The location is truly excellent! It's super convenient as a transit stop if you have an early flight or arrive late at night.

Needed a room for only 5 hours but they couldnt accomodate us with a room, only if we pay the one night for 400$ we get a room. No problem we understood. So we ended up just waiting at their sofas by their lobby area in the airport. Then a manager comes up to us saying " this is a 4 star hotel and we cant have you waiting out here" said manager.

Partner and I asked front desk for accommodation only for a half day,
I recognize that they charge nightly and not hourly(most hotels outside of the airport accommodate) but $400+ a night?? Okay… so we just hung out by their lobby where the seating area was and basically got kicked out for being too poor for their 4-star hotel. A man literally came up and said “We are a 4-star hotel, we can’t have you waiting here.” If I can give 0 stars I will. If anyone wants to book a hotel, there are hotels outside of the airport within walking distance. Go there instead. The man in Marriott wearing a black suit roaming around is very judgmental, basically kicked us out for looking poor😂

We had a great stay. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, with a really cool view overlooking the airport. The location is unbeatable, especially for an early morning flight. Being directly connected to the terminal made everything smooth and stress free.

Since we had to leave before breakfast service started, the hotel kindly provided us with a breakfast box. That thoughtful attention to detail made a big difference and made the start of our long journey much more pleasant.

Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it for anyone flying out of Montreal.

Everything was done right! As it should in a good hotel! The staff were very nice and friendly and very attentive to our needs. Which is what one would expect but somehow does not always happen these days. Here the Marriott did it very well!

I stay here a few times a month , it’s a great hotel in a great location , with friendly staff.
However beware !!
They are tearing down the parking lot across the road and work on it starts at 4:30 am. It was not a great wake up call early this morning.
I’m not impressed that the check in staff was aware of this and are booking people into these rooms, or at the very least , warning about the noise.

Very conviennent location with wonderful staff the valet parking is quite pricey, but with the airport construction, you definitely need this to avoid the hassle.
It’s quite outdated, the carpet could use a deep clean. Bedding was comfy, but the duvet cover felt cheap. Only the top layer is protected… I’ve slept in a lot of Marriott, and this one felt the cheapest, but somehow the most expensive.

When my card was having issues, I went downstairs to call my bank to fix it, so we could hopefully still check in. Since it was very late, my children fell asleep on the chairs as I was on the phone. The manager went straight for my youngest child and started shaking her! I told him "dont touch my child!" But he aggressively told me that we were on hotel property which was not for sleeping. I told him I was on the phone to fix a problem in order to stay at his property, which he could see, but he remained belligerent. I purposely abandoned my attempt to resolve the problem because I will never stay at a hotel where management targets children and mistreats them instead of talking to the adult present!

I was standing in line with my 2 years old kid who dropped a can of milk by mistake, in most disrespectful and disgusting way the attendant at the place asked me to pay or they will call the police !!!!!!!
