Absolutely amazing exeperience. Great location, great service, great rooms. After 5 days here I felt like home, and I didn’t wanna leave :/
I'm guessing the amenities have changed since COVID (as admitted by staff) - meaning some were reduced and have not been reinstated. I had relied on reviews from others, which mentioned amenities that are not current. This is not the fault of the hotel, but knowing that they've been reduced, the hotel should make a better effort to state all current amenities to avoid disappointment. Still a very...
The quality is average, it's more like a four-star hotel. It's much worse than before.
A good hotel, exactly as advertised. Large pool, and we dined at the hotel restaurant two evenings; prices were about the same as on the main Pub Street. We read the reviews and did the same: we asked for a tuk-tuk ride around the Angkor Wat Circle for $25. The breakfasts were very good, with plenty of variety and choice, delicious, beautifully presented, and excellent coffee. I recommend this hotel...
Rooms were nicely decorated and cleaned/ made every day! The lobby on the forth floor did not have any air circulation and was hot. There was no separate help desk on the privilege floor. They mentioned 20% additional discount on the current spa treatments but refused to add that/ honor that for the treatments that already had some seasonal discounts for anyone. The breakfast had very limited options...
The rooms and the hotel as a whole are very stylish, featuring lots of wooden furniture and Cambodian-inspired decor; highly recommended. The only downside is its location a bit far from the center of the city, making dining and shopping less convenient.

The setting, room, food and service were all outstanding. Chef Kim is an inventive chef who uses the local ingredients in delicious ways. The pool was a relief from the hot sun and the staff could it have been nicer or more attentive.
Absolutely loved staying here while exploring temples in Siem Reap! The staff is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean, and we loved the food and cocktails, especially the breakfast! We got to try aerial yoga here (first time for us) and that was so memorable. The grounds are stunning too. Everything about this stay was perfect and I’d absolutely go back when visiting Cambodia.
Thanks to the team for the truly wonderful stay at Phum Baitang. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so special! The setting, the atmosphere, and especially the hospitality of the team made our time in Siem Reap unforgettable. It was the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the beauty and calm of Cambodia. We’re incredibly grateful for the special care shown throughout our stay. 💚
The property is fab. The staff are brilliant - so helpful. The tuk-tuk arrangements are great. We used Mr Same (Saim?) and he was excellent. Food was also awesome. Wonderfully relaxing - love the fact that iced water was always available as soon as we finished swimming. The packed breakfasts were really good too. We felt warmly welcome.
The hotel is rustic and elegant, with rooms exuding a natural fragrance that promotes restful sleep. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the sounds of frogs croaking in the rice paddies add to the relaxing atmosphere. The front desk service is attentive; upon departure, they even gave us beautifully packaged, locally grown rice. A truly unforgettable vacation experience.
Very interesting and special resort. The villas are beautiful and most have private plunge pools. In the hot, steamy Cambodian weather, you will appreciate the cool waters! The staff and food ( 2 restaurants) are first rate. The Spa is also fantastic. If you are visiting Anker Wat, this is a great place.

Room cleaned but has smell, location best
The service in this hotel, the receptionists, the doormen even the car parking attendant was the best I have ever received. Everybody was amazing. Some little things, the noise in the room (air conditioning is ridiculously loud and some other weird sounds) was a bit of a pain. Also the breakfast could have had more protein options. Apart from that everything was great.
2nd time staying at this hotel and once again very happy with the stay. The location is perfect with Pub Street right around the corner but also very quiet from the noise. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfy. Highly recommended.
It is walking distance from pub street. Hotel is good. But they have two buildings. One building has swimming pool and gym and restaurant. I was in other building. That was the only negative point. Staff is cooperative. Good worth for money
The hotel is very clean, spacious and staff is accomodating and friendly. The location is also near to everything! Would definitely stay here again.
The location is very closely to the Pub street and easy to find local foods but the heat water is not working.

There are flying insects in the room. It is far from the city. The environment is good and the service is good. The room is large, but the lighting is dim and the air conditioning is not easy to adjust. Everything else is good and there is a wild feeling. Free daily afternoon tea: good. Daily special lunch: good.
Wonderful calm and peacefullness with the fully in Wood Blockhouse Made my time of Recovery from West. Greatly mindfull staff and vast selection of Gourmet goods with in a short pleasant stroll along a Lake. Very very Special Location. Thanks to Mrs Mane's stylish comforting style
The whole hotel is like a resort, in the suburbs, quiet and original. If you like shopping and lively, choose it carefully. Compared with the city hotel I stayed in before, the waiter was very shy and only kept the necessary communication. For example, I didn't ask to pour me some water, but asked me to order drinks directly. There were seasonal fruits in the set meal, but I didn't ask and pretended...
This is a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the sense of space after a few days staying in the centre of Siem Reap. We were staying in a family villa with pool and it was great. We enjoyed cycling to breakfast and to the pools, and the kids took kayaks out on the lake too. It is located a way out of town, but the hotel provide a daily complimentary tuk tuk service so we used that to travel in for dinner...
Traveling with friends, I was worried that the hotel was in a remote location and prone to mosquitoes. When I arrived, I found that the environment inside and outside the hotel was super good, and the food was also very special. I noted the insect removal when booking, and it was very considerate to meet my needs.
This place was magical! The venue, the decor, the staff. Everything was perfect. This is by far the best place I’ve traveled to. We stayed for 3 nights and had massages, a daily chauffeur, a personal assistant. We had our private pool in our private villa. Thank you to the staff for making our stay this unforgettable.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The room was very spacious, and the facilities were comprehensive. The service was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety, and I especially recommend the freshly made pho with their chili sauce – absolutely delicious! The fruit selection was also impressive, with mango, red and white dragon fruit, watermelon, cantaloupe, papaya, and jackfruit... On my last...
Good soundproofing, nice environment, and not many bugs during the dry season. The service was also decent. I have to say their noodles are really good; the other breakfast options weren't great, but it's not a deal-breaker. Staying on the first floor offers a better experience~ though they initially tried to put me on an upper floor, which I caught and pointed out. Always be a bit more vigilant...
Second time staying at this very good hotel. Rooms, staff, service ...everything up to standards and never disappoints. Breakfast buffet is very good as well. The hotel has a nice pool and is also very quiet. This will be my home base when I return to Siem Reap.
This is a gem located just two blocks from riverside, plenty of places for food and few minutes walk to the market. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming, vibe is calm and relaxing with spacious rooms, a beautiful pool and a nice spa. Breakfast selection is very good as well. Thanks to Sky and Marida for their help during our stay. We highly recommend it.
Very kind service and they really go the extra mile! Highly recommend. Great breakfasts, a spacious room, super clean and pleasant! I recommend it.

The location is a bit off, but overall it's very good. The service is very good and satisfactory. The hotel has free activities every day, and I was given a ticket to the Ferris wheel next door when I checked in. It was good to stay for 2 nights.
Cons: The twin bed in the room was too small. The shower with a bathtub had poor drainage. The bathroom exhaust fan was so noisy that I couldn't sleep even with earplugs, and it wouldn't turn off. The pool water was salty. The breakfast room was full of flies. The hotel seemed to be undergoing renovations, but the facilities were very old. The gym had a strong smell. The location was also bad, with...
A bit disappointed. The hotel looks a bit old. When booking, Ctrip said that we could check out at 4pm. When we arrived, the front desk said that we could only check out at 2pm. It took a long time to finally agree to check out at 4pm. I was woken up by the sound of a gecko when I was sleeping at night. I called the staff to see that it was on the beam outside. The standard room is outside the road...
The hotel took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The room is very large, the hotel is very beautiful, the service is very thoughtful, the food is great, the price is very high, and it is also very convenient to take a taxi when going out.
# Siem Reap Anantara Review This time in Siem Reap, I experienced the world's smallest Anantara Hotel (only 39 suites). The price of 1k including breakfast basically meets the luxury brand imagination. There were surprises and joys during the stay, but overall the flaws outweigh the merits. Horror night: The light control panel in room 222 failed, and it flickered frequently after turning off the...
A hotel that is so low-key that it is almost ignored Unlike Park Hyatt, which is strongly promoted on the list Unlike FCC, which has a historical story Unlike Amansara, which is prohibitively expensive But the smallest Anantara in the world has completely conquered me with its "small and beautiful" All suites, a total of 39 suites in the whole hotel, Even if it is fully booked, the number of guests...

Beautiful people and hotel itself ☺️
Metta Residence and Spa was an absolutely beautiful resort and one of the highlights of our stay in Siem Reap. The property is lush and filled with greenery, creating a calm and private atmosphere. The hotel exceeds my expectation. The room they assigned to us is so clean, big, complete with amenities, and we love everything about it. We enjoyed the big tub that can fit 3!! I loved the waiters and workers. They were so sweet and considerate and did a very good job speaking english. The rooms were very nice, but they were not well cleaned. I found multiple bugs (lizards, cockroach, pests, ect..), ceiling openings, and A LOT of dust under the beds and in narrow openings. I saw bugs all over the rooms. Nice spacious rooms. Had one of the best massages I've ever had! They had a 50% discount offer for massages when I was there. I was looking for a hotel in Siem Reap for my elderly relatives, and honestly, there were so many options it was overwhelming. Price to service is acceptable.
Visiting New Riverside Hotel Siem Reap felt like uncovering a hidden gem—a refined urban garden retreat where contemporary Khmer design meets heartfelt hospitality. Tucked into the historic district yet just a short drive from Pub Street, the Old Market, and the Royal Residence, it balanced convenience with serenity.
A stunning hotel in Siem Reap with warm hospitality and a beautifully designed space. The perfect blend of comfort and charm, making every stay unforgettable!
Great value hotel, but little bit far from central market area, like 30min walk or 10min by Tuktuk or Car. Spacious rooms, have breakfast facilities, swimming pool, Spa & Massage center (expensive), 24h reception, free parking space.
Stayed here to attend a conference. Certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Asia. It is not plush 5 star but just a genuinely beautiful hotel. I had a large comfortable twin room with everything I needed. The hotel manager and all her staff were first class and could not have been more helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a quiet secluded area away from the bustle of central Siem Reap...
I bring school groups to Cambodia multiple times each year. For the last 7 years we have stayed at NRH - and with good reason. What matters to us is the safety, comfort and "feel" of the place - which is largely dictated by how keen the staff are to interact positively with our students, and how quickly they respond to needs or requests. Service is good but the facilities is old need to uograde. Many power point is not working Helping me to arrange pickup from airport and Angkor wat tuktuk tour for free of charge.
Everything was perfect , very clean and Good service specially Vichet who helped me to sort out everything.
“The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and there’s no solution provided for guests. The front desk informed me that the issue is due to too many users in the hotel. Surprisingly, the Wi-Fi at nearby coffee shops works much better than the hotel’s. Overall, very poor customer service and definitely not worth the money.”
I have praised the hotel for its friendly and attentive staff, cleanliness, and comfortable rooms. The spa services have also received positive feedback, with visitors appreciating the variety of treatments availabl
The Hotel was pretty good in terms of comfort, I found the bed to be quite enjoyable to sleep on. They have a very nice pool to relax by and it was refreshing to go for a swim. The staff were friendly and it was very clean. Some things I didn't like were the WiFi, it was often very slow; the shower took several minutes to produce any hot water for a shower; and the hotel didn't enforce their own noise...
The room is spacious so it’s good but the wifi is slow. We had a problem with the shower water because it’s very hot. The hotel is also a bit far from pub street.
