Reviews
And great news, if you do end up being murdered, and your body leaves a stain on the sheets, they’ll leave it for the next person. At least thats what it looked like when we checked in. How sweet of them. I also prefer my sink not to drain, and if the towels could look like they were previously used as toilet paper, that would be fantastic. This place met all of my expectations.
Bedsheets, towels, and comforters all had stains.
Got a room with 2 double beds and one bed didn’t even have sheets. Requested a fitted sheet and they gave me one with multiple stains on it, made me question if it was even clean to begin with.
Only provided 2 body towels and hand towels that also already had stains on them.
We were wrongfully charged for 4 damaged towels, even though we barely wanted to touch them bc everything felt dirty to the touch.
I guess the owner is desperate for cash if they have to charge the cc for no gd reason.
Learn how to use bleach Port-O-Call.
Checking in was easier said than done, the desk wasn’t manned even 10 mins after 4, when the signage said the desk was staffed from 9-5.
Staff was amazing.
Spend more and get some sleep.
It was very loud,There was lots of undesirable people in and around the building, police and random people knocking on our door.. We went to talk to them at ten thirty about the whole experience upon checkout. You have to call them because they don't open until eleven. The man from the front desk after we asked for compensation first said, no then, he said he would talk to his manager. No one has reached out or contacted us despite expressing such displeasure the evening prior. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We would never stay there again. We've stayed in a ton of hotels from Victoria up to Campbell River and never have we ever experienced a place that does not supply pots and pans. When informed that we had never encountered this. The man from the front desk basically said he doubted that..So we did reach out to some places on the way every one of them that included a kitchenette also included dishes to cook on. A very disappointing first experience how they handled it was even more disappointing.

The server was not experienced at doing her job. The food came out piece meal and not in any kind of order you would expect.
The worst part was the food. It did not taste freshly prepared. It tasted like 2-3 day left overs. How rice pilaf can be screwed up and gross is another sign that amateaurs purchased this restaurant.
This place will close soon. Take your money to Zouglas or Asterias. I would have if i had known. The last time i was at Marina's, the old greek lady was there, the food was spectacular and authentic and the atmosphere was Greece.
Its a hollow shell of its former self and a good lesson for anyone who thinks they can just buy a restaurant and run it without prior experience. New owners will be broken by their choice and this disaster they call a restaurant.
Just the way it is....sad.
