Excellent room, service was great. Check in was extremely quick, keys in hand in moments. Quite nice hotel. Location is a bit out of the way, we were going sticking to the plaza for this trip. For that purpose it's a perfect place.

Room was a good size, had decent amenities in the kitchen area, extra blankets and pillows. Bed was comfortable. I did find that after the two days of showering my skin was very dry, not sure if that was the water or the bodywash provided. Breakfast options were good as well.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good options and quantity, and the location was great right off the 417 highway. Parking was easy and convenient.

Advertised price online was far less than the price at check in - the check in clerk ignored my husbands military ID and we paid an insane price for the night. If there’s not govt/military pricing that would be fine but the ID was ignored and we were so tired (2am driving through and stopped to get sleep) we just figured we’d deal with it at check out.
Checking out - the clerk tried but was unable to change the room rate as there was in fact military rates.
Breakfast was shameful for the price, coffee was empty and no one around to fill it.

The room was a good size and comfortable for two adults and two kids. The pool, they’re not huge, was fun to have and the kids really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

We pulled in due to bad weather, and the highway not being safe to drive. Checked-in around 2am. We were charged $299 for a king bed on the fifth floor. When we asked about government/group rate--the question was ignored. The person working had a knowledge gap in using the systems for booking, checking in, and payment.
We were not asked if we had CAA (5% discount).
I realized that there was a CAA discount after checking in.
In the morning, when checking out I attempted to have either the government/group rate or CAA discount applied. The staff were unable to process it.
Essentially $299 for a room, for a night that isn't really the nicest is insane pricing. The breakfast is only open from 6am-9am or 7am-10am, which again which is a very short window. The breakfast is very limited in options and variety, which is insane for the price we paid for a single night. The bathrooms on the main floor are in disrepair--taps broken in the men's and the stalls in the women's have broken locks.
We also never received our email receipt.
Essentially a giant mess.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The beds were okay and we slept fine overall. Unfortunately, the TV kept shutting off and only worked about half the time. In the morning, we noticed dirty toenail clippings on the side of the nightstand along with a chocolate chip, which clearly showed the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. We reported this to the front desk, but the only compensation offered was a bottle of water, which seemed odd given the situation. Breakfast was subpar, bacon was hard and tasted too fake. Only good thing was the yogurt. Eggs were not good either.

Regularly come here for Eggs Benedict during breakfast and while the price is average, the Hollandaise sauce beats any other nearby. Was once here for dinner and did not consider it special.
