Stayed for one night as we have an early flight to catch. The free shuttle to and fro airport was the key reason for booking this hotel. Overall a pleasant stay, with a good touch of providing a duckie which you can take with you as a lovely gift of having stayed there.

The hotel's airport shuttle service is convenient, and both the owner and driver are very nice. The room is spacious, and the surrounding area is pleasant, but daily amenities aren't very convenient, as shopping and dining are a bit far.

A very fun, quirky hotel! With jokes written on almost everything - we really enjoyed reading them all. The rubber duck was a nice touch as a souvenir😆 Rooms are spacious, well equipped with a fridge and microwave/kettle and coffee machine. We had a very comfortable few nights stay. The airport shuttle service was also handy for us. If we were back in the area, we’d stay again. Highly recommend!

Great location with free shuttle service to the airport. It’s close to Richmond area where there is an array of Asian cuisine and shopping malls. The hotel is clean and offer free coffee/cookies in the lobby

Room is spacious and clean, location is good just a bit noisy as it’s very close to traffic. Smart tv with YouTube and Netflix.

Gone downhill, I used to enjoy eating here a couple of times a week. Now with this new staff made of mostly poorly trained kids, quality is just terrible. Indian chic at the window is just frustrating and management isn't good. I'm going to the Bridgeport one now.

Service is not the greatest, last couple of times I stopped there with my daughter, always seem to have trainees working the front with no real supervision. Tonight watched a guy try to buy a bag of coffee and kept being told one minute because she couldn't help him. He even asked a manager then she brushed him off as well.

I would have been very upset if I was showed the same service. I typically end up blowing up on the workers, and put them in their place... If they can't handle being swore at they picked the wrong profession.

I ordered the NY Steak Sandwich with tomato soup. It was quite good overall; steak was perfectly done and surprisingly, through soup of the day, tomato soup, was really good. Steak came with a side of coleslaw, which was ok.

Amazing management. Catered to each and everyone of my needs. Food was excellent and the service was phenomenal. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for great eats and a well maintained environment.

Loud, lots of screens to watch games, nice washroom. Good for a casual dinner with a few friends. The food is ok and the servers are approachable. I only ever go for Wings Wednesday, and each time has been an enjoyable one.

Definitely a great place to have a casual night out with friends! Went in for 35 cent Wing Wednesdays and had a blast. Pretty good deal for wings especially when ordering for a group, and will definitely fill you up on your way out.

Atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and clean, as well as spacious. Jade, our server, was very friendly and accommodating, and often checked on us to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. Would highly recommend to those looking for a casual night out after work on a weekday.

I was in yesterday lunch time, honestly was expecting this place to be terrible as I have seen other reviews on here, but I was pleasantly shocked in the fact that the service was quick and able to have a great conversation with the manager. The reviews on here do not do this place justice. The food is great, price is moderate, and service is amazing !
