Great hotel, I spent 1 week here, big rooms, nice balcony, very friendly staff, nice restaurant and pool, quiet location only 7min tuk tuk ride from downtown pub street. I really enjoyed my stay here and will come back again. Thank you
My friend was shouted by a random guest while we were waiting for Check in. There isn’t astray by the pool or didn’t receive any information if be able to smoke by the pool or not then an old lady coming shout at us to go get astray and she even call us little jerk. I did informed to the staff about that. Anyway the location a bit far and first we didn’t get the room that we book. I mean like it’s...
I stayed here in August 2025 with my wife and our child (under 3 years old). I booked through Agoda for $27.90 including tax, which I think is a great price considering it also included breakfast. Overall, everything was good. My only small concern is with the water, they provide refillable bottles. Personally, I would prefer single-use sealed bottles for hygiene reasons.
A beautiful and spacious room with wonderful staff. I would love to go back and swim in their wonderful pool. We also had a delicious breakfast. In the afternoon, they have a great happy hour with an excellent bartender.
A quiet place outside the center. Rooms are comfortable and cosy if you’re lucky to get one where everything works. Staff are lovely. The owners allow overbooking as other reviews mention which almost happened to me, at 11 pm, you can imagine… after expressing frustration they just let me stay there. The staff really save this place from a lower rating. First night AC made a loud noise. 2nd day switched...

Staff is nice and friendly. When we asked some service, such as more water, the response was quite fast. Breakfast is not buffet style. Chose from menu.
Compared to the exterior and the front desk, the room was clean. The bustling downtown area was within walking distance, and there were many travel agencies and restaurants around the hotel, which was great. The staff were kind.
Great stay. Only thing i didnt like is that they made me pay for water when it was understood it was fre
The staff were all very kind and took great care of me during my stay. I am truly grateful. The hotel is conveniently located for getting around, but it was difficult to sleep because of the noise outside that continued until the early hours of the morning. It's a good hotel for those who prioritize location, but it may not be suitable for those who want quiet. Also, the breakfast, which I was looking...
Great stay in Siem Reap! Their staff were friendly all the time even on calls at night to enquire anything. Location was great, walking distance to pub street and many restaurants. Room was spacious and clea. Breakfast is nice and they even packed for us when we were rushing to airport at 6am.
No complaints, amazing service all around, in particular Chang and driver Shinoun.

We stayed at this hotel for four days. We loved it: it was clean, cozy, and quiet. It was lovely to swim in the clean pool after a hot day. The room was very spacious, the bed was soft, and the linens were crisp white. The service at breakfast and reception was impeccable. The reception area was very welcoming. The smell from the restroom was a bit bothersome. The area is very convenient for exploring...

First of all, the location is excellent, right in the heart of Siem Reap. It's very peaceful, not far from Pub Street and the market, within 2 kilometers. The hotel environment is fantastic, very chill. Most importantly, the staff's service is truly excellent, especially the young man who escorted us to our room during check-in on December 31st, and he also saw us to the door when we left, even bringing...

We initially wanted to write a positive review, but the last day marred the overall experience. Hide all your cash in the safe!!! We foolishly left 16,000 local riels in our bag (we were in the pool while they were cleaning our rooms; it's nothing, but it ruined our mood). They were cleaning our rooms during the day, and in the evening, I found 11,000 riels missing—5,000 were left for a scam))). So...
We had a very pleasant stay at Angkor Privilege Resort and can strongly recommend it. The location is quiet and peaceful, about 5 km from downtown. By tuk tuk it takes around 10 minutes and costs about 3 USD, which was perfect for us. You are far away from traffic noise and the main road, yet still well connected. The location is ideal for excursions – Angkor Wat and the Floating Village are both...
What a peaceful place—and staffed by friendly people. My husband particularly appreciated the breakfast. Had a wonderful experience!
We had a very relaxing five-night stay here and would definitely return. The hotel is in a great location — although out of the centre (so quieter) it was really easy to get into the centre, with tuk-tuks costing only £1 each way on Grab. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always happy to assist with anything we needed. We loved spending time at the pool and having a massage. Our room...
The hotel was GORGEOUS and the staff really wowed us. We commented several times how much we loved the place and the staff. Unfortunately, so sad to to report that that food made us sick every time we ate it. First day just stomach aches and the second day minor food poisoning. So eat the food at your own risk. Otherwise, we loved everything else about the place!
Amazing resort! Clean and very comfortable, the beds were super comfy. The staff were so helpful and kind. I cannot say enough about the staff. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I will be telling all of my family and friends about our positive experience.

The room was very nice, but there were quite a few mosquitoes. However, I can understand this in Southeast Asia, and the hotel responded quickly to my request and helped us get rid of the mosquitoes. The breakfast was perfect; my favorite cappuccino was made with freshly ground beans and latte art.
These were incredible 4 days!!! The hotel is simply magical, very beautiful, the service is top notch! The food is impeccable, everything is delicious! The relaxation area is also wonderful! The location is 10/10: the river, the French Quarter, and the night market are nearby—everything is within walking distance. We went to Angkor Wat, Phnom Kulen Waterfall, and even went on a hot air balloon ride...
The service is very good and the price is high. The only downside is that the surrounding area is a bit noisy, and there are people singing outside late at night.
I love the place coz it close to everything.
Hotel is very good located on the bank of a river in the quite cam area but not far from city center with restaurants etc. Hotel is nicely decorated, including flowers, well-maintained and managed - the staff of reception and in the restaurant is amazing breakfast is vefy good but lanch or dinner,if you will decride to visit, became a nice surprise - khmer cooking is very tasty here - salads and soups...

Quiet hotel , clean and good room , staff very helpful, balcony to see the city , you can rent motobike, 5 minutes to old market by motobike.
The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, the facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic – you could choose one item from a wide variety of options, and it tasted delicious. I was very satisfied. Regarding the location, it's a bit outside the city center, but it's easy and inexpensive to get downtown quickly by taxi, which was great.
Reasonable price to stay ,good location located along national no.6 . Room acceptable not much clean having cockroaches on bed.
This is a great hotel! It has a pool, the rooms are spacious, and everything is very clean. The staff are really helpful too. The view from the window is beautiful. It's a bit far from the city center, but I rented a scooter, so getting around was easy and the distance wasn't an issue at all. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Siem Reap.
Was happy with my visit, I booked two rooms there because of a tik tok review video and my previos Siem Reap stay wasnt pleasant. And i was 100% happy with this Ratana Angkor hotel. Just that if the hotel is not packed, the breakfast is Ala Carte.

The decor really makes you feel like you're in Cambodia. The hot water temperature isn't stable, and the cleanliness is just okay. But the location is excellent.
The hotel is so nice! Locations is perfect. The rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is delicious. And the staff very helpful. I would highly recommend staying there
Everything is fine, but it's close to the pub street and a bit noisy. Also, forgot to put toothbrushes in room
Had the good fortune of having a room with bed-bugs. Fantastic location, and staff assisted very quickly with said problem. Upgraded room as well. Still, never ideal having your arms and legs covered in bite when waking up on a first night in any city. Recommend, just make sure the room is fumegated first.
Lots of mosquitoes (killed one that had black and white striped legs - aedes mosquito that spreads dengue!), also a small roach crawled across the bed one morning, even though I didn't eat in my room. The sound insulation is very poor, whenever someone wheels a luggage in the floor above you, it sounds like rumbling thunder. The rooms smell funky as well and are not that well maintained. There is major...
The staff was very friendly and tried to help, even though their English wasn’t perfect — when we asked for soap foam (as labeled on the bottle), we received a shower cap instead 🙂. Fantastic Khmer food lovingly homemade . Owner Nathalie and staff made this an unforgettable stay , planning a wonderful tour to the last detail . Don’t look further - book this place , you will not be disappointed!!!
What can we say about Maison Polanka that will really do it justice? Everything about this hotel is truly wonderful. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was mediocre, but you can order...
Lovely hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and spectacular service. The location is excellent, close to Pub Street and the night market. Breakfast is perhaps the weakest point, as there isn't a huge variety of Western foods, but it's still good. Highly recommended.
Very welcoming hotel. Our family room was very large. The hotel is located a few steps from the old market and Pub Street. The pool and solarium are very welcoming and a great place to relax. The staff is delightful.
I was only here for a single night but found the room comfortable and functional. The staff couldn't be more helpful to me and the location seems pretty good. It looks like most of the poor reviews are complaining about the Agoda advert so double check if booking through them. Personally, I would stay here again without a second thought.
Facilities are good and room cleaning is good. Friendliness of reception staff is average. Breakfast options are limited and rice and noodle meals are a bit oily. Dining staff are friendly. A major problem is the slow internet connection in the rooms.

Though the hotel is beautiful and clean, it’s the people that really make this hotel special. Alice in particular went above and beyond to make our stay fun and memorable. The hotel is tired. It's clear it was beautiful a few years ago—the atmosphere is still there, but the rooms haven't been updated. Cons: The furniture and windows are old. One room had a very strong moldy smell. The air conditioning didn't work in another. Pros: The staff did everything they could to ensure our comfort, and they even replaced the smelly room.
A wonderful hotel located close to all entertainment spots. There is a shuttle stop from the airport nearby. Delicious breakfasts and very friendly staff. A clean pool and clean rooms. The only thing I didn’t like was that on the second floor the water pressure was low, and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The room and location is great, and only few staffs were helpful and friendly. Not really satisfied with the receptionists when I checked in, not really giving a welcoming vibe, but the staffs during breakfast were really friendly, enjoyed my stay and the breakfast.

I stayed here for half a month, and I found the bed firmness to be just right for Chinese people – neither too soft nor too hard, which was quite comfortable. The only downside was that the lighting was a bit dim. The food was absolutely delicious.
Rambutan is a gem of a hotel! We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every minute of it. It’s incredibly tranquil, especially the pool with the beautiful plants and trees around it providing a lush tropical vibe. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and well kept. Location is ideal for walking anywhere in town. But most of all, the staff was the star of the show. They were all incredibly helpful and...
Absolutely Brilliant all round. I was privileged to stay at this beautiful and well-located hotel while in Siem Reap for four nights, the room was very well equipped with everything I needed, room serviced every day, the staff are all very pleasant and accommodating with very good English, complimentary breakfast together with the lunch and dinner menus' just superb. Big shout out to Seyla & Rotath...
We had an amazing stay at Rambutan Resort. It’s a beautiful oasis in the heart of Siem Reap – super central, yet it feels peaceful and removed from the city, like a true private retreat. Each room is unique and full of thoughtful details, with a strong focus on sustainability. Glass bottles for water are provided and can be refilled, so no plastic bottles are used. The design and style of the resort...
My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon in October 2025. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and caring. We arrived late at night via their car transport, and felt warmly welcomed. The rooms were exceptional - loved all the details from the window shades, ceramics that held the shampoo and shower gel… the design was beautiful! The staff were also exceptional - everyone from front desk,...
Had a great stay at the Rambutan. The breakfast was especially nice and so was the service from the staff.

Very nice place especially the hotel owner very friendly; kind. Staff provide the very warm welcome and supportful. I truely recommended price is very acceptable and affordable.
The hotel is not bad, but there are some quirks. The room is very dark, with little light and a small window, making it feel like we were in the dark all the time. The furniture is old, but otherwise okay. The worst thing was that the shower drain was clogged and no one cleaned it, so water quickly accumulated in the room. You had to quickly wash yourself and turn off the water while you were soaping...
A neat, clean, safe, and quiet hotel. Attentive, English-speaking staff. Good housekeeping, a clean pool, and delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended!
Hotel didn’t look like pictures, breakfast was minimal, no buffet. When I arrived my fridge wasn’t plugged in, no hot water, no tv full stop (apparently government cut off the aerial )! Fridge and hot water was fixed within half an hour …. What the hotel lacked in luxury was made up for by guest services, very very helpful and very friendly , especially the manager and the lady on the front desk
Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Helped move our luggage to our rooms, no complaints. Staff made our stay much more better. The only downside is when the shower was on it flooded the bathroom. Other than that we 100% recommend and would come again all thanks to the staff.
Good breakfast. The place is quite nice in terms of amenities. The downside is the dim lighting, even with lamps.
