Didn't know this hotel had a pool
Great location 5min walk to pub street Near riverside. Lovely staff. Great swimming pool
Nice place to stay on a budget.
Appreciate your with supporting to customers
Drilling noise at 9 am. One of the staff entered my room without permission and stole my money. I asked them to check the cameras and they did but they refused to connect me with the manager of the hotel. Room amenities are so old. You have to pay 5 bucks extra just to use the AC otherwise you will have to use a very noisy fan. Other than that everything was fine! The room was clean and location...
Nice hotel on a really good location. Walls are not that big so it can get a buit noucy but the people are really helpful. There is a pool . haven't tried it jet but it looks beautiful.

Close to night market, pub street and lots of bars. The breafast is the best!
Stayed for 4 nights in this hotel Breakfast basic Location is very good near nightlife and pub street and they given us packed breakfast for our early check out
Very strategic place, easy to access old market and pub street… very near, walking distance. Hotel is decent and budget friendly… just the shower gate is not working properly and water splashing unevenly. Otherwise all good. They even arranged us airport transfer.
The location is quite good, and the hygiene is excellent. The staff are also happy to help. The facilities are a bit lacking, and there's no elevator.
Nice place to stay in Siem Reap. High recommend for for budget travelers
The facilities were old, and the breakfast was average, though the taste was acceptable. The staff were very attentive and polite, but the girly painting in the room was a bit creepy.

The bathroom is not clean. I have requested to change the room and they have changed it for us but Sadly the bathroom still bad.
The hotel is really good, and the staff are polite. It's located right near Pub Street, so there's always something going on around you – no need to travel anywhere. As a bonus, the music is pumping right into your room, perfect for getting intimate with someone.
Excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable, everything was perfect. Thank you. I'll be back again, and I look forward to it.
Location is great easy travel around staff friendly and helpful .
The location is superb. I had read reviews mentioning noise due to its position in a bustling entertainment district. During my stay, lively music was audible even past midnight. While this might be an issue for some, I personally wasn't particularly bothered by it; the noise from the room's exhaust fan was actually more noticeable. The price was affordable, and though the room wasn't pristine, it...
Everything you need is within walking distance from the center, but I’m just not too fond of the room. I mean, it just lacks proper maintenance.

Being a 74 Year Old retire starting a new life my transition during the 1st few days was made much less stressed thanks to the Kindness, honestly,& general concern for me. The staff lead be a very intelligent and attentive person deserving of praise is Ngen Leaphy Thank God for this assistance
Nice location off the main street
Our stay at Golden Citadel was amazing. The hotel is about a block off the main road but that just added to the feeling of seclusion, peacefulness, and quiet I felt when I walked through the trees hanging over the entrance. Once through the trees, the first thing you notice is the beautiful pool with its infinity edge on three sides. The staff were very accommodating. The food was amazing, though...
I liked the pool, swimming is my thing. They were making efforts with my food: When I ordered pancakes, they bought exotic fruits to try for my, very kind.
The value for money at this hotel is amazing, if there were a few tweaks I would be happy to pay a lot more. - The customer service was brilliant, they were incredibly friendly, they organised tuk tuks back and forth from beer street and the airport for a very small fee. The manager/ owner has good English so is really easy to deal with. - The pool was my favourite on our SE Asia and they also...

Very affordable price! The room is nice, and clean. There's also a swimming pool at the front. The location is perfect, just a quick walk from the riverside and the night market.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Walking Distance to shops and resteraunts. A/C good and pool.
Amazing location, clean big room . The lade at the reception soooo friendly and professional.i booked all my excursions and the airport transfer in very good prices
Nice place. Easy for go round and have restaurants so close 😍
We had a wonderful experience! The location is perfect — easily accessible and close to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value without compromising on quality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for convenience, excellent service, and affordability
We stayed here for a week on April 2025 and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean, with a ceiling fan that did a great job keeping us cool. There was an air conditioner available, but it’s an extra charge—we didn’t need it since the weather was nice during our stay. And if it ever got too hot, the swimming pool was a perfect way to cool down—clean and refreshing! What I really liked was...

Clean. The pool is warm. The staff are friendly.
The Oasis Harbor is wonderful. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, an easy 15 minute walk to the river and the busy side. The staff are friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The pool is quiet and a beautiful place to relax after a trip to the temples. Highly recommend, will definitely return.
Lovely establishment, with friendly and helpful staff. It's a great place to recover after arriving in Cambodia.
The Harbour Oasis Hotel (referred to as The Oasis Harbor in some locations) offers a tranquil and relaxing stay, making it a wonderful choice for travelers seeking a peaceful base near the attractions of Siem Reap. While it sits slightly outside the immediate hustle and bustle, its exceptional staff and beautiful grounds create a memorable and highly enjoyable experience.
Lovely hotel with spacious and very clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. Location is a little out of town but this was good for us as it meant it was quiet at night. Breakfast was tasty but limited options

We had such a wonderful stay here!! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The spa gave the most spectacular couples' massage, and breakfast was always so fresh and delicious. And the hotel has so much character! Beautiful engraved wood.
Swimming pool is the highlight of the hotel! Rooms are very spacious! The atmosphere around the place is good but need some improvements. The staff were friendly enough since they can barely understand English. Overall it was a good stay.
This place is amazing! It was like walking onto a movie set. The room is spacious with a great comfortable bath on one side of the main room. The large bed was silky smooth and very comfortable. In the bathroom a modern toilet and a large walk around shower. All the stone walls and floors gave a really nice cool and secure feeling. The main pool was fantastic, warm and visually stimulating. The staff...
There are 2 swimming pools and the view is really good. I like it. Room is also fine but under the bed is dusty and clean (the bed is higher which we can see the space under it.) Service is also good but I don't much like about it. Why? Because I didn't hang notice tag on the door to clean it but instead, they come and clean. They also throw out the big plastic bags that I used to pack my baby's stuff
Amazing experience. Every service was excellent. This experience will cost at least 500 doller in Japan.
Good. It is a very nice hotel with different pools, spacious rooms and different baths. The staff is also very friendly.

Peaceful quiet clean! Extremely helpful staff! I totally enjoyed my stay
Very clean and beautiful I like it❤️
For its price, this hotel is super. Our apartment didn't have a single TV. The breakfasts were delicious. I rated cleanliness a 4 only because of what I'd call wear and tear on some room features – the window didn't close well, and the lock on the stained-glass door was also faulty. However, the pool is excellent. It's about a 5-7 minute tuk-tuk ride to Pub Street, costing around 1.2 dollars one way...
Showing here room amenities is tv but there not provided room tv and others things.
The apartment was well laid out. Excellent customer service & facilities. The old market isn’t within walking distance & a Tuktuk ride to it cost 8000 riel (2USD). Hotel pool is well set up, there’s a comfortable lounge with it’s own library of books donated by previous guests. The drinking water tap for refilling bottles is such a bonus! Thank you. Wish more hotels had this. Would have prefered cotton...
Best ever experience.. best staff, so accommodating and soft spoken. Young man during breakfast was the kindest man I met. Young lady at the kitchen was also good.. sooo clean and peaceful. Loved it.. Even tho i made a mistake while booking.. security guard still treated us nicely and helped solving our problem

Great hotel. Nice stay. Very good swimming pool. The stuff - very nice and helpful people. Pinacolada delicious!! Breakfast could be a bit better😄
Great breakfast considering 20a night. Quiet spot with nice pool, & big rooms w/ maid service. Cons- 15 minute walking to pub st($2 tuktuk), and no lift just stairs. Honestly didn't even bother me. Other than that great value. Best value in s.r, probably not but you're not gonna find something cheaper that's as clean, with the same amenities AND w/ free breakfast.
Overall, it’s a very cozy and relaxing place. The people at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. My only complaints are these. The rooms smelled damp. And the lights were very weak in the room. We are also not very satisfied with the breakfast options.
Rooms: really comfortable and with great Aircon! The bathrooms were also very good with maybe the best shower we've had so far in Cambodia. Breakfast was also very nice and it's a really nice relaxed stay. Location: so close to the center but also nice and quiet/safe. Service: The staff here are incredible! Very kind and helpful. Not only will they assist you in any plans they are not pushy and are...
I stayed there 4 nights. Every night it was nice and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the air conditioning worked great. The staff were great too The bad parts were not that bad. The first negative part is that the room had a nice looking bathtub. It wasn't good because to get hot water, you had to reduce some of the water pressure, so it would take an hour to fill it up, if you wanted...
We booked this hotel last minute and it’s excellent! A great price, elegant accommodations, comfortable rooms and the pool is so lovely. Staff is incredibly sweet as well and never hesitated to answer questions.

Very quiet. Have a net above the beds which was very convenient to avoid mosquitoes biting me at night and waking up again again (which often happened at most hotels I’ve stayed in the past in Siem Reap)
The environment and facilities are very simple, the bed sheets and quilt covers are obviously stained, and they were not changed once during the five days and four nights I stayed there. The breakfast was good.
Booked the room through Trip.com app, precising we will do a late check-in. When ae arroved, people seemed not aware or our booking and rushed to prepare a room which was not what we booked. Things get fixed the next morning but it was not really a pleasant arrival... Aside that, the hotel is nice and the staff friendly. But it would deserve more careful cleaning. It was actually good. Located in the city but it's very quiet, provided 4 types of breakfast. Pool was nice and big enough. Room had a terrace.
Good central location a short walk to markets and pub street. Several restaurants closer. Quiet with nice gardens and pool. Staff helpful, particularly Kim who provided airport transfers and a full day visit to Angkor Wat
Really enjoying our stay here, quality for a great price, friendly staff, and lovely cleaners who do a great job. Stunning garden, our room is stunning, and we love it. Great breakfast, prompt service. Very happy. I almost don't want to share because this place is so right for us that we would like to keep it a secret really. Clean and good service,I feel a different taste with the old utensils.Fully Recommend in Siem Reap
I selected this hotel on TripAdvisor, where it received full marks, and TripAdvisor also gave it a 100/100 in terms of whether it is walkable. The most important thing is that it has three rooms, which is really suitable for a family of three. Moreover, it has its own local characteristics and is not the kind of hotel with uniform and modern decoration. Perfect for what I was looking for in a small...
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this family run boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and accurately pictured here and on their website. Best location with good service
Frederic and his team are the best. Welcoming, smilling, hard working to make our stay a perfect moment in our trip. The food is excellent and tasty: breakfast with freshly backed viennoiseries, lunch or dinner with great selection of dishes, The swimming pool and its surrondings is a relaxing place. Wonderful service - friendly, efficient and helpful. Great large but simple pool, very good food cheap by home standards, very nice rooms.
