The AC was down and has to change to other rooms.

Stayed here for about 6 hours during a layover and it worked out perfectly. It ended up being cheaper than spending time in an airport lounge, and getting real rest in a comfortable bed was far better than trying to sleep in airport seats.
The room was clean, check-in was easy, and it served exactly what we needed during a short stop between flights. If you have a longer layover at Vancouver Airport and want proper rest, this is a very practical option.

The carpets had an inch of dust around the edges behind the luggage holder . You can see it does not get moved because when I moved it, there was a sunflower seed just under the baseboard. Behind and to the side of the dresser just under the tv and up the wall had a lot of dust. The baseboard beside the bed was also dirty like someone spilled a liquid on it. Baseboards including fixtures were noticeably dusty. The carpet was scary dirty and had a big wrinkle a few feet into the entrance, which is a trip hazzard. The bathroom was clean so I elected to take a shower. The shower gel container was empty. This hotel is one of three hotels on the ecommendation list by Air Canada when they offer a voucher,. I wonder if they are aware!

I had a great experience with the front desk thanks to Manpreet. She was professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. She handled everything efficiently and always greeted me with a warm smile, which made a big difference. Excellent customer service—Manpreet is a real asset to the hotel❤️

We arrived early and didn't expect our room to be ready. But it was, The beds are comfortable. This hotel is always friendly and Moxies is right on site. The shuttle runs 2 time a hour to the airport. The pool is small and hot tub is hot. Tim Hortons and dollar store and A&W are just across the street, Costco is 2 blocks away. And a Uber to sky train cost less then 10.00. This is a great hotel.

lobby is nice, cozy. They have gym, in and out door swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants. I do like facilities. However,room was pretty outdated.
I recommend not using towels there.

The room was nice and comfortable. The food at all the restaurants were plentiful and scrumptious. As usual there were ups and downs.

Went through the drive through and ordered 4 dozen donuts. Super fast! No idea how you get that many donuts boxed without getting icing everywhere.

Simple order of a latte and a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with light / easy cream cheese. Latte tasted like boiled muddy water, granted I didn't have high expectations for a Tim's latte to begin with. Bagel not toasted with enough cream cheese to scrape off and lather a 2nd with.

Can you please do something about all the planes flying over? it is very loud! It scares my hamster while he's trying to enjoy his tim bits.

This place always purposely miss takeout order. I have to come back 3-4 times to get my missed order and they always have excuses for every mistreated incidents. Very bad customer service and blaming me for making the wrong order. Two is not one if you can't count go back to school! How can you screw up an order in non-rush hour? That is something!

The food seems to upset my stomach. Lots of salt. Food is at best warm. The apple pie s are great. Always hot and fresh.(3 mins though).

A&W has always been my favourite burger since I can remember my mother and father took me to the drive in that was located at the corner of Fraser St. and 33rd Ave in Vancouver. Which is not there anymore. But to this day you can't beat the Teen burger with the Pickles, Lettuce, and Tomatoe, bacon and cheese. And a nice frosty glass of diet root beer makes it better. Too bad they are not in the states. They have thier competitors beat by a long shot. Thumbs up!

Clean store and washrooms. Plenty of parking. Ordered burgers with lettuce wrap but they turned out pretty messy. Root beer glass not cold enough.

Five Stars definitely for me! Great service, warm, friendly staff! I have been going to this location for well over 5 years. The lovely ladies know my name and are making my order before I even get in the door. I highly recommend stopping for great Mexican fast food at this location if you can. They always get it right!

Very disappointing. I had a burrito and it was the blandest tasting thing. I was actually shocked by how bad it was, because when I watched it getting made it looked pretty good. $12.40 for a burrito and a Coke... This was my first time at Taco Del Mar and I won't be back.

We ate here for dinner while staying nearby. The service was ok. The food was average. Nothing outstanding but typical Mexican Fast Food joint. Price was reasonable
