We spent one night at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the view from the window was simply stunning, and the service was excellent. We couldn't immediately figure out how to turn on the heater, but when we asked reception, they sent a nice employee who turned it on for us. Thank you so much! Without you, we would have been sleeping in the cold, like fools🥴, without even figuring out how to turn it on. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hotel's restaurant was delicious, serving exquisite dishes with beautiful presentation. The room was excellent for this price. The location is fantastic. The only downside is that the room needs renovation, but that's only if you look closely. The service was very friendly, and we didn't speak any French!!!. But after such excellent service, we'll definitely start learning it! The valet service, an elderly lady, was very friendly and helpful! Thank you so much for such a warm Christmas welcome!🎄🎄🎄

Not bad at all! The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet, so I had a really comfortable night's sleep. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. The location is great too, very convenient for getting around.

We stayed at Hotel Le Concorde during Winter Carnaval, and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, the bed super comfortable and shower was hot and had great pressure. Oh and the view? Incredible! But the unexpected highlight might have been the lost and found experience. We left while three busses full of people were also checking out, so loading up our vehicle was a bit chaotic. We ended up forgetting a garment bag in the very busy and packed lobby. We didn't realize until we got home. I emailed the hotel, and they confirmed they had it! The process to have it shipped home was so easy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was ok. Check in was easy. Rooms are a bit old. But it’s was good enough for two nights stay. Very close walking distance to everything

Good:
-Location was amazing, for old Quebec
-shower pressure was great

Bad:
-They service huge groups (bands, hockey teams) and they ALLLLL check in at once. Multiple times we couldn’t get back to our room because the line for the elevator went all the way through the lobby.
-the floors were gross. Old an poorly installed laminate, we had over 1cm gaps between ends of boards and crud in between. It was winter and no floor mat in the room meant melting snow and gravel
-room attendants didn’t restock the coffee in the room, and even those packets only had one teeny packet of creamer.
-the coffee maker would only make one mug before shutting down for 15min. It would overheat?
-the hot tubs were the heat of a bath
Two of us thought the beds were decent, two of us didn’t. I left in pain.

The view from this hotel was definitely the highlight but you only get it if you pay for an upgraded room, starting from the 18th floor and up. Unfortunately, everything else fell short.
The room itself needed repairs. There was visible damage to the floors, and the shower wasn’t working when we arrived. It was fixed the next day, but it was still a major inconvenience, especially after a long trip. The rooms overall feel old and in need of some attention, and there was even mold on the shower ceiling.
Noise was another big issue. The music from the busy street outside went on until 2 a.m. the first night and midnight the second. The windows were clearly poor quality not properly sealed and definitely not soundproof so it felt like the noise was right in the room.
There is two restaurants in this hotel.
Aside from the view, there really wasn’t much to recommend. The staff was kind and helpful, but the hotel itself needs serious updates. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Le Concorde Québec. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Old Québec and several key attractions. The view from our room was stunning, especially at sunset, with the city skyline beautifully lit. The room was clean, cozy, and well-heated, which made our winter visit very comfortable. Staff at the front desk were courteous and efficient, making check-in smooth and pleasant. We booked directly through the hotel’s website and found the rate very reasonable. Overall, a great value and a memorable experience. We’d gladly stay here again!

Booked for 1 night. The service was great people were friendly. The rooms needed a little work if you ask me the bed was not made properly which made for a lumpy bottom flat sheet and the 2 flat sheets going around the comforter with the yellow stains weren't wrapped around the comforter properly as I woke up with the yellow stains in my face. The pool was nice and clean. The room was also very dusty.. the elevator doors were filthy. I am glad it was just for 1 night but the views are absolutely amazing and the rotating restaurant is amazing

The facilities are complete, the environment is good, and the service is excellent. It's clean and hygienic, and the location is quite good, just a convenient 10-minute walk to Old Quebec. There's even the popular 'Pig Restaurant' right in the hotel, making dining very easy.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, right next to the Plains of Abraham and the bar street. Parliament Hill is also very close. You can walk everywhere. The view from the room window is fantastic. However, the air conditioning is old and very noisy. Why wasn't the room cleaned on the second day? Is that common practice here?

Food was excellent, yet service was terribly understaffed and the poor girl had almost a whole restaurant to service.
Food took ~60-80 minutes because of this, with the check taking 25 minutes after the request.
Extremely dissapointed with the management for this situation. We spent two hours at the restaurant for a party of 5.

So cute! All woodsy and old school feeling. Their pasteries looked delicious. I got a chai tea and apple pie. Yummy. Sadly there was only one restroom and a long line (for the restroom). Thankfully, the men visiting know how to not urinate on the seats and surrounding floor. Feels really calming and you could just watch tourists walk about and feel like a local where you roll your eyes and think to yourself "Ugh, tourists and their garbage". Again, this was a really cute place and the Baristas were quick and really nice. And they spoke English. Helps that I took two years of French to still mispronounce "le pie du apples s'il vous plait". Lol

Our server Marie was a sweetheart. My husband had his much loved hot chicken and I had tourtière. Delicious food . We walked from the German Christmas Market.
