Favorite place to stay in Toronto. Fantastic rooms, comfortable beds and prime location. What more could you want?

Stayed here for 1 night to attend a show downtown. We paid with points so can't speak to the price. The location is amazing. Meridian Hall was a 9 minute walk away as well as a bunch of awesome restaurants. The room was clean and super spacious with a cool view. Staff was friendly. Parking was convenient and easy. There were a lot of signs about the party policy so if you're looking to have friends in and out of the hotel to party, wouldn't recommend. Otherwise, it was great and would definitely go back!

Thin walls and you can hear everything everyone else is doing. Bed sheets almost felt like vinyl. Otherwise room was nice and clean. Front desk staff are very helpful. Parking is convenient and not overly expensive. The location cannot be beat. So if you're willing to sacrifice a bit of comfort, you will be right downtown and pretty much within walking distance of everything.

Have stayed here twice and would stay there again. The staff are super friendly. I've had to call when making my reservations online and they were super helpful with any questions I had. It's in the perfect spot. Around a 15 minute walk to Union and around the corner from the hospital just in case. Also close by to the Eaton Centre.

Lovely hotel and helpful staff. And a FREE bottle of red wine at Check-in! I almost gave only a 4/5 for the rooms themselves but the only negative would be they're outdated, with that old carpet smell.
The suite was perfectly arranged with comfortable furniture. Staff were knowledgeable of the area and quick to provide more towels and bedding (we had our granddaughter with us). Great value for money.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your resort. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it.
Excellent location! We spent a lot of time exploring Old Toronto on foot. I had a blast, and this place was a terrific small hangout. tidy and cozy. The mattress and pillows were excellent. had a suite that provided us with tons of space. additionally affordable. Would undoubtedly return!

Great, clean room with an incredibly comfortable bed. Staff was wonderful. And hotel restaurant was pleasantly delicious.

I read many poor reviews for this hotel, however we had no problem. The room was spacious, with a decent sized living room separated from bedroom, large bathroom. The kitchenette was nice, wish there where a few more dishes

When we arrived to the to the hotel the greeting staff was phenomenal welcomed us with smiles and warm welcomes. Rooms were spacious and nice. If you plan to go out and stay in this hotel do not stay here. The night staff was extremely rude. We had a friend who was very intoxicated and we asked if he could stay with us even though our room had the 4/4 people and were willing to pay for the extra person. The night manager we would have to pay 240 for a room (were listed online for 180) and then told us that "he looks fine to drive". Definitely not impressed by the hospitality service and lack of sympathy of the night staff.

This hotel is in a great central location close to transit, shopping, and restaurants. Super friendly staff at check-in. Our room was very clean and very spacious. The hotel has a strict no partying rule which ensured a quiet stay for us. Would definitely stay again!
