I stayed here during my vacation and was truly impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff were. There was a Japanese staff member named Mako who was especially helpful. She kindly put together a list of great restaurant recommendations for us, which we really appreciated. She also helped us purchase online tickets, and that made everything so much easier.

The bell staff were quick and efficient as well, and overall the hospitality of the entire team left a very positive impression. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, which made getting around very easy.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Nice hotel, good service at front desk. Had jacuzzi tub but it only worked for 15 minutes…. Room was clean and comfortable.

I stayed at Parker Hotel Rooftop and Bar and had a really good experience. The hotel was nice. Everything felt comfortable and well organized.

Also, the people at the reception, Mako and Kiti, were really good. They were very friendly and helpful and made the check-in easy. Their service made the stay even better.

From the beginning until the end of my stay, I can say everything was so good !
The reception, at the beginning, I got a small and noisy room where construction took place but the reception changed my room immediately! that satisfied me a lot !
The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean! but as an espresso lover, an espresso machine was missing, but that is considered extra and did not bother me much. Housekeeping was really fast and responsive.
The workers are always welcoming and warm !
The breakfast; the menu could be better, it lacks veggies with some certain meals , it might be a bit better if it offered an open buffet.
The location is great !
Overall, I indeed enjoyed my stay ! as it was outstanding.
I would like to thank you again !
