A truly great stay at Hotel Atelier. The French colonial architecture on the exterior gives way to a surprisingly modern interior with artistic touches. Its location is ideal: downtown, right next to Pub Street and all the shopping and dining, yet the hotel's immediate street is remarkably peaceful and quiet. Note for travelers: there is no elevator, so the third floor (top floor) might be challenging...
Great find for my trip in Siem Reap.
We booked a room with a balcony and had the view of the local temple. No elevators in this building so I definitely got my steps up during my stay. They have one room on the ground floor I believe so that is an option for those with elderly family members or young children.
The room isn't brand new and is a little worn but this didn't bother us. I appreciate their...
From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. Nice Room and The Hotel has a great vibe also near Pub-Streets that make us easy.
Had a good experience sleeping at this hotel . So so close to Pub streets and main areas , although it was close but the rooms are so peaceful. However the rooms only have a dime light ( yellow light so its dark) but you can get all the bright light by opening the big curtains. I prefer the low light so i was enjoying it and have no problem. Also a few mosquitoes so be also careful or you can request...
Great like hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Good location, clean, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. Highly recommended!

We stayed here during Valentines Day as they offered a great deal. For $95 it includes aroma massage for 2 and aside from breakfast a dinner for 2 is also served with 2 menu set to choose from and choice of wine.
We love this hotel for following reasons:
1. Big and spacious room
2. Well kept and so clean place
3. Friendly and accommodating staff
4. Walking distance to Pub Street
5. Pet friendly hotel...
Thank you so much for a spectacular stay! My family and I stayed 2 nights over the khmer new year holidays and the staff and hotel were amazing.
The hotel has a secluded wild jungle feel, with a tropical pool and sunbeds. The room was clean, with a small balcony overlooking the pool, perfect with the complimentary Herbal teas.
The hotel has spa and massage services which we tried and their masseuse...
I cant say enough good things about this boutique hotel!
What an adorable place! Everything about this place seemed so cheerful. The welcoming front desk, to the breakfast and the lovely rooms.
Plus, they really care about the environment and are one of the top plastic-free hotels in Siem Reap!
It is so well designed and feels super charming, and was perfect for our short stay. The hotel is well...
A wonderful oasis while being in the city center of Siem Reap.
Our family was very impressed by every aspect of it: very spacious rooms, a diversified garden, the cocktails are top notch, the breakfast was "a la carte" but the free-flow menu was so wide that it felt like a gigantic buffet. The handmade spa treatments transport you to an other world, all excursions were also organized through the Hotel...
Service is good, manager taking care of us very very well. We bring 3 Dogs there. The room is big, clean and air con was very cold. Good ! Recommend this place
We stayed there for a wedding and the service was excellent. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Pool was great. Try the beef Lok Lak yum and the beef burger best fries ever!!!!!

This is a pleasant hotel close to downtown on a tuk tuk ride to the city. Oddly, we were the only people staying here, so service was personal. The on site bar was small and we had to pre order breakfast the day before (?). Rooms were older but clean. The property needs some attention, but it was not in bad condition. We were here as part of a 17 day tour so I don know about value or pricing. I would...
Very nice hotel, clean, nice rooms. Very friendly, good food and nice cocktails. Very much recommended!
If you’re looking for a relaxing, tranquil energy this is the place. Spacious, clean rooms with nice lighting and a bathtub! Breakfast is extravagant and staff are super kind!! Highly recommend
What an amazing place. This hotel has charm and character. From the moment you walk through the front entrance to your room there's a magical feel that totally makes you feel like you're in some place in the Mediterranean. The rooms are large and the amenities are amazing. The shower cubical felt like I was standing under a waterfall in nature. It's well thought out.
I spent some time in the pool before...
Love the calming and quiet environment with big swimming pool
A big bedroom and bathroom with a horrible humidity smell. They locked the big bathroom window for security. I couldn't settle there till 5 pm. They were repairing the aircond. The garden is pretty. The breakfast is very bad. By 8 am there is nothing to eat. Staff try to please. Kids screaming in the pool, as early as 6 am. I wouldn't stay one more night neither for free.

The hotel is very clean beautiful place. I would definitely recommend it and I will definitely be staying there again.
Very friendly and comfortable stay.
Even though I only stayed for one night, I could still feel the thoughtful and warm service. The hotel is not far from Pub Street and Angkor Wat, making its location very convenient. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it overall.
The hotel looked very grand - huge spiral staircase, lovely pool and loads of places to sit and enjoy. Good breakfast served in the ballroom. Our nice spacious room was the perfect cool haven after a day’s sightseeing. Good WiFi and easy access to Angkor Wat and town by tuktuk or Grab. 7/11 and ATM next block.

Good view point, Near Mekong river, fresh air, nice people, and very nice rooftop bar, but only parking it too less
The price and the looks of the rooms were nice but the internet sucked. Each floor has a different router to connect on but good luck actually getting a connection. The front desk did say they were having issues with the internet so hopefully they can get it resolved fairly quickly. They have a restaurant attached to the hotel which had good food at decent prices.
I used to stay in this hotel for 2 times, normally 1-2 nights.
The wifi signal on 2nd floor is not stable, it always disconnect after use I5-20 min. Over all are so so, the rate for double room is 15 USD/night exclude ABF. But just + USD 3 to include ABF that's reasonable price.
Good hotel to stay, very close to the restaurants and on the main road. A few room on 3rd floor need to do some decoration.
This place is an resonable price room services. There are many rooms that are always available. Rooms are cleaned. Rooms are not so nice, but there are enought accessories.

We stayed there for a few days. The hotel is beautiful! Excellent breakfast, courteous staff. Centrally located, you can easily walk to places. We have such wonderful memories.
Staff was nice, but not helpful at times. Pur AC remote was broken and they said they're gonna look into it, but never did. When I asked for extra blanket though, because I was freezing at night because of the said AC, they helped me instantly. Our fridge also didn't work.
The place looked nice. But don't get a room facing the street or the next door club if you're a lightsleeper. You won't be able...
I really liked this place for the price. It's certainly not a 5 star hotel, but the staff is very nice, the breakfast is pretty good, and the price and location are pretty great. There are probably things that you can nitpick over, but if you're looking for a decent place to sleep that doesn't break the bank, this is a solid choice. It's less than a 10 minute walk to pub street, if that's your thing...
what can I say... those complaining about anything are clinging onto little things. Rooms are amazing as the beautiful hotel itself, with a dog and cat playing around. Breakfast is set outside and is wonderful, so is the pool area. Helpful staff and good prices, what more can one want :)
I feel like my house here. The view outside is natural. And, it looks nice and clean inside.
Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and comfortable. Room service is done every day, the garden is very beautiful and the pool is really luxurious!

It's like you stay in the cave or Jungle of ancient temples which is a unique n different feeling. On negative or improvement side would be hygiene of such presentation especially in the bathroom. This hotel is about 1 km from Pub Street, and I recommend it for those who prefer a quiet location. The floors are white, immaculately clean, and spotlessly clean. Villa Agati was my home for 5 weeks in Siem Reap. The staff is absolutely amazing. I have extensive world travel experience and the staff is some of the best I’ve ever met.
