A special thank you to Try Sokneng at the front desk and the other lovely ladies whose names I didn't catch—we received incredible care and help from our first day until our departure on the fifth day
An absolutely wonderful hotel! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, spotless, and cozy. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. But what truly stands out is the exceptional service
Whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, the staff greeted us by name with genuine smiles
Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay
Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water
This was one of the best hotels during our trip! The atmosphere was so cozy — you could instantly feel that the guests are truly cared for. The staff speaks English, so there were no communication issues

Just lovely, from the people on the desk (who found something that had dropped off my clothing and my mother handed it into reception accidentally thinking it was lost by someone else, they searched and got it back to me)
He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy, making us feeling special !! I would like to express my gratitude to Ang and all the wonderful staff of this boutique hotel and wish them all the best
The pool was amazing, so big, I had it to myself for a long time and because it’s big it felt even when ppl came along that it was very private. They came while I was laying out, to ask if I wanted drinks or food
I can't express with words how amazing was everything in this Hotel. The service of the reception was more than excellent, they even prepare for us a special gift for our Honeymoon with every detail
Ang Reaksa, front office manager, was super friendly, smiling all the time, trying hard to call everyone by their names, paying individual attention and ensuring that all our needs were met
Somadevi boutique and resort was a brilliant stay, great location, a step above the rest I would say while the others were amazing and really 5 stars, this was genuinely above 5 stars

No windows facing other people — just you and the greenery. Quiet, cozy, and very private — but still close to the center! The staff were super kind and always smiling
What is not to like this about this place? We had a family room in Khmer styled A/C family suite decorated with the local furnitures, verandah with you shared with another room, clean and central
Truly a hidden gem surrounded by nature! This place felt like a private villa — tall trees all around, morning birds singing, and total peace. It’s the perfect spot to escape the noise of the city and just relax
If I had to point out one drawback, it would be that the shower doesn't hold much hot water. If you fill the bathtub with hot water or leave the shower running, it gets lukewarm, so you have to wait a while
The room was spotless and spacious — two bathrooms, a kitchen, and tons of white towels. We truly loved this place with palm and mango trees around. And highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap!
Spent a week here and loved it . Staff are amazing . Room near the pool was big and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices . Location good . Can’t wait to visit again on next trip .

I confirm all the reviews about the staff, the staff is just amazing! Staying in this hotel is a pleasure. Although honestly, unexpectedly, the cost is quite modest for other hotels
Sok Seryrachana, you are the best 💕 extremely nice and helpful! I highly recommend Hari Residence & Spa to anyone visiting Siem Reap. I would gladly stay here again!
This was a wonderful surprise! The service and facilities were excellent. They even prepared breakfast for us outside of regular hours because we had an early pick-up to see the sunrise at Angkor.
Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, creating a perfect place to relax after exploring Siem Reap. What stood out the most was the exceptional staff service
Best hotel ever!!! They are such an amazing people. We loved staying here. Clean room and facilities. Breakfast was delicious. 100% recommended!
Their level of hospitality is a great example of how service should be in five-star hotels — personalized, sincere, and consistently outstanding

Love it! Excellent location and helpful staff. Me and my son enjoyed the stay. Thanks!
Nice place and convenient for walking to pub street
A wonderful hotel in Siem Reap! the people were amazing, the services were lovely. My room was a little odd (sliding door, no automatic lock) but I got to see the other rooms and they were lovely.
The room was not as described for the "honeymoon suite" and the shower area didn't have a door or anything just a window curtain ? But the staff were great, the breakfast delicious, the young waiter Mr Rong was very attentive and friendly
Wish the jacuzzi was heated, the water is so cold even the one from the pool. The breakfast buffet was yummy. The waiters are also very nice. The location is just walking distance from all the good spots around the city
Everything is going well The swimming pool guy is turning lights for us to swim and the breakfast guy is also welcoming they’re so nice Amazing service

The hotel has a sister company - heritage tours - which was also excellent and arranged a fantastic, dedicated 3 day visit to Angkor Wat temples and Kulem mountain. (We co-designed the itinerary with Heritage Tours
Absolutely lovely hotel just outside the bustle of the centre with touches of local culture and heritage. It has a colonial elegance while being comfortable and not at all pretentious
Amazing place! They greeted us and made our stay so special! They pay close attention to every detail. We loved the staff! The breakfasts were delicious. The best! I'll be back! More sun loungers please 🙏
All the staff at Heritage suites from Nith at front desk to Koang at the restaurant and pool bar, and the rest of all the staff, deserve a applause for the level of service and hospitality they provide
What an amazing place to stay in Siem Reap. If you book any other hotel, you will be doing a disservice to yourself. They welcomed me like family at this establishment and made me feel
The room was excellent, very clean and well maintained. The staff could not do enough for you and were very attentive.

Faultless stay, spacious rooms and great value in an ideal location centrally but not disturbed by pub street. I would stay again
Rin, the dining Captain, was amazing and always made sure I was taken care of. One of my favorite things, was the evening snacks they provided in the rooms along with a tale/story (bedtime story)
They gave us fresh fruits the first day and a few bottled glass bottles everyday. I’m so glad not to see plastic. They provided amenities as a 5 star hotel and even had homemade scrub to try in a jar in the shower
They made us feel truly welcome and cared for throughout our visit. The spa was absolutely wonderful — the therapists were skilled, professional, and made it such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience
really great hotel, especially the service. from check in to breakfast to the restaurant staff. everyone was super friendly and very attentative. alway checking to see if everything is okay
The bed was super comfy, bath lotion and scrub smelled amazing and beautiful flower arrangements were stunning! The spa was also a wonderful experience. This hotel is first rate luxury

Siem Reap, No. 0325, Taphul Village (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Comfortable room, beautifully decorated with wood. Pretty central, helpful staff. Our driver Mr Rock, who is associated with the hotel, was working at Grab rates, was very kind and accommodating
Book with confidence Great value for the price. Sooo clean! Very kind front desk. Great rooftop space for hanging out either under cover or in the sun. Pool and restaurant seating both a great space for down time
Room didn't have a ton of natural lighting, but most visitors are out at the temple all day anyway. Tuktuks waiting outside entrance for $2 US around town. ATM at entrance gives both USD & riel
Plastic bottles of water, so not great on the eco part of the survey. I would totally stay here again
A cozy place. Delicious food. Great service.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Guests could walk to the night market in 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and shopping mall nearby. The hotel room was clean and had all the amenities needed for a few days

Other places don’t provide much information about things happening in the area however Memoire provided all the facts about what happens where and were happy to help you get there which I also loved
Nice hotel with big pool and pool area. Rooms are clean good size bathroom and good shower. Staff is super friendly and breakfast was great good coffee and lot of food options to choose from
Would stay again and definitely recommend
An excellent hotel near the centre of Siem Reap (Pub Street). The staff is super friendly highly professional and generally interested in your day or how the breakfast was for example. We booked a one hour massage
The hotel is located with a discreet entrance in the quieter part of town, outside the hustle and bustle of the centre and bar street but with everything within a short walk
The swing in the room is cute and useful :) Central location - within walking distance where are royal gardens, national museum, green bicycle road to the Angkor Wat and so on, and the pub street

We tried the spa (great) and the restaurant for dinner (a couple of times) and were not disappointed. The location works very well too. Overall, we found the hotel as very quiet with an attentive staff
Hotel environment: The service attitude is very good, the staff are very friendly, the hotel has a restaurant that tastes very good, and the breakfast is of high quality. It is not a buffet but freshly made dishes
I was travelling with some family and we had booked multiple rooms. After a long series of flights, we were all a bit dazed when we arrived but check in was handled seamlessly and simply
The grounds are lovely with many plants and a central lap pool. The water features add to the ambiance and the theme. Breakfast was great in a generous space with many options to try
To stay at Montra Nivesha is to be immersed in Khmer art, culture, and food: the entire hotel is filled with painting, sculpture, and pottery, all carefully curated but not so much on display as completely integrated into the rooms, corridors, lobby, and outdoor spaces
Largest room ever stayed in! (Deluxe garden room). Lovely pool with a swim up bar. Large restaurant and smaller bar area. Hotel has its own tuk tuk you can book

Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Near to the center, but quite and peaceful. Breakfast could be better, but still o.k. very nice and relaxing pool.
i like the hotel hosting a lot~ the girl (Nary) at the front desk is very friendly, she always give us warm smiles and talk very politely and also the cleaning staff(Jo). Stay here if you want to feel like home😊
Only negative is there is no generator backup as there is in the bigger hotels. We lost power / aircon went out each night which interrupted our sleep. Unfortunately Cambodia's power grid is not reliable
Great hotel with excellent staff in a good location. Not much to fault, comfy soft bed with modern room and an awesome pool. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made our stay great
Firstly I have to say thank you to the guy working at the bar pool who was full of smiles and energy every day and the supervisor who sorted out our tv in the room

Then, location is perfect, central but not noisy. Room was spacious and super nice, swimming pool just perfect
One of the best hotels we have ever been! First of all, the staff is super lovely, very dedicated. Service is amazing, we had welcome juice upon arrival, and any time we stepped in they welcomed us with refreshing towels
Small breakfast buffet or meal order depending on the hotel occupancy, we had both and they were good and well organized. Staff is really what makes the difference. We had a very nice stay and we would come back!
Tip: get a table poolside for a delightful meal at this lesser known restaurant. Oh yes, they have a small but decent breakfast buffet too and one can also order off the fixed breakfast menu too
Room is well equipped and spacious enough for two guests, has a balcony with a pool view. You’ll be treated very carefully during all you stay
This hotel is very good, a very central but quit location. Everything is on walking distance. Rooms have everything, spacious, a balcony etc. The breakfast is à la carte and buffet style

He's more than just a guide, he's an artist behind the lens! I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could – our experience was truly spectacular! If you're visiting Cambodia, I highly recommend Kim as your guide
A lovely large room with separate lounge area. Small kitchenette and washing machine available. Lovely to relax with a cuppa on the small balcony and watch the world go by
Plenty of good restaurants and shopping close by with lovely staff. We'd organised a sunrise tour at Angkor Wat and staff were happy to prepare us a breakfast to take with us as we wouldn't be onsite for breakfast
I would highly recommend getting a driver for tours and pick ups. We had Saphal and he was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly and making us feel very welcome. We loved his van as it had so much character
"I had the absolute pleasure of exploring Cambodia's stunning temples with an incredible guide named Kim! His knowledge was impressive, and his warm personality made our day truly unforgettable
But what really made our experience stand out was his incredible photography skills - he captured some truly magical moments for us, especially with the monks and the breathtaking scenery

The bathroom facilities were perfectly adequate. The restaurant offers the usual mix of Khmer and Western cuisine, with a notably generous buffet. The service and staff were exceptionally friendly
We stayed here for five days with our entire family (two adults, five children) in two rooms, each equipped with two double beds. Our rooms faced the inner courtyard and had pleasant decor
A small note of caution: if you're traveling with young children, advise them not to rub their fingers too much on the natural stone edge of the swimming pool
Doing so can cause a mild, slightly painful skin reaction with initial blistering. However, this is harmless and subsides on its own shortly after leaving the pool
The location is just outside the city center, but still within easy walking distance of various restaurants, bars, and the night market
Friendly Staff ☺️☺️☺️ and Beautiful Pool with Green surrounded 🌿🌱🌿 Great location 📍definitely come back .

The rooftop pool is beautiful and a great option after a journey of visiting temples. It is located in a quiet part of the town and for a dollar you jump into a tuk tuk and in 2-3 minutes you are downtown
Great hotel with awesome service. Two lovely pools with the downstairs pool nicely shaded for an afternoon relaxing with some snacks and a beer. Especially for the price would highly recommend this hotel.
A lot of hotels may be cheap (cheaper), but they cut corners. This place has hot water for shower!!! Elevator that works. Our stay was for 2 nights, 3 days. Even when it was time to check out at 12pm
Amazing!! The service was great. The receptionists and staff were welcoming and professional. I've been to a lot of hotel and finding an affordable and nice place is not easy
The fact that this hotel is a co-op is an added value. Everyone is very invested in making your stay a memorable one. Rooms are very ample and with a terrace
but our transportation time was at 1:30pm, they allowed us to stay in our room till it was time for us to leave. How sweet and considerate was that?!!!!

The hotel was great we drove in from a different city and our car was very dusty. The next morning the guard had washed our car while we were out. Very professional, very clean, and great location.
Got a 65% discount on Booking. My room was on the third floor and big. Out the front door and left 30 meters is cheap laundry. You're only 300 meters from pub street and we didn't hear a thing
The staff is ivery accomodating. They always keep our room clean. The location is perfect for everything you need. Will definitely go back and book this hotel. Cheers!
Great location, nice rooms, friendly service. Evenings can be a bit noisy (until around midnight) due to music from nearby bars and restaurants, but I didn't find it particularly bothersome.
Be aware that it's a 3-story building with no elevator, which could be a concern for guests with mobility issues. The staff helped carry my suitcase during check-in, which was a nice touch

Absolutely 5 stars for sure. I never missed this Boutique when I go to Siem Reap. Room is clean, service is very nice. Even the breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious. I don’t see why I shouldn’t give a 5 stars 🤩👏🏻
The staff of this hotel is simply amazing. I've travelled a lot in Asia and these people are one of the best I have encountered
Some wear and tear in the rooms, but to be expected after closing down for an extended period over the past couple years. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we return!
Really enjoyed our time at Diamond D’Angkor. We spent a week here and organised all our tours through the front desk too. The staff were the highlight, always friendly and happy to help
The water had a bit metallic like "iron" odor, not sure if that is related to the location or their own pipes, but even taking that detail i to account we had a great time over there
What can be improved - breakfast; would be great to have smart tv in the room instead of satellite; no safebox in the room. Generally, a good place for quiet vacation

A magnificent, clean hotel! The cappuccino is delicious! The staff are very pleasant and friendly! Daily cleaning! One small downside is that the neighbors have a rooster that crows :) But this didn't spoil our stay at all, we would have loved to extend it
A special shoutout to Vin, he drove us to and from the airport and around the temples with our guide for the day, Sid. McTuk and Rose on reception are fantastic as well. And we loved the resident rooster next door!
well decorated and beautiful place very calm and relaxed and great service
Definitely a great hotel to stay at if you have never visited Cambodia before. In a quiet location which is amazing to retreat back to after visiting Angkor Wat all day. Lovely pool area and nice and clean rooms

Well where i start ,the most amazing staff and owners, absolutely stunning hotel at a fantastic price very close to main High Street but far enough away for a very peaceful sleep in a beautiful comfy bed , the swimming pool on the roof terrace amazing nice and peaceful to relax and sun bath plenty of tuk tuk drivers for very cheap rides to and from pub St,
And did I mention the pool on the top floor? It was my kids’ favorite spot and felt like their own little playground! I highly recommend Hello Cambodia Boutique to anyone looking for a clean, pleasant, and relaxing place to stay, without having to pay 5-star hotel prices
I loved the sofa and appreciated that the shower was in a separate room from the toilet. The air conditioning worked perfectly and stayed nice and cold, which was a big plus

Clean, very cozy, friendly staff. There's construction going on, including the top floor, but they let you know about it when you check in. If they finish building the top floor, it would be great for a longer stay
It's so nice to be able to close the door and let the kids sleep. And each room has a huge tub on the balcony that we use as a tub for the kiddos. It's the perfect size for small kids
The best staff, so helpful and kind! They will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are amazing for families. They have a full living room and kitchen
Go to google, we left video how loud is the drilling sound in the room. Hotel offers bije rental, ebikes and other transport, but we did not use. Nearby few nice places to eat, no big markets or shops
We unfortunatelly arrived on saturday and there were loud partyng in restaurant and in rooms up untill midnight, staff did nothing about that. So we had almost no sleep with party and the drilling
Luckly managment agreed to oficially shorten our stay from 7 nights to 2 nights as we could not sleep at all. When they finish renovations, long stay could be also ok
