Whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, the staff greeted us by name with genuine smiles

Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay

Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water

This was one of the best hotels during our trip! The atmosphere was so cozy — you could instantly feel that the guests are truly cared for. The staff speaks English, so there were no communication issues

Just lovely, from the people on the desk (who found something that had dropped off my clothing and my mother handed it into reception accidentally thinking it was lost by someone else, they searched and got it back to me)

The pool was amazing, so big, I had it to myself for a long time and because it’s big it felt even when ppl came along that it was very private. They came while I was laying out, to ask if I wanted drinks or food

I can't express with words how amazing was everything in this Hotel. The service of the reception was more than excellent, they even prepare for us a special gift for our Honeymoon with every detail

Ang Reaksa, front office manager, was super friendly, smiling all the time, trying hard to call everyone by their names, paying individual attention and ensuring that all our needs were met

Somadevi boutique and resort was a brilliant stay, great location, a step above the rest I would say while the others were amazing and really 5 stars, this was genuinely above 5 stars

No windows facing other people — just you and the greenery. Quiet, cozy, and very private — but still close to the center! The staff were super kind and always smiling

What is not to like this about this place? We had a family room in Khmer styled A/C family suite decorated with the local furnitures, verandah with you shared with another room, clean and central

Truly a hidden gem surrounded by nature! This place felt like a private villa — tall trees all around, morning birds singing, and total peace. It’s the perfect spot to escape the noise of the city and just relax

If I had to point out one drawback, it would be that the shower doesn't hold much hot water. If you fill the bathtub with hot water or leave the shower running, it gets lukewarm, so you have to wait a while

The room was spotless and spacious — two bathrooms, a kitchen, and tons of white towels. We truly loved this place with palm and mango trees around. And highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

Spent a week here and loved it . Staff are amazing . Room near the pool was big and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices . Location good . Can’t wait to visit again on next trip .

This was a wonderful surprise! The service and facilities were excellent. They even prepared breakfast for us outside of regular hours because we had an early pick-up to see the sunrise at Angkor.

Nice place and convenient for walking to pub street

A wonderful hotel in Siem Reap! the people were amazing, the services were lovely. My room was a little odd (sliding door, no automatic lock) but I got to see the other rooms and they were lovely.

The room was not as described for the "honeymoon suite" and the shower area didn't have a door or anything just a window curtain ? But the staff were great, the breakfast delicious, the young waiter Mr Rong was very attentive and friendly

Wish the jacuzzi was heated, the water is so cold even the one from the pool. The breakfast buffet was yummy. The waiters are also very nice. The location is just walking distance from all the good spots around the city

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Guests could walk to the night market in 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and shopping mall nearby. The hotel room was clean and had all the amenities needed for a few days

Other places don’t provide much information about things happening in the area however Memoire provided all the facts about what happens where and were happy to help you get there which I also loved

The hotel is located with a discreet entrance in the quieter part of town, outside the hustle and bustle of the centre and bar street but with everything within a short walk

The swing in the room is cute and useful :) Central location - within walking distance where are royal gardens, national museum, green bicycle road to the Angkor Wat and so on, and the pub street

i like the hotel hosting a lot~ the girl (Nary) at the front desk is very friendly, she always give us warm smiles and talk very politely and also the cleaning staff(Jo). Stay here if you want to feel like home😊

Only negative is there is no generator backup as there is in the bigger hotels. We lost power / aircon went out each night which interrupted our sleep. Unfortunately Cambodia's power grid is not reliable

This hotel is very good, a very central but quit location. Everything is on walking distance. Rooms have everything, spacious, a balcony etc. The breakfast is à la carte and buffet style

A lovely large room with separate lounge area. Small kitchenette and washing machine available. Lovely to relax with a cuppa on the small balcony and watch the world go by

Plenty of good restaurants and shopping close by with lovely staff. We'd organised a sunrise tour at Angkor Wat and staff were happy to prepare us a breakfast to take with us as we wouldn't be onsite for breakfast

I would highly recommend getting a driver for tours and pick ups. We had Saphal and he was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly and making us feel very welcome. We loved his van as it had so much character

A small note of caution: if you're traveling with young children, advise them not to rub their fingers too much on the natural stone edge of the swimming pool

Doing so can cause a mild, slightly painful skin reaction with initial blistering. However, this is harmless and subsides on its own shortly after leaving the pool

The location is just outside the city center, but still within easy walking distance of various restaurants, bars, and the night market

The rooftop pool is beautiful and a great option after a journey of visiting temples. It is located in a quiet part of the town and for a dollar you jump into a tuk tuk and in 2-3 minutes you are downtown

Great hotel with awesome service. Two lovely pools with the downstairs pool nicely shaded for an afternoon relaxing with some snacks and a beer. Especially for the price would highly recommend this hotel.

A lot of hotels may be cheap (cheaper), but they cut corners. This place has hot water for shower!!! Elevator that works. Our stay was for 2 nights, 3 days. Even when it was time to check out at 12pm

The fact that this hotel is a co-op is an added value. Everyone is very invested in making your stay a memorable one. Rooms are very ample and with a terrace

Got a 65% discount on Booking. My room was on the third floor and big. Out the front door and left 30 meters is cheap laundry. You're only 300 meters from pub street and we didn't hear a thing

Great location, nice rooms, friendly service. Evenings can be a bit noisy (until around midnight) due to music from nearby bars and restaurants, but I didn't find it particularly bothersome.

Be aware that it's a 3-story building with no elevator, which could be a concern for guests with mobility issues. The staff helped carry my suitcase during check-in, which was a nice touch

Really enjoyed our time at Diamond D’Angkor. We spent a week here and organised all our tours through the front desk too. The staff were the highlight, always friendly and happy to help

The water had a bit metallic like "iron" odor, not sure if that is related to the location or their own pipes, but even taking that detail i to account we had a great time over there

A magnificent, clean hotel! The cappuccino is delicious! The staff are very pleasant and friendly! Daily cleaning! One small downside is that the neighbors have a rooster that crows :) But this didn't spoil our stay at all, we would have loved to extend it

A special shoutout to Vin, he drove us to and from the airport and around the temples with our guide for the day, Sid. McTuk and Rose on reception are fantastic as well. And we loved the resident rooster next door!

Well where i start ,the most amazing staff and owners,absolutely stunning hotel at a fantastic price very close to main High Street but far enough away for a very peaceful sleep in a beautiful comfy bed , the swimming pool on the roof terrace amazing nice and peaceful to relax and sun bath plenty of tuk tuk drivers for very cheap rides to and from pub St,

I loved the sofa and appreciated that the shower was in a separate room from the toilet. The air conditioning worked perfectly and stayed nice and cold, which was a big plus

Clean, very cozy, friendly staff. There's construction going on, including the top floor, but they let you know about it when you check in. If they finish building the top floor, it would be great for a longer stay

It's so nice to be able to close the door and let the kids sleep. And each room has a huge tub on the balcony that we use as a tub for the kiddos. It's the perfect size for small kids

Go to google, we left video how loud is the drilling sound in the room. Hotel offers bije rental, ebikes and other transport, but we did not use. Nearby few nice places to eat, no big markets or shops

We unfortunatelly arrived on saturday and there were loud partyng in restaurant and in rooms up untill midnight, staff did nothing about that. So we had almost no sleep with party and the drilling

Luckly managment agreed to oficially shorten our stay from 7 nights to 2 nights as we could not sleep at all. When they finish renovations, long stay could be also ok
