I recently stayed at The Sanctuary Residence with my full family during our trip to Siem Reap, and it was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. The hotel provided everything we needed for a perfect family holiday. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere that helped us relax after visiting the temples. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist...

I stayed at the Sanctuary Residence on a business trip to attend a conference that was being held at their property. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They offered a good variety of food. The room was spacious and comfortable. The best part was the rest areas on the property, which included an adult swing. This is a wonderful boutique hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

The room was a good size. Pool was clean. Room was cleaned everyday. Very pro-active by leaving a shoe mat for you to take your shoes off as it is rainy season. Good location. Pool was great! It wasn’t too far from Pub Street and you don’t want to be too close to there. It’s very quiet

The staff is very attentive and the service is great. We had breakfast at the hotel and the food was delicious. The pool is clean and nice. We also got bathrobes and towels for the pool at the hotel. Because of the hot weather the water in the pool was comfortably warm. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We got all the hygienic essentials in the rooms. At the checkout we even got a farewell gift

Tucked away in a quiet lane way in Siem Reap lies the Sanctuary Residence Hotel. Close to main road into Siem Reap but far enough to maintain a quiet ambience. Great room with all mod cons, king double bed etc. Outdoor pool kept clean but warm water due to climate at this time. Bar offers happy hour after 4pm daily only on cocktails...😢...Tuk tuks base out front for transport to anywhere and everywhere...

Very friendly staff and very helpful, the room is very clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, has a lovely pool that is well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay and very well recommend to all travellers. You could also order food from the menu there, has a breakfast and lunch menu. Nonetheless the food are tasty

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Staffs were so friendly, polite, and helping us organize anything we had in mind. The room was super clean, comfortable and nicely equipped and with great AC. We would not hesitate to stay here again

We stayed here a few years ago and it was amazing. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the service is excellent, very friendly staff, everything is very clean and the food is delicious. We tried to book it again for our vacation but did not get a room. When we visited the place in person a few days ago, we found out why - it is closed :(

This is a beautiful hotel. From the warm welcome by Davis, our incredible host, to the huge luxurious room and the lovely pool area this is a hotel we would highly recommend. The complimentary afternoon tea is a great touch too. They provide a snack breakfast for the sunrise tour to Angkor Wat, but the breakfast in house is excellent too. We ate an evening meal in the restaurant which was delicious...

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Davis from the front desk did an excellent job looking after us and making us feel welcome - and the rest of the team was no less welcoming. Spotless clean rooms, tasty breakfast, perfect location with lots of great restaurants and cafés around the corner, relaxing massages, refreshing pool - the list goes on. We enjoyed our stay here so much that we will definitely be back...

The Won Residence should be your first choice as a boutique hotel when visiting Siem Reap. There are only 12 rooms and it is a paradise in the middle of a busy city. The service & food is excellent. They connected us with Seth Ros for an amazing 3 day tour of Angkor Wat. The Won Residence also assisted us with every need.👍🏼

This is a beautifully styled hotel. It has nice comfortable rooms and an outstanding pool/garden area with lots of greenery and shade to cool off. The staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. It was absolutely wonderful to return to Won Residence. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are all very personable and helpful. I also booked tours through them and they were great. We were very well taken care of. Certainly the best boutique hotel to stay in Siem Reap. Will be back to stay the next time I am in Cambodia.

A fabulous place to stay close to the Angkor Wat complex, lovely cabins set in lush gardens. Has a superb cafe/restaurant and an open air swimming pool. Lovely friendly but courteous staff. A real find.

The Palm is in a more secluded area which is very nice and quiet. It is close to Angkor Wat. There is a temple nearby and there is chanting during certain hours of the day. The staff is very helpful and speaks English. There is also a restaurant/cafe on site.the cabins are very nice and quite clean, however the bathrooms are smaller. Overall, we’ve had a very nice experience.

This resort is set in a natural environment with all rooms built with bamboo as basic material and is full of variety of trees bushee, creepers and flower plants.They have good restaurant serving sumptuous breakfast and Combodian food with little choices for vegetarians. Rooms are comfortable and service is good. You are exposed to a new kind of experience to live in nature with bird chirping and Greenery...

Very quiet. A little out if the way buth local transport was plentiful.

We stayed in Palm Village Resort & Spa in February 2023 for 3 nights, we had a realy good time at the pool and a wonderful massage. Also the driver from the Hotel and Mr. Chang the tourguide organized by the Hotel was really awesome. Thank you so much.

Very nice location: oasis in the dusty surrounding area. Nice pool surrounded by green nature. Few kilometers away from the noisy city center, mid way to the temples. Nice bungalow with a huge bath tube. Very nice services. You can rent scooters directly from them (highly recommended to explore the temples), order delicious food or get massages directly there (not tested). My friend forgot his boardshorts...
