff member went out of her way to move us to another table – essentially cleaning up an extra spot – and then *she* even apologized to *us*! So thoughtful

This hotel makes me feel very good. Every hotel staff I met is very polite. Whether it is the front desk staff, security staff, or room service staff, they are all very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location
There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is close to the city center. If you rent a motorcycle to go to Angkor Wat, it is very convenient. It is basically a straight road. The hygiene is also very good
We were very impressed with the hotel and the facilities. The reception staff were wonderful and we were greeted with welcoming smiles each day
Thank you to all the staff who made our stay such a pleasant and comfortable one. The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean
Nice quiet hotel with lovely pool area and really close to markets/restaurants etc. Breakfast really good too. Only downside is very hard beds!

I paid around$ 50 per night for the room upstairs with a balcony. I liked the design of the room. Simple and elegant using good quality materials. The pool area is also very lovely with shallow and deep sections
Good service and good food plus excellent environment
Plus, there's a laundromat right across the street, which is super convenient!
As a breastfeeding mom who needed to frequently store breast milk and transport ice packs during my trip, I must extend a special thank you to the Assistant Manager, Manager, and all the staff in the kitchen and at the front desk
The breakfast area is small, and the selection is quite streamlined. I had avocado baguette and fried eggs every day, and you could tell the staff put a lot of effort into preparing the meals given the limited resources
Very close to the bar street, super convenient for dining and spa. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and at 300 a night during the Chinese New Year, it was really good value for money
While my colleagues mentioned hearing the Muslim prayers from nearby in the mornings, I personally slept very well after the first two days of adjusting

Swimming pool was appreciated l but I think they put chemical treatment at night without putting a sign to notify guests…
Food is overpriced, so we never ate at the restaurant
The hotel is so well located I ended up walking most of my stay as I could access most things- only time I took tuktuk was to Apopo visitor centre. Everything else within easy reach and such a safe area at night!
The hotel has a great restaurant serving Cambodian and Western cuisine, and its location is excellent, close to the city center. The hotel's pool and bar are great for relaxing
Shower had excellent pressure and the air conditioning was powerful (much needed as it was crazy hot in Siem Reap during my stay!)
I like to support local businesses during my stay so I just took the breakfast on my first morning but I liked it, there were plenty of options
Television had international channels and was a Smart TV. I have been coming to Siem Reap since 2017. This could be my favorite hotel. Close to everything but quiet at night. The employees make this property special
The Siem Reap Palace Hotel & SPA is excellent and offers extraordinary value for money, thanks to its facilities and friendly staff

I was privileged to stay at this beautiful and well-located hotel while in Siem Reap for four nights, the room was very well equipped with everything I needed, room serviced every day, the staff are all very pleasant and accommodating with very good English, complimentary breakfast together with the lunch and dinner menus' just superb
We had an amazing stay at Rambutan Resort. It’s a beautiful oasis in the heart of Siem Reap – super central, yet it feels peaceful and removed from the city, like a true private retreat
The rooms were exceptional - loved all the details from the window shades, ceramics that held the shampoo and shower gel… the design was beautiful!
The staff were also exceptional - everyone from front desk, the restaurant, car transport, you name it
I stayed here for half a month, and I found the bed firmness to be just right for Chinese people – neither too soft nor too hard, which was quite comfortable. The only downside was that the lighting was a bit dim
Rambutan is a gem of a hotel! We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every minute of it. It’s incredibly tranquil, especially the pool with the beautiful plants and trees around it providing a lush tropical vibe
My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon in October 2025. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and caring. We arrived late at night via their car transport, and felt warmly welcomed

First time in my life staying at a dorm hostel!!!
I had an amazing stay at this hostel during water festival! the location is fantastic, making it super convenient to explore the nearby areas: old market, riverside, night market, pub street
Very nice hostel with a lot of great amenities!! They offer a lot of tours and activities! Staff is very friendly and helpful!
Great for solo travelers or groups!
It has everything: Happy hours, multiple pools, but also the calmness in the rooms if planning on sleeping early. The location is very good, close to the pub street. Very clean & tidy, with nice staff
Only downside was the aircon wasn’t so strong. I think they were fixing it though as a workman came in
Super worth it! Aside from the shared room, everything else was up to typical resort standards.
The service was excellent, there were always several people at the front desk to answer questions or folks at the restaurant to take your order. The private rooms were simple but had everything you needed

Our first time in Cambodia and Reveal Angkor Hotel made our experience a truly memorable one. My family of 8 had a wonderful experience and the staff are friendly, polite and welcoming
Very nice place especially the hotel owner very friendly; kind. Staff provide the very warm welcome and supportful. I truely recommended price is very acceptable and affordable.
Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Helped move our luggage to our rooms, no complaints. Staff made our stay much more better. The only downside is when the shower was on it flooded the bathroom
The hotel is not bad, but there are some quirks. The room is very dark, with little light and a small window, making it feel like we were in the dark all the time. The furniture is old, but otherwise okay
My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Reveal Angkor Hotel. the staff treated us like family and genuinely caring. The room was spotless and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring
Nice boutique hotel in town. Easy access location neat Wat Bo, spacious room, great hotel service, nice swimming pool and you also can arrange your group party there. Owner are very friendly and helpful.
