Once in the room, things only got worse. There was no water, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel considering you need water to survive. Housekeeping did not properly clean the room they only remade the bed and the space did not feel refreshed at all. Upon checking out, you have to clean your room…. Yes you heard that right. They brought me garbage bags to clean my own room saying if I don’t I would be charged $300. In other words you have to do the job of the housekeeper and all they have left to do is bed making and stock up….
The “breakfast” was also extremely disappointing. The food tasted stale for example the orange juice tasted like it had been sitting in the jug for 5 days, there were very very limited options and anything substantial such as eggs, bacon etc required an additional purchase.
After this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and book elsewhere for your sanity and peace of mind.
At checkout, the staff asked us to remove the birthday balloons from the room, which we did without any issue. We also ensured that the room was properly cleaned before leaving.
However, the experience became disappointing when a room cleaner came in and spoke very rudely to my wife. Not only did she ask my wife to pick up the pizza box in an extremely disrespectful manner, but she also made my wife do her job by asking her to use the broom and clean the room herself. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Guests should never be asked to perform housekeeping duties. The way the situation was handled showed a serious lack of training, courtesy, and basic customer service skills.
This incident ruined what was meant to be a special day for us. Hospitality is about respect, and unfortunately, that was missing here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff behavior and training.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
You walk in the front doors and very classy looking. Again the rooms were perfect and again exceptionally clean.

All in all. I would stay there again because of the costumer service at the front desk. They were all top notch and very friendly.
We also ate the hotel restaurant. The waitress was very welcoming and funny as heck. My wife’s chicken looked and tasted delicious. The recommended steak wasn’t nothing to right home about.
