We originally booked March 12-14. Then we changed to 1 night march 13-14 but looks like the hotel did not received this update. It was updated in the app and was paid 1 night ahead of time but the date was not changed at the hotel. Good thing they still have room available and the frontdesk is very professional and took good care of it. Pool is warm and very clean. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast we were expecting better but overall it is worth it. We did not pay for parking. Thank you so much! 😊

We loved everything about our stay. We were given a free upgrade of our room which was a really nice surprise. The only complaint we had was the breakfast menu. It was muffins, bread, waffles etc. A hot buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage etc. would have made our stay perfect. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Room was cozy and looked like the room had been renovated in the last few years. The pool was a little too cool, so did not swim. Did not use the fridge or microwave in the room, but nice that they were included. If the weather were nicer, the balcony would have gotten more use. The breakfast was simple but good. Waffles, croissants, toast, muffins, Juice, bananas, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs. Check-in and out was easy. There was plenty of parking available and was 10CDN. Quick walk to Greg Frewin Theatre, Clifton Hill, plenty of restaurants. The Fallsview Casino, Skylon Tower is about a 20min walk. I would consider staying here again.

This is a great hotel, especially with its location. The room itself could use some love, but the service and staff were friendly and welcoming. The handsome, cute man who checked me in was really helpful, making the process quick, easy, and painless. That man also gave me all the information I needed about the area and was very patient with all my questions at check-in. I wish I had asked for his name. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d love to stay at this hotel again. Honestly, the friendly staff and the kind check-in guy made the little things about the room feel less important.

Excellent value for money! It's very close to the waterfall, yet the price is about the same as a bed in a backpacker hostel! Breakfast and a swimming pool are also included! It's the best choice for saving money on your travel budget.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is close to the waterfall and the town, making it convenient for dining, accommodation, parking, and sightseeing. It's also very affordable. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends! Thumbs up!👍

Decent cheerful staff, service was fast. Very poor food. We ordered 2 burgers and fries. The burgers tasted terrible. The bread had a stale taste. The fries were soggy. Overall very poor quality, not worth even half the price. On the upside, the place was fairly empty and clean when we went.

This place don't deserve to be called as Burger King... I really want to give some negative stars. Worse customer service ever.. the manager ( Julie ) need to be fired..she can't talked to customers in polite way.. she behaves like why you are here very rude attitude toward customers ergggg .... closed down the place or teach your staff what customer service is before running a store like this..

Seriously stay away. Family saw it and thought it would be fun to eat at. You first walk in and it is a busy place. I am not surprised due to the location and cool outside. The outside is the only thing going for this place!! ?
The service was not very organized. The food was okay but my order seemed to confuse them and my youngest got diarrhea from it. My youngest was the only one who ate the chicken nuggets. Talk about cutting our night short and my poor kiddo!
The restaurant area was filthy. You could not slip and fall if you tried because the floors are beyond sticky and have a layer of pop, food residue and dirt. We held on to our bags so we could keep clean. Made sitting and eating be fast paced since I did not want to get anyone elses meal on me! ??
The bathrooms which are a good sign about a place tell it all. These bathrooms are SO FRICKIN GROSS, that I didn't want to attempt to use them or wipe it off for myself and kids. No where was safe and I am sure a new infectious disease is being made at this place. We ran to another establishments bathroom. ?????
Tourists keep it going because you only make the mistake of eating their once.
I am rarely harsh with reviews but this place needs to be inspected and I can't be positive.
Save your money and use it on the haunted house next door. Now that was worth it!

The good was good for a Burger king, that's the reason I even gave it a 2 and not a 1. But, this has to be the stingiest BK I've ever been to in my life. You know how coupons say "in participating areas"? Well this is one of those very rare BKs that don't participate. There are no refills. You cant can't use the restroom unless you are a paying customer (although most in the area don't also). You can't bring outside food even though this BK is located in a central area with families that may have differing tastes. And WORST OF ALL, you have to get napkins from the register worker.

Service for a high traffic area was very very show. Each cashier couldn't multitask. I understand that the staff in the summer are students and we all started working somewhere but they didn't smile and they were slow as molasses. They don't seem to have enough help in the kitchen to speed up the orders. I will give credit for accurate orders though

Food was horrible especially for the price! Chicken breast was dry, ribs were chewy, fries were bland, broccoli was blah and the artichoke dip had no flavour and was watery. Luckily our waitress was great and made a great sangria.

We came on Christmas day as a family. Service started off really friendly but it all changed. We had ordered appetizers (onion rings, chicken wings, spinach dip) to share first. Well, it came with all our entree together. Not only that, they handed our food over our kid's head (2.5 years old sitting in a high chair). They decided they couldn't walk to the other side as we were seated at a round table. Totally unacceptable!!!

As we began eating, our food was warm.. leaning towards the cold end.. Yet we waited for our food for an extremely long time. Not only that, they had forgotten two of our entrees - which took an extremely long time even though they said it would be real quick. Furthermore, our server never came to serve us other than refill our water (near the end). We also had to ask another server for our bill!!

The most terrible part wasn't even the above. The server decided to finally show her face when we complained to the floor manager. She only came to get our bill with an extremely furious face and snatched the money out of our hands. No apologies, no nothing. Not only that, she decided we wouldn't need the change and just pocketed all of it. RUDE AND SHAMELESS. I even heard her complaining outside of the washroom. Someone need to teach her the basics of being a server.

Not coming again for sure. Food ain't cheap either. And doesn't deserve that pricing with that attitude. I wonder how this restaurant is surviving.

I make a point to come here a few times per year, or whenever I'm in niagara. But unfortunately I don't think I'll be back..

Service is great, and they are always super friendly and attentive. The food is also good with lots of variety.

But sadly the prices have gone up a bit, and the salad bar had to take away almost half of their options in order to satisfy a small amount of people who complained about the options for "religious reasons." Businesses fail when you strive to satisfy the minority..

Food is very expensive, but its worth checking out just once for a treat.

My mother & I came here for dinner when we went to the casino & we were both somewhat pleased with our meals.
We had the spinach artichoke appetizer & it was really big! It was served in a deep bowl & had chips surrounding the outside of the plate. The dip was a bit greasy, but very delicious.

My mother wasn't very thrilled about their "salad bar". There was basically nothing inside any of the dishes + it looked messy.
Surprisingly when we came here, the place wasn't busy at all. We must of been lucky, since it was close to dinnertime when we arrived.

We placed an order and after a very long wait there came a wrong food altogether. The manger took care of it right away and took the food back to get the right food. So it was corrected very quickly.

Bacon Cheeseburger was good, juicy, and fresh. The paddy was large; a few strips of bacon, and cheese.

What you expect from restaurants in this zone. Not like what you’ll see in a regular city, but not crazy either.

The table was sticky. An unpleasant odor upon entering the restaurant. The bathroom was clean and smelled clean despite the very high traffic at this location.

Lights were glaring and way too bright right above your head and into your eyes. Quiet, good for families and children.
