A very good clean and decent hotel. Real joy is the shower head, see the picture attached. Perfect water pressure! I would put 5 star review if the mattress was better. This hotel is 15 min drive as it claims from the city. The breakfast has waffles you cook and this is one more joy! Thank you for a good stay and hospitality

One of the Worst Hotel Services I’ve Experienced at QUALITY Inn!!

I stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend and was really disappointed — especially considering the high price due to the holiday. The room was not clean at all. When I pulled back the blanket, I found several pieces of hair, and there were stains on the pillow and blanket. Later, my husband even stepped on a contact lens that wasn’t ours.

I reported the issues to the front desk, and while the staff's response was slow and not very helpful. I was told to speak with the manager. Three times I've attempted to reach, they said the manager was vacant due to the weekend off, or would call back. Eventually I was told the manager was on vacation. I’ve still heard nothing back for a week.

Overall, it felt like no one took responsibility. This is far below what I expect from a Quality Inn, and I won’t be staying at any of their hotels again.

We had a wonderful stay at QUALITY INN—perfect for families with kids! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Our children loved the clean and well-maintained warm pool especially after a long day walk in Old Quebec. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was a great way to start each day. The staff are really nice and the guest laundry room are helpful to have clean clothes after our family trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway.

This is a very clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The only reason I gave the amenities 4/5 was because the pool was not available but there was nothing advertising this fact when we booked.
Overall, a recommended hotel.
