Good hotel, good location, good rates

Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Stayed here for a hockey tournament and have stayed here in the past prior to flying out of Pearson. Restaurant is good and the Chef actually came out during service to see how diners were enjoying their meals. Hotel has nice conference areas as well. Parking was not a problem. The staff that I met were all friendly.

Nice and very lady hotel with so many things to do and a very impressive restaurant, pool, pool slide and hot tub are available to use!

Before arrival, we had changed my reservation, but at check-in the front desk said the rest of the stay hadn’t been updated and wanted to charge me more. It is 10 minute drive away from YYZ airport, which makes it ideal for night stay before your flight. We booked two rooms and were welcomed with cookies. We did not use any of the facility amenities. No scale to weigh your luggage. Close to some restaurants. We would stay again only for its location.

I stayed for 1 night, room is clean they have also free shuttle. The room size is good enough comfortable to have a good sleep.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. There is plenty of free parking. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The gym is small and outdated. The restaurant on site is overpriced, but there are plenty of options nearby. There are also 2 gas stations and a few restaurants within walking distance.

This is purely a business hotel, pretty standard. The furnishings are a bit dated, but it's good that there's no noticeable odor. It's not far from the airport, and the shuttle bus driver was nice. There aren't any particularly great restaurants nearby, but there's a Turkish restaurant downstairs that's decent!

We needed a hotel fast due to a cancelled flight and had an amazing experience. Reception was helpful and quickly got us to the last airport shuttle of the night. Price was great, and the manager gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The room was clean and spacious. Have stayed here many times, and will be back again. Cannot recommend enough.

Nice hotel with a sleek atmosphere, clean rooms and convenient location with easy access to the airport. There was a miscommunication with our booking (mistake was on our end), but Vijay went the extra mile to make sure things were sorted out quickly. The hotel is very nice and modern throughout. The only issue is the hotel is on a flight path into Pearson International Airport and is very bury with planes going over the top of the property overnight and early morning!

Great stay. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. It’s not 5 stars because the heating and cooling unit in the room was very noisy.

There was no drinking water or basic amenities provided in the room, which is below the standard compared to other hotels. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited with very few items available.

The room was spotless. The amenities were perfect. We were even upgraded because I needed my room earlier than expected. The staff was so kind. I would definitely visit this property again.

Staffs are attentive and friendly. The location is about 10 kms from T3 but since it has free parking so it's not a problem if you rent a car. Breakfast is within expectation and you can order extra. My Only issue with the room is its temperature. It's very dry once you turn on AC and a bit chilly if you don't.

We loved that the room was clean, with a minibar and microwave, and the bathroom was also clean and had good amenities. Rome, duty manager, and other duty managers along with Jaskaran over the breakfast corner, all staff including housekeeping were super friendly and courteous. The hotel is newly renovated with free breakfast. Staying 2 nights there with different hot breakfast unlike other hotel usually serve the same. The staff is 24x7 at the counter. Location an hr drive to Toronto which is expected but nearer to premium outlet and square one shopping mall. Free parking.

This was the only hotel (close to the airport) that was available when WestJet decided to cancel many flights at around the same time. We checked in quite late, and while the place wasnt immaculate, the check in staff was extremely friendly. Our room was clean and quiet. Id reccomend this hotel to anyone just staying the night in Toronto.

This hotel is absolutely great! The service is impeccable, pool and hot tub were warm (and salt!). We stayed here before heading to the airport, and they made every effort to help and provide information to us when weather was a huge concern for departure at Pearson. Overall it was a decent stay. Rooms where nice they had a couch and a TV if your staying for more then a few days the extra room makes it more comfortable the breakfast is not amazing but thats usually how things go. Indoor pool was in clean condition room was clean the bathrooms are basic nothing stood out to me as a issue I would recommend and would consider going back for my next visit.
