Worst Tim's I've been to. Orders wrong 75% of the time and takes forever. Building layout is terrible as there's nowhere to line up properly.

Really nice place shame about the service. Very slow and not a single smile. Food average

Had my 2 little dogs with me at Creekside and decided to visit Dusty's for lunch and sit on the patio with them like I've done in the past. Has been a year though, so I asked the server if it was okay and she says no problem anywhere on the patio. Was walking in when the bouncer/security said I wasn't allowed in because of my dogs. I referred to the server and he says no, I pointed to the dogs already on the patio, and he says they will be asked to leave. Guess what, they weren't.

Don't mind the rule, don't like the lies.

Worst Starbucks drinks we have ever had. We ordered 3 drinks and they all tasted like milk and syrup. Lower standards than other places for sure.

I usually don't write reviews but this was an exceptionally poor experience so I wanted to share it. We came in at 8:10 am and ordered 2 hot drinks and 2 sandwiches. We knew it was peak time and we wanted to make sure we could grab our food quickly before the Gondola lines got long and the barista said "it will take a while but not too long". after a 15 minutes wait a an enquiry, one of the baristas handed out our food and we went out. Only to notice that wasn't our order despite of being given to us by her in person. After coming back in, we waited another 10 minutes to get our order which turned out to be wrong! One of the sandwiches was not what we ordered. After arguing with them one more time, I finally got my sandwich warmed up and given to me. Bottom line is, we waited 30 minutes for our food to be warmed up so by the time we got to the Gondola, we had to wait in line for 40 min since it was now peak time. We got 2 drink vouchers for our troubles but honestly, it didn't make it up for an extremely disappointing experience at a Starbucks. If you are in a rush, do yourself a favour and go to Tim Hortons down the street or another local café.

A Starbucks that's not really operated by Starbucks. You are allowed to collect points, but good luck redeeming them. If you're a chain every store should be the same. Otherwise call it something else. Ordered with the intention of paying with stars. When the person taking the order heard this they gave us the talk. But as soon as I modified the order (I'm sorry I'm not using my free drink I'm no longer ordering a fancy large one) there was a hint of frustration.
