I spent 2 days here with my boyfriend just to get some alone time.
Anytime we used the shower the water would leak into the floors in the living room area.. I had to put towels down on the floor so I wouldn't slip and break my neck.. in doing so I lost my deposit because the towels were "dirty".. I was so upset because the clerk wouldn't even hear me out on why I had the towels on the floor in the first place .. he was so ignorant... I also left my room immaculate so the fact I lost my depot over some 2$ towels wS really unnecessary.. I should of listened to my partner and thrown them in the trash.. I spent over 500$ on a ghetto motel when I could of rested somewhere 5 star for that price ..

There was no mention of $100-$200 deposit on the room which was frustrating. The front desk staff were polite. This hotel is used by low income housing recipients on vouchers and there were personal effects outside of realms such as an abandoned roller bag Near my room. The floors have not been swept or wiped as there was a lot of dust under foot. There were thick cobweb and dust bunnies on the lamp fixtures and a lightbulb needed to be replaced in one of the lights. Some dust was on the outer bed cover. Despite that I had a good nights sleep as it was quiet The water was hot and it was sanitary in the bathroom. It was a convenience day from downtown Toronto at a decent price, but I would’ve liked it to be less money for how dirty it was.

The door to the room was broken. We had to switch rooms. The room had no hand soap or basics like shampoo or conditioner. The website said they offered airport shuttle which was not true. I would not stay there again.

I’m a 44 yo single female who had to grab a room after midnight, sort of last minute. I was trying to find a cheap room, clean and safe, and that’s definitely true for Super 5 Inn. When I arrived, the exterior door to the “lobby” was locked and I panicked for a few mins (as I had already paid in the app) but after a few mins, the owner or employee pulled up and let me in. Maybe he had just popped out to get something, I’m not sure. So I checked in and went back out to my car to get my suitcase. Parking was exceptionally close and easy - I was able to pull right up to the door - but there’s no elevator in case you require one. I had to haul my suitcase up the set of stairs which was fine but the guy at the front desk should’ve offered to get my bag up the stairs, if I’m being honest. He was middle aged and able bodied so that is a service he could have provided. It was after midnight and there was no one else there. So other than the initial locked door and no elevator, it was perfect. Clean, quiet, safe, very basic room but it was great value and I got an awesome sleep. They also let me do a later check out (noon instead of 11am) since I checked in late, had to leave early in the morning for a game, and then returned and had a little nap since they allowed a later check out. Overall, fantastic value for $117. I hope this helps if you’re wondering what this place is like.

This was the only hotel (close to the airport) that was available when WestJet decided to cancel many flights at around the same time. We checked in quite late, and while the place wasnt immaculate, the check in staff was extremely friendly. Our room was clean and quiet. Id reccomend this hotel to anyone just staying the night in Toronto.

Simple room but clean, nice staff and also the best priced I could find. Not a large room like the major chains but, I’m here to sleep and it’s a good deal

My partner and I went to our first room and it already wasn’t according to the photos. This was room 228 (the castle room) and I got it for a “supposedly” romantic stay with my partner. The only shower was in the jacuzzi and that wasn’t safe at all as my boyfriend slipped and hurt his wrist. As well the water was leaking all over the place for the “shower”. We then requested to change rooms (room 227 the room next to us) and within the first hour we found 3 cockroaches scattering on the walls. Staff also charged us $40 for the room change and did nothing nor care about it the roaches in the room. Don’t stay here

The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean. No issues or problems at all during my stay.

Went for the holiday breakfast buffet. Had a fresh omelet station, waffles, potatoes etc, as well as a sandwich making station. Food wasn't my personal favorite but still good! The orange juice was amazing. Love the atmosphere in this place.

Very good breakfast buffet for $15 the whip cream for the waffles, pastries and orange juice homemade on the spot. Extremely happy with food staff and atmosphere. All other breakfast buffets in Mississauga can go suck a duck

The weekend breakfast buffet is on the expensive side. But it's worth it. They have decent variety n majority of them are in house made. They have fresh orange juice n it's the best. They have omelet bar and it's awesome. After 11 am they have regular menu for someone who doesn't like the buffet

Their brunch is not worth $5, never mind $21.99 that they charge for some stale muffins, hard rock pankakes and wet waffles. All I was able to eat was omelette, which was good and some strawberries. $21.99 for that is a bit insane! Servers are chatting with each other instead of serving customers. I had to run around the restaurant with my 2 little kids looking for someone to take away my plates and serve me some coffee. Washrooms are very tiny and tight. I will never be back, it's a waste of money. Yuk.

Simple diner breakfast with a lot of space for large groups for a good price.

If it wasn’t for the service I would’ve given 3-4 stars in that area but the service wasn’t good. From the beginning our waiter appeared to be pushy, on whey to sit, then lecturing us on the ways that eggs are done. Eventually, before we finish our food, he brought us the bill, and soon after came back with the machine to get paid. I had to point out that I found it very discomforting. Only to be commented that it’s this way in any brunch place. We barely spent 40mins there.
I won’t recommend this place.

Been here numerous times, this review is about my last visit Nov.26./17.
Waited 15 minutes after being seated, no water, no coffee,no service until finally a nice young lady (Ada ?) apologized and took our order.
We were immediately accosted by the owner who was furious that someone took her table, not an apology for waiting, but asked us who had the nerve to serve us!
I explained to her that what she was doing was incredibly stupid and greedy for the sake of a tip. I was then approached by a male server who said that was his mother inlaw/owner and told me to make sure I don't leave HER my tip (as if I had to be told).
After this owner brought our bill, I explained again that the young lady saw we had been ignored and went out of her way to correct the problem (excellent customer service IMO), she snivelled that I, nor the waitress knew anything.
To the owner: You have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever and should be ashamed of how you carry yourself and treat the decent employees you have there.
After many enjoyable visits, this is my last.

We had been there before with my mother-in-law, about a year ago. I had ordered a seafood pizza, which was wonderful. Getting the seafood all cooked properly and seasoned is not easy, and it was expertly done. Had I been asked for a review, it would have gotten 4 or 5 stars.
But our visit for lunch on the 31st, again with my mother-in-law was almost the opposite. No pizzas. The veal I ordered was dry, the sauce clumpy, and the veg was cold. It's like the kitchen staff was barely even phoning it in. At their prices, this was an insult. If my mother-in-law hadn't wanted me to not make a fuss I would have sent it back and asked to speak with the chef. No one's lunch seemed to impress them.
So I don't know if the period of a year has changed this place, if it was NYE lunch team which may have been the Delinquents team, or just a bad luck day. However this visit barely rated 2 stars. I give it 3, based on the previous experience and not knowing if the plummet in quality is a one off or a trend.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is great. It's beautiful inside with great ambiance. The food is ok at best and the service is terrible. No matter how many times you confirm your reservation they still forget about you. While dining the staff is not very attentive.

Great food. And the prices are reasonable. Good beer selection too. Service was slow at lunch for a big group of ours... But it wasn't a deal breaker.

Friendly staff, great service and the food was very good, The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I would recommend this place for either a group or for a more intimate setting. Try getting a dear near the fireplace as it is very romantic and inviting.
