Absolutely love this place. Great amenities, the pool and grandmas basement are amazing. The rooms are so neat, great attention to detail with decor and really well set up so that you have everything you need. The staff are great and it's just an all around fun place to be. It's refreshing to stay at a hotel that really feels like they care about people enjoying themselves beyond just offering a place to sleep and then calling it a day.

Hotel Zed appears to have gotten an upgrade from when our family stayed there years ago. The decor was more fun/intentional, and the beds were way more comfortable. Honestly, we were super happy with everything about our experience here. The decor was super fun, the suite had everything we needed for our family of 4, the pool and grandma's basement were super fun, the location across from Mayfair mall was great, the coffee was PHENOMENAL, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant they have on site (The Ruby) has great food. This will for sure be our go-to hotel when we visit Victoria.

Super fun hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The aesthetic is amazing, the staff are super friendly and the rooms impeccably clean and well appointed. I always have a problem with beds in hotels and these were absolutely perfect, with some of the best pillows I've had in any hotel. Really well done and great value for the money.

From the overall aesthetic to the small personal touches like fresh ground coffee, you’ve never had a stay like this before. The water slide makes you feel like a kid again and the pool is awesome. Ruby’s breakfast is awesome. Highly recommend for anyone.

Love love love Hotel Zed!! We spent a lot of time in the pool and sauna. I absolutely loved bringing the board games from the lobby to our room. A very family oriented place for sure. Fresh ground coffee for the French press every morning was definitely a perk as well. It was our son's birthday and they gave us some balloons, stickers and a lovely card for him as well. Such a great vibe

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Zed in Victoria. We stayed in both the Love Nest and the Rebel Room, and each space was completely unique, thoughtfully designed, and so much fun. The design throughout the hotel is bold, creative, and incredibly well done, with so much attention to detail.

Both rooms were spotless, extremely comfortable, and very well cared for. You can really tell the property is maintained with pride. After full days of exploring Victoria, the hot tub in the evening was the perfect way to relax. Even the water slide was fun for adults and added to the playful, nostalgic vibe of the hotel.

The lobby and games room were beautiful and welcoming, making it easy to spend time enjoying the property itself. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and everything about the stay felt effortless and enjoyable.

Hotel Zed is such a memorable place to stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Victoria who wants something fun, unique, and well designed.

Worst restaurant ever, can't deliver beyond 5 kilometers are you kidding me?
Also trying to order to your military base forget it. You get forwarded to an American operator who knows nothing about Victoria.
I am trying to give you business and you just turn it away. i am glad you are failing and will not be sad at all when you close down.

Quick service, attentive staff, allows free refills if eat in. Drive thru is well-paced and establishment provides delivery. Place is bristling with customers. Only drawback is no public washroom on premises.

Store is out-dated and looks dirty. Ordered delivery from here once - WAY over priced for quality of food and delivery charge. My meal looked like it had been shaken violently. Food was spilling into different compartments and squished. Fries were soggy, chicken was insanely greasy; to top it off I was very sick soon afterwards. I will never order from here again - do yourself a favour and stay away, too.

Regardless of what the rest of these 1-2 star "critics" say, management has really stepped up in the last year, staff are so friendly and I really feel like they care.

This Tim Horton's is best for just grabbing a coffee and heading back to shopping. The food quality is really hit or miss depending on who is working. The staff seems to be able to handle the sometimes enormous line-ups with speed, but lack the great customer service that makes you want to return.

Bad customer service. Ordered the bagel to be toasted and they forgot to toast it. When complained in return, I was told "Sorry", that's it. Other places would atleast fix the problem instead of just a "Sorry"

My wife had ribs with a baked potato. The potato was black and should have never left the kitchen except in the garbage. The ribs were over cooked and dry. They did replace the potato and she ate the ribs. My 1/4 chicken was also over cooked and was dry.
We had progies to start they were cooked in a very dirty fryer. There were small specks all over the outside.
Quality is low

Had the worst service ever last night. Server was so rude, wouldn't make eye contact, never checked on us, when I finally got her attention to tell her my 1/4 chicken had no chicken was all skin she just huffed at me and stormed away, this was after waiting 1/2 hour for our meal. 10 minutes later threw down another piece that was just as bad. We had given her a coupon at the beginning for two can dine for 14.99 and she charged us for 2 festive meals. Then went on to argue with my 70 year old mother about how that is what we ordered before snatching the bill out of her hand. So glad we chose this restaurant for a rare grandmother, mother and daughter night. My 8 year old keeps asking why that lady was so angry and mean.

This Swiss chalet works like a fine oiled machine. Food is super tasty and service is swift and pleasant. The festive kaiser is literally the tastiest adventure you will ever embark upon!

The plates with me and my wife's food on it were dirty. The empty plates that were brought for my children were disgustingly dirty with grease spots all over. I showed the waitress and she took them away and brought back two plates there were only half as dirty. Talked to the manager and he claimed that the dishwasher temperature may have been too low. He came back to the table and told me the dishwasher was fine. I showed him my child's unused plate and he was disgusted and told us he really hopes no one had eaten on that plate. I told him that if the dishwaher was working okay then the situation is much worse than I thought as plates that had not even gone through the dishwasher made it to our table (twice). Manager admitted that the plates should have never arrived to our table that way and then walked away. The cleanest thing in that restaurant was the manager's shirt. Worst restaurant experience in years! Would never go back. Okay to eat here if you have really poor eyesight.
